Welcome to Gäddebräcka just over 9 kilometers from Henån on beautiful Orust. Here you stay close to both golf course, swimming spots, the sea and nature. The cottage that lies with the forest as a neighbor is rich in both berries and mushrooms during the season. Here you can enjoy the tranquility and get energy. In the yard there are three separate cottages adjacent to each other. The larger cottage has a bedroom with a double bed (160cm). If you have a small one that sleeps in a travel bed, there is one to borrow and it can easily fit in this bedroom. A complete kitchen with fridge & freezer, microwave, stove with oven and coffee maker and a high chair for the baby. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a spacious living room with wood burning stove for cozy evenings and via patio door you come out onto the lovely patio that has its own opening out to the lawn. There is outdoor furniture and many of the day's meals are often taken here. In summer when it is hot, you can create cross draws for coolness if the sun is on. In this cottage there is no bathroom. The cottage inside the main building has a bedroom with two single beds, both of which are 90cm. A small living room with a sofa and table and armchair. If you like to train, there is also an exercise bike here that you are most welcome to borrow. The cottage has its own entrance for shower, toilet and sauna. It is completely separated from the cottage's sleeping and common room. You walk around the cottage and at the back there is a private entrance where you will find both the toilet, sauna and shower in a larger common area. The cottage has two patios with outdoor furniture, parasols and in two different directions. Close to the lawn for the little ones to play on or bring the blanket and lie down in the green grass. Above the main building is a shed where children love to sleep and hang out together. There are two bunk beds. One that is slightly narrower is suitable for the younger children as the mattresses are only 70cm wide. The second bunk bed is normal 90/90cm. The cottage has a small cozy veranda with outdoor furniture. The area nearby is a typical summer cottage area. The cottage is located high so there is no transparency from any direction. Directly adjacent to the forest, children can play and discover all the possibilities of nature. The area is exciting to discover even by walking or by bike. So feel free to bring a bike. At Orust there are many activities for both large and small, such as kayaking, diving, fishing, golf ing or just enjoying a cooling bath in the sea. Gothenburg is 80 km away and here you will find Liseberg, Universeum and many more pleasures. Maybe a trip with Stena Line to Fredrikshamn during the day can be an exciting excursion. In Henån there is a shop, system company, bank, library, restaurants and tourist office. Many events are also held during the summer. Convenient drive distance to many nice archipelago communities in the surrounding area. Please visit the genuine islands of Gullholmen or Käringön where you can enjoy the seafood at the local restaurants. In the middle of Orust is the shopping paradise Göksäter where you can find everything between heaven and earth. Don't miss out on visiting Slussen 5.5 km with a nice guest house and a well-attended restaurant with world-class musical entertainment. There is also a nice bathing area and kiosk with café. Another nice attraction is popular Töllås sheep farm with farm shop where you can buy organic products, such as meat, marmalades and vegetables. Here you have walking distance to both swimming, service and entertainment while living with nature around the corner. Here there is silence and silence, far from the noise of the city. Modern and fresh house built in 2019 which consists of two apartments. The other apartment is permanently rented by a quiet and peaceful tenant, who you will not notice.
