Welcome to a magical house with a sea view over Kyrkesundet! Here, breakfast can be enjoyed on the balcony with a breathtaking view in the morning sun. With only 20-30 meters down to the water via a charming alley between the houses, this is a difficult location to beat. The main house is equipped with modern amenities and has a kitchen that opens up to a light and airy living room. There is a lounge group here for conversation and relaxation. In the contemporary bay window, there is a dining table for about six people, with a view of the sea. From the living room you reach the large balcony, which has room for 8-10 people, and an electric grill is available for your barbecue evenings. On the same floor there is also a toilet with shower and wash basin, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a comfortable double bed, an office space for working remotely, and a small living room. The balcony on this floor is the house's crown jewel, spacious and with an unbeatable view of Kyrkesundet. In the annex there is a bunk bed with a slightly wider lower bed, which makes it comfortable for two people and cozy for three. There is a bathroom with a toilet, wash basin and shower. For those of you who have an electric car, there are chargers in the boat association's parking lot, where you can park as long as you charge, for a fee. Fiber is included in the house, which allows you to stream TV and work smoothly online. Skärhamn, the nearest town, offers a rich selection of restaurants, the popular Watercolor Museum, and has fine grocery stores with a good selection. Fishing boats dock at the jetty during the summer where you can buy freshly caught crayfish. Further up the hill it is possible to rent a kayak to explore the archipelago. The ferry, which runs right below the house every half hour (adjusted depending on the season), takes you easily to the nature reserve on Härön, where Restaurang Magasinet serves both lunch and dinner. This is a home that offers both comfort and stunning views – perfect for relaxation and adventure.

The guest house is sheltered behind the mountain on the owner's plot, with a wonderful terrace where you will enjoy many of the day's hours of sunshine. Feel the feeling when you open the door, hear the birds chirping, open the coffee cup and enjoy. With an open floor plan, there is both a small kitchen with dining area, sofa and bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. The sofa is easily converted into a sofa bed in the evenings with dimensions of 160cm. Via a slightly steeper staircase is the sleeping loft which has two single beds - 90cm (no legs). Here it is slightly lower in ceiling height. There is a fan for warm summer evenings and an openable window. The cottage is not suitable for smaller children as the steps are steep. In the vicinity of the cottage there are many different hiking trails. A 15 minute walk will take you to Pilarne which is a very well known attraction. Feel free to bring the bikes if you have the opportunity because then there is a lot to discover. Maybe a trip over to Härön where you can enjoy your own rock ledge for swimming and picnics. If you like kayaking, there is room on the plot if you have your own kayaks and there are many nice coves to discover. Take the opportunity to pay a visit to the Nordic Watercolor Museum, which is a center for contemporary art, with a focus on watercolor techniques.
