There are two bedrooms in the cottage. One has a double bed 180 cm wide with spacious wardrobes. The other has a bunk bed with 2 90 cm wide beds. The bathroom is fully tiled and bright with a toilet and shower cabin. At the back of the terrace, wall to wall with the accommodation, there is a fresh sauna with space for 4 people including a shower. The cozy interior provides a fantastic view of the surrounding nature, where you can see the birds flying and hear the wind rustling through the trees. You can see the sea just above the treetops. There are plenty of nice swimming coves near this accommodation. When you choose to explore the surroundings, the beach is just a stone's throw away, where you can dive into the clear water or take long walks along the coast. Whether you are looking for an active adventure or quiet moments on the balcony with a book and a cup of coffee, you will feel at home here. There is a small path down to the forest where you can pick berries and mushrooms. No bookings from companies, only from private individuals. The cottage shares the plot with the homeowner who is happy to help. There are both dogs and cats on the plot. If you have a dog of your own, it is of course very welcome. Welcome to this summer idyll in beautiful Lyckorna in the summer town of Ljungskile!This lovely annex offers a unique setting with a fantastic location close to the sea, where you are within walking distance of saltwater swimming and cliffs. The area is peaceful and harmonious, and outside there is a beautiful walking path down to the sea. When you step into this annex, you are greeted by an inviting entrance hall. To the right is a lovely kitchen, fully equipped with a coffee maker, induction hob, oven/microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. There is also a charming iron stove. The living room has a grand piece of furniture for watching TV and a dining table with plenty of room for everyone. On the same floor is a charmingly decorated bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, vanity with two sinks, and washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms upstairs. The first bedroom has two single beds (90 cm) and a travel cot for small children.The second bedroom has a double bed (180 cm) with a glimpse of the sea through the window. The upstairs living room has two single beds (90 cm) and a cozy corner with a sofa and table. There is also Wi-Fi for your convenience. You share the yard with the homeowner but have access to the annex's part of the patio and a lovely arbor. Here you can barbecue dinner or enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the morning. It is possible to charge an electric car on site for a fee paid to the owner. See more information in the house. Within walking distance, there are several nice swimming spots, including Kungsparken with a diving tower, sandy beach, and pier. Stroll down to the popular Lyckorna Brygga with its restaurant and marina right by the water's edge. Here you have a beautiful view of the fjord. Don't miss Musselbaren for a taste experience of the west coast's delicacies. You can also take one of the archipelago boats that depart from the harbor or stroll along the beautiful beach promenade. Lyckorna is a gem on the west coast, founded by the Scotsman and landowner Robert MacFie in the late 19th century. Here you will find many beautiful turn-of-the-century villas that give the area its unique character. Close to shopping in Torps Köpcentrum with around 80 stores and good bus connections to the city of Gothenburg, about 60 km away.

The one-storey cottage has an open plan living room and kitchen. The living room features a wood burning stove for cosy nights indoors. The kitchen is well-equipped and features a dining area. There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second with two bunk beds, and the third with one single bed. The bathroom is well-equipped, featuring a WC, washbasin, shower, washing machine and dryer. The cottage is set on a large, natural plot of 1500 square metres. From the hill outside of the house, you can view Fräknefjorden and Orust. The nearest bathing spot is only 400 metres from the cottage and there's a larger beach with a bathing only 700 metres away. The golf course is seven kilometres away. The cottage is surrounded by scenic nature and you may well catch a glimpse of deer, elk and foxes on your walks through the countryside and in the forest. In the charming summer town of Ljungskile, not far from the historic area of "Lyckorna", is this nice summer cottage. The house was renovated in 2022 with both a hot tub and sauna on the plot, with a modern layout and a very homely warm interior. The location is close to the sea to several swimming areas in and around Ljungskile, about 1.5 km to salt water swimming, crab fishing and cliffs. The area is rural, quiet and harmonious. Next to the house is a nice forest path for nice walks and beautiful nature. The house has a guest cottage and a lovely sauna for 4 people, built in 2022. You are welcomed into the conservatory with a nice seating area. The hall is oblong with space to hang out. Next to it is the larger bedroom with a 180 cm bed. Straight ahead is the bathroom, which is bright and modern. There is a shower, toilet and also a washing machine and dryer. To the left, the large, lovely living room opens up with beautiful furnishings and is open to the ridge. A massive brick wall invites you into the kitchen area, which is bright. There is also a table with seating for 4-6 people. There is also a small, nice alcove for relaxing/writing/workplace next to the nice kitchen. The loft can be reached by a steep ladder from the living room. Up here is a nice crawl-in with a double bed and a TV with Chromecast that is available. You can connect to your own account via Netflix, do not use the homeowner's account. The living room has a sofa, TV and armchair. The annex/guest house also has a TV with Chromecast as well as a microwave and small fridge, a perfect place for older children who want to live a little more secluded. There is a 120 cm bed and an armchair bed. Good to know is that national road 167 runs along the house, which can be a bit noisy. It is within walking distance to several nice swimming spots and about 1.5 km to, among other things, Kungsparken with a diving tower, sandy beach and jetty. Take the opportunity to visit the popular Lyckorna Brygga with restaurant and marina right on the water's edge. Many of Sweden's famous artists play here during the summer and you have a beautiful view of the fjord. The Musselbaren is a must for those who want to experience the west coast's tasting menu. Feel free to join one of the archipelago boats that depart from the harbor or walk on the beautiful promenade. This accommodation is perfect for the larger family of 6 people who want to be close to the beach. For those who want to shop, it is a good idea to go to Torps Shopping Center, next to Uddevalla Center or take a day trip to the big city of Gothenburg with the Liseberg amusement park among much more. In Ljungskile there are both good bus and train connections to both Uddevalla and Gothenburg. At Coop, about 1.7 km from the cottage, there are charging stations for electric cars. One bedroom features two single beds that are put together as a double, the other has a bunk bed for 2-3 people. In the laundry room there's a washing machine and a dryer. The house has WiFi and a TV-set. The house is set on a large beach plot and you have access to a beach hut (with sun loungers) which is set by the dock. The area offers plenty to see and do. Ljungskile is only nine kilometres away and offers services, entertainment, and restaurants. From Ljungskile you can catch a ferry for a tour of the archipelago. Don't miss a visit to the clam bar Musselbaren! There's a big shopping centre with about 80 shops in Torp. Göteborg is 72 kilometres away. Welcome! Good to know: During the winter, the land between the beach and the house has been reinforced and improved in preparation for the future. Work on the grounds will continue throughout the spring and summer of 2026. A large part of the lawn will be under regrowth during summer 2026 through spring 2027. As a result, the view is not as nice as usual, and we kindly ask guests to avoid the marked area so that the grass can properly recover. The rest of the property can be used as normal, and the work does not affect access to the house or the outdoor area. Access to the beach remains, but may require a short detour. The cottage has a wonderful view from the lovely terrace at the back of the house and on the mountain hill. There is a bench where you sit and have a cup of coffee and enjoy the sunset.
