It is walking distance to take a bath in the ocean, just 500 meters from the cottage. If you have a bike it's perfect to bring that on your vacation. The cottage is located only 400 meters from very pleasant hiking trails in the Toftenäs nature reserve. All conceivable services are available in Skärhamn, which also offers a rich entertainment and cultural offer. Welcome to Klövedal A lovely natural area with the cultural landscape at Pilane on the west side of Tjörn. Eight hectares of natural area with works of art under the open sky. Here the sheep graze freely and keep the landscape open. Both flint stones and about 90 judge's rings, standing stones and stone settings from the Iron Age can be viewed. The house is only a couple of hundred meters from Pilane and from here you can easily hike, cycle and go on adventures, both to Kyrkesund, Härön and surrounding towns such as Rönnäng and Skärhamn. Entrance from the front with spacious hall with lots of storage. Two bedrooms, one with a 140cm bed and the second room with a bunk bed where the lower bunk is 120cm and the upper 80cm. In this room there is a lovely IR sauna for 2 people and a simple home gym for those who want to work out on holiday. There is an open kitchen with dining area and views towards both the short side and the back of the house. Here you live in a well-planned single-storey villa with a large lovely terrace with lounge furniture, large parasol and sun loungers as well as tables and chairs for dinners or coffee breaks. Large lawn for play and relaxation and a guest cottage connected with two single beds (90/90cm). A large entrance hall with wardrobes for outerwear or storage during your stay and inside there is a spacious laundry room with washing machine, dryer and shower. Everything is cleverly planned and you enter a small hall. On the left is a double bed 140 cm wide and screened-off sleeping alcove with cozy lighting. The TV is set up on the wall so you can choose whether you want to lie in bed or sit on the comfortable sofa and watch. The sofa is great comfortable for lazy days that becomes bedable easily via a good and comfortable mattress that is behind the sofa. There is a small table for breakfast with two seats and high chair can be arranged if necessary. The stove is induction cooker, oven and coffee maker. Welcome to beautiful historic Gustavsberg with the sea inside. The cottage is hidden among greenery and a little secluded with a high position and sea views from the plot. The plot is well hilly and you get there with a staircase up to the top where the accommodation is located. There is an incredible view with its own vantage point over the sea with a bench. The house is combined with simpler style and with more modern elements. You enter the back by the comfortable terrace. There is a dining table for dinners in the shade when the sun is on. The kitchen is integrated with the living room and the kitchen area is since 2021 with induction stove. The house has summer water with hot and cold water. The living room is brightly furnished with pleasant style. Here is a cozy stove that makes the season longer and that crackles well if you want to come here in spring or autumn. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa, armchairs and a seating pouf. Next door is a bedroom with a bed of 140 cm. You can glimpse the sea from the window. The toilet is an honest water toilet located in the small red house next door. It looks like an outing but is a regular toilet. In the space next door are all cleaning items such as vacuum cleaners and more. The garden is lush green and the accommodation suits those who want the simple and charming with proximity to swimming, sea and everything that the west coast has to offer. Perfect for the small party with about 3-4 people, this is a very cozy accommodation. The accommodation is not suitable for the elderly, not for those with difficulty walking or for those with really young children as it is close to mountains.
