The living room leads to the comfortable, roofed terrace.The bottom floor also contains a bathroom (WC and shower) and a laundry room. On the upper floor you will find the family room with it’s TV-area and 30 TV-channels (Swedish channels as well as English-speaking channels). The family room has a sofa bed that sleeps two. The bedroom is spacious and contains one double bed. The upper floor bathroom contains a shower and a small whirlpool that fits one adult or two children. On the upper floor there is also a lovely balcony with a panoramic view. Please note that it is not allowed to charge electric cars. The lovely angler’s house is well-furnished and a ladder leading to a spacious loft with a double bed (legless). The closest beach is only 400 metres from the house. There is a sandy beach, rocks and a bathing dock. There are also crab fishing possibilities. Skärhamn offers culture and entertainment. This incredibly attractive holiday home is set in Rönnäng on the island of Tjörn. It was built in 2013 and offers an amazing, panoramic view of the sea and Klädesholmen. It is hard to find a better location or a better view! It is just 700 metres to Kåreviks wonderful beach with it's bathing dock and diving tower! The high standard cottage is tastefully decorated. It features a comfortable family room with a sofa bed (160cm) and a TV (with 30-40 Swedish and English-speaking channels). There is a small kitchenette with two cooking hobs and a microwave oven. There is also a small dining area from which you can admire the view. Fully tiled bathroom with a WC, washbasin and shower cubicle. Free wireless WiFi. The hosue is winterised and has an underfloor water heating system. The landlord lives 10-15 metres away and you get your own part of the garden and the large wooden terrace. From here a path leads down to the town. The surroundings here are beautiful! Why not take a walk to Rönnäng wharf and have a bite to eat and watch the boats pass by. From here you can catch a ferry to the car-free islands of Åstol, Tjörnekalv, and Dyrön. Skärhamn, nine kilometres away, offers plenty of restaurants, shops, entertainment and culture. There is, for instance, a lovely art museum specialising in contemporary art, especially aquarelles. The picturesque town of Klädesholmen is only 4,5 kilometres from the house. This lovely holiday home is situated in the archipelago of the west coast, in Ellös, on the beautiful island of Orust. The two-storey house is well-equipped and has a delightful view of the sea. It's just a couple of minutes' walk to the child-friendly beach. The entrance floor features a modern kitchen with all of the amenities you could need, including a dishwasher. The living room is light and airy, and features a sofa suite and a cosy wood-burning stove where you can light candles (no fire allowed). It opens onto the lovely conservatory with it's beautiful view of the sea. Next to the conservatory, you will find a furnished terrace. ATTENTION!! It is not allowed to grill on this balcony, if you want to grill, do this on the front of the house. The house has two bathrooms, both located on the bottom floor. Both of the bathrooms have a WC, a washbasin, and a shower. One of them is also equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. You will find the sauna in the annex. On the second floor, you will find two cosy bedrooms and a family room with a sofa bed and a beautiful view of the sea. Each bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and the family room opens onto a terrace with a wood-fuelled bath barrel. The holiday home has a guest house with a bunk bed (the upper bunk is 80 cm wide and the lower bunk is 120 cm wide). Next to the guest house, you will find the sauna, with room for 5-6 people at a time. The lovely public beach is only 400 metres from the house, featuring a sandy beach, a bathing dock, a trampoline, cliffs, a play ground, and beach volley possibilities. Ellös offers all sorts of services, shops, restaurants and entertainment. Orust offers a variety of activities, such as kayak paddling, diving, fishing, crab fishing and golfing. There are many charming little seaside towns within driving distance, and you mustn't miss visiting the beautiful islands Gullholmen and Käringön. In the middle of Orust you will find the shopper's paradise, Göksäter, well worth a visit! The city of Göteborg is only 75 kilometres away. Due to the steep location, the house is not suitable for small children. The house is not rented out to youth groups according to § 3.3 of the Rental Terms. In the bathroom there's a WC, a washbasin, and a shower. The 1000 square metre-garden is surrounded by mountains and woodlands so your holiday home is private and secluded. The charming town of Nösund is only five kilometres away. Nösund has two lovely beaches, a great tennis court, and excellent hiking paths. The inn, Nösunds Värdshus, has an excellent restaurant and live music. There's a free car ferry that takes you to the lovely island Lyrön, with it's stunning nature and ancient remnants from the bronze age.The island has a popular restaurant, Bryggvingen where you also will find a fish monger's. It is open during the summer months. Orust is a popular summer holiday resort, and it's easy to see why. It is a beautiful place that offers something for everyone. In the summertime, there's festivals, jazz events, museums, kayaking, diving, golfing, and other activities.The charming fishing towns of Hälleviksstrand and Mollösund are well worth a visit. Don't miss the lovely café Sjöbodscafét, set amongst the boat docks in Hälleviksstrand. The owners of the café also own Anders Båt och Brygga, which arranges fishing trips, seal safaris, and lobster fishing. The big city of Göteborg, with the amusement park Liseberg, is only 80 kilometres away. Your landlord lives 30 metres away.
