Here you live centrally but still quietly in a perfect location for those who want to live near salty baths at nice bathing spots, hiking trails with wonderful sea views and the center of Smögen. Close to the center via, among other things, the short boat trip across the strait to shops, restaurants and Smögen's entire range of events, as well as to several baths, jetties and boathouse areas where you can sunbathe, swim, jump from a trampoline or fish for crabs. Feel free to take a trip down among the unique boathouses, perhaps a fishing boat has come ashore with today's catch that you can buy and enjoy. On lovely summer evenings, it is a given to gather on the apartment's patio and perhaps enjoy the delicacies of the sea such as freshly caught prawns, crayfish or a well-stuffed crab. The apartment is located on one level as a corner apartment on the second floor with an associated balcony area and is accessed via a common entrance, lift and a loft corridor. The apartment is located with a clear view to the west/northwest, which gives opportunities for nice sunny days and evenings on the balcony area. From the entrance you enter a hall that leads into the open kitchen with kitchen furniture, hob, separate oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher, living room with TV and large comfortable sofa bed and armchairs, bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, washing machine and dryer, two bedrooms, one with a large lovely double bed and one with a bunk bed. Via the living room you reach the balcony area with lounge furniture and barbecue. The apartment has internet connection. On Sotenäset and in the surrounding area, there are several fishing and stonecutter communities with additional bathing areas as well as coastal paths and roads with a view of the Bohuslän archipelago. Smögen and adjacent Kungshamn also offer the opportunity to rent a kayak or boat so you can explore the beautiful archipelago on your own. If you want to take a look under the surface of the sea, there are diving experience opportunities both from land and boat. From Smögen you can take a taxi boat and visit the Hållö lighthouse or to Kungshamn and continue to experience archipelago life and the archipelago environment at the now world-famous jetty with bustling folk life, shops, restaurants and a variety of different boats. A nice choice for a day trip is a visit to Nordens Ark, a zoo where you can meet around 80 of the world's endangered animals. There, in beautiful nature, you get the opportunity to meet animals such as wolves, snow leopards or to come face to face with the world's largest feline, the Amur tiger. If you want to relax after the day's excursion in comfortable sofas, the living room is perfect, there is also a TV if a program appeals to you. But the natural place to spend time in the apartment will definitely be the terrace. Enjoying your breakfast outside when Smögen starts to come to life is quality time. For the fun-loving, everything from bars to excellent restaurants is within walking distance. Everyone who has been in Smögen during the summer appreciates having access to a private parking space, which you have if you rent this apartment.
