The house is located on a lovely plot with both a lawn for play and games as well as a hilly natural plot with several patios on ledges. You have a nice view from the mountain that borders the plot behind the house. The front of the house has a lovely terrace with outdoor furniture and a lounge group where you can prepare a good meal with drinks. Choose whether you want to follow the sun's path in the sky or sit in the shade or under a parasol. Here it is easy to enjoy your holiday. The house is on one level and contains a modern kitchen with a dining area and an exit to the back, a living room with a TV corner (Chromecast, not channels) and a warming wood stove. This charming holiday home is set in the centre of Skärhamn, on the island of Tjörn.It features a great terrace by the water, offering a magnificent view of the harbour. In the garden you will find yet another pleasant area for relaxing and having tea. The interior of the house is tastefully decorated in a navy style. The lovely open plan kitchen and living room gives you a beautiful view of the harbour, through the windows. In the living room you will find a cosy TV-area and a TV with 30 Swedish and English speaking channels. There is also a modern sofa bed that fits two people.The bedroom features two single beds . There is also a charming mezzanine containing one bed, in the living room. A curtain makes it private and cosy in the mezzanine. The bathroom is beautiful, featuring a WC, wash basin, shower cubicle and underfloor heating. You will get to use your own part of the landlord's delightful garden, complete with an outdoor sitting area. There is an excellent beach, Gråskärsbadet, located only 400 metres from the cottage. This is an excellent place for children to play and try crab fishing. It offers sandy beaches and a bathing dock. From here you have service points, entertainment and beaches within your reach! The kitchen and living room offers a combined space with glass doors leading out to the terrace. AC available. Welcome to Skärhamn on Tjörn in beautiful Bohuslän with proximity to both salty baths, nature and the harbor that in the summer is buzzing with life and movement. Eat an ice cream, stroll in the summer shops, enjoy the sea's own movie time or rest in the garden for a while. The cottage is bright and nice and has an alcove in the living room with a single bed that is 120cm. There is a divan sofa that for the evening is easily made into a double bed 140cm and an extra bed 80cm to place next to. Spacious dining table with seating for 6 people and a high chair for the youngest traveler. Here everyone can sit and enjoy meals where the door is open and outside be able to take part in the wonderful summer feeling. At the far end of the cottage there is a smaller kitchen with stove with 2 plates, kitchen hood, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Inside is the fully tiled bathroom that has toilet, sink and shower. All new and fresh since 2022. Outside there is a lawn for play as well as outdoor furniture and barbecue. The cottage is located a bit away from the owner's house so you are not disturbed by each other at all. At certain times of the year, the sheep live in the pasture next door otherwise they are out on summer grazing. The cottage is located next to a local carriageway with less traffic. It is walking distance to take a bath in the ocean, just 500 meters from the cottage. If you have a bike it's perfect to bring that on your vacation. The cottage is located only 400 meters from very pleasant hiking trails in the Toftenäs nature reserve. All conceivable services are available in Skärhamn, which also offers a rich entertainment and cultural offer. Take the opportunity to visit the Nordic Watercolour Museum, which is a centre for contemporary art, with a focus on watercolour techniques.
