Welcome to a charming and pleasant cabin in a calm and peaceful environment where from the cabin and its balconies between the trees of the forest you have a view of part of the Kornsjöarna, a lake system that goes all the way into Norway and offers about 30 km of paddling with just two short lifts. The lakes are beautiful and rich in islands and skerries. In the other direction, the lake merges into Kynne älv, a river that ends in a fine waterfall and further into the mile-long Bullaresjöarna with its many fine swimming spots, e.g. Sundshult. The cabin is a perfect starting point for those who want to experience animals and nature, paddle, hike, cycle, rock climb, pick berries and mushrooms or go fishing (NOTE: Fishing license required). In the immediate area there is the possibility to rent canoes or you can bring your own canoe, kayak or bicycle. The area is known for its nature and wilderness experiences, there is plenty of both untouched nature and rich wildlife, don't forget your camera! In the forests, both wild animals and birds roam and you might get the chance to catch a glimpse of a moose. In late summer, there are both berries and mushrooms in the forests, for example the 35-mile-long Bohusleden hiking trail passes through the area, but you can find information about it online. The cabin is nicely located on a forest slope that faces down to the lake, via one of the cabin's balconies you reach the cabin's entrance and further into a welcoming hall. In the open kitchen there is a stove, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee maker, in the living room there is dining room furniture, TV, a warming wood stove and sofa bed. The cottage has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed where the lower sleeping area is 120 cm wide. The bathroom has a WC, wash basin and shower. The cabin has two balcony areas with summer furniture and electric barbecue, one balcony to face the morning sun and one for evening snuggles, made for pleasant moments and conversations when you review the day's events or plan for new ones. The house has his own jetty at the lake nearby. In the area there are several excursion destinations such as Älgafallet, a magnificent waterfall with a height of 46 m, well worth a visit. The river above the falls forms the very border between Sweden and Norway. Visit the moose park in Dals Ed or take a trip across the border to Norway and Halden for a visit to Fredriksten's fortress or why not to Strömstad, a city by the sea with a large selection of activities during the summer, rich restaurant life, pleasant shopping in small shops that are close each other and if you feel like a salty, cooling dip in the summer heat, it's a short distance to the sea, cliffs and swimming, feel free to take one of the bathing boats out to one of the islands in the Strömstad archipelago. From Strömstad, there is also a ferry to the Koster Islands, Sweden's westernmost islands with a resident population. Near the cabin you will also find the Åmål ski center, which offers both cross-country and downhill skiing. Good to know: Firewood is not included. Can be bought at the nearest grocery store. Fireworks are not permitted in the area.

On Lavön within walking distance to both salty swimming, fishing and the ferry over to Gullholmen and Käringön, you live here in a modern, airy house with a cozy guest house next door. The house is 80 square meters with high ceilings in the living room and kitchen. Lovely sofas and TV and large windows to the balcony. Large dining area in the kitchen with a lovely sea view. If you want to see what the surrounding islands are, there is a large map wallpaper in the hall for guidance. You reach the loft via a curved staircase and here there is a bed 140 cm. It is light and airy with an opening window and drawers for storing clothes. In the two bedrooms downstairs, one room has a double bed 160 cm and the other a single bed 105 cm. Bathroom with wc, sink, shower and washing machine. The guest house is connected to the house via a large and inviting sun-soaked terrace with outdoor furniture. Inside the guest cabin is a bedroom with a double bed 160 cm. There is also a cozy family room with sofa, armchair with divan and TV. There is also a private bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. The house is a short walk from the swimming area. The area is very quiet and pleasant and the proximity to other attractions such as the islands outside and Orust's other attractions means that you will live perfectly for these excursions. You can get to the house by car and to the islands outside you can take the daily ferry. Perfect for day trips with swimming. Set by the sea on the island of Orust, this modern holiday home is within walking distance of bathing spots, services and entertainment. The house is situated on a hilly, natural plot, suitable for fun and games. The large terrace surrounds the house. It is secluded and the nearest neighbours live 50 metres away. The cottage is bright and tastefully decorated and has a modern, open floor plan´with a high ridge that gives nice space. The ground floor consists of a combined living room/kitchen with dining area and warming wood stove and smart TV. Here you also have access to the balcony. Those who love shopping will love Göksäter with all of it's bargains. Orust offers a variety of activities, such as kayaking, diving, fishing, golfing, and swimming. Gothenburg is 75 kilometres away. In the charming summer town of Ljungskile, not far from the historic area of "Lyckorna", is this nice summer cottage. The house was renovated in 2022 with both a hot tub and sauna on the plot, with a modern layout and a very homely warm interior. The location is close to the sea to several swimming areas in and around Ljungskile, about 1.5 km to salt water swimming, crab fishing and cliffs. The area is rural, quiet and harmonious. Next to the house is a nice forest path for nice walks and beautiful nature. The house has a guest cottage and a lovely sauna for 4 people, built in 2022. You are welcomed into the conservatory with a nice seating area. The hall is oblong with space to hang out. Next to it is the larger bedroom with a 180 cm bed. Straight ahead is the bathroom, which is bright and modern. There is a shower, toilet and also a washing machine and dryer. To the left, the large, lovely living room opens up with beautiful furnishings and is open to the ridge. A massive brick wall invites you into the kitchen area, which is bright. There is also a table with seating for 4-6 people. There is also a small, nice alcove for relaxing/writing/workplace next to the nice kitchen. The loft can be reached by a steep ladder from the living room. Up here is a nice crawl-in with a double bed and a TV with Chromecast that is available. You can connect to your own account via Netflix, do not use the homeowner's account. The living room has a sofa, TV and armchair. The annex/guest house also has a TV with Chromecast as well as a microwave and small fridge, a perfect place for older children who want to live a little more secluded. There is a 120 cm bed and an armchair bed. Good to know is that national road 167 runs along the house, which can be a bit noisy. It is within walking distance to several nice swimming spots and about 1.5 km to, among other things, Kungsparken with a diving tower, sandy beach and jetty. Take the opportunity to visit the popular Lyckorna Brygga with restaurant and marina right on the water's edge. Many of Sweden's famous artists play here during the summer and you have a beautiful view of the fjord. The Musselbaren is a must for those who want to experience the west coast's tasting menu. Feel free to join one of the archipelago boats that depart from the harbor or walk on the beautiful promenade. This accommodation is perfect for the larger family of 6 people who want to be close to the beach. For those who want to shop, it is a good idea to go to Torps Shopping Center, next to Uddevalla Center or take a day trip to the big city of Gothenburg with the Liseberg amusement park among much more. In Ljungskile there are both good bus and train connections to both Uddevalla and Gothenburg. At Coop, about 1.7 km from the cottage, there are charging stations for electric cars. Spacious villa with a high standard and quiet seaside location in Stora Höga, south of Stenungsund. A perfect home for a family or group of people who want a comfortable accommodation close to the sea, services and many attractions in Bohuslän, but also to the entertainment city of Gothenburg. The whole family will enjoy it here! The villa's entrance floor contains a beautiful bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a small whirlpool bath for 1-2 people, a modern kitchen with a dining area and a living room with a sofa group. Welcome to Timmerås, near the sea and salty baths with peace and quiet in the countryside. This accommodation includes a large garden for play and mischief. A good accommodation for a family with children or an elderly couple. The house is renovated in 2021 where everything is bright and homely. There is a spacious glazed conservatory at the entrance and also a terrace where the sun is on. Outside you can hear birdsong and the whistling of the wind. You are welcomed into a hall with the kitchen directly to the right. Here there are tables with room for 4 people. There is also a high chair. The kitchen has an induction hob with 2 plates, a benchtop oven, microwave and coffee maker. Fridge with freezer and everything is new since 2021. Directly from the kitchen is the bathroom with shower cabin, sink, wc and washing machine. Perfect if you want to stay more than a week or if you are traveling with small children. The interior is warm and pleasant. To the left of the hall, slightly elevated, is the living room with a comfortable sofa. There is a TV with an HDMI socket where you can plug in your own computer to stream programmes. WiFi is of course included in the accommodation. The house has two bedrooms. One with a double bed 180cm wide and the other with a bunk bed. This accommodation suits you who are traveling with children and who want to live separately and have peace and quiet but still be close to the west coast's best excursion destinations. Pay a visit to the Cowboy pizza in the evening and enjoy large tasty pizzas. Lunch perhaps at Laxbutiken in Ljungskile with their large ice cream café next door. The happiness bridge with cold bath house and incredibly beautiful environment is also worth a trip. A must is Gustafsberg with the historic cold bath house and the Snäckan café. Next to this is Lanabadet with a pool area for those who want to exchange the sea for a pool. If you want more of a big city, it is easy to get to the center of Uddevalla and Torp's large shopping centre. Or why not a trip to Gothenburg with all that the city has to offer. Welcome!
