On the entrance floor is a hall and a bathroom with a shower cabin where the owner has decorated the ceiling with his old vinyl records. Half a flight of stairs down (low ceiling at the stairs) is the bar kitchen and bedroom in what was the former stable. Here much of the stable feel remains with stable stalls and untreated poured concrete floors in fine harmony with the personal interior details. The bar kitchen has a mini oven with two hotplates. The adjacent bay is a popular birdwatching spot with good chances of seeing both eagles and wading birds. There is also excellent fishing water for mackerel and trout, among others.
