This lovely holiday home is set only 200 metres from the sea and has a big, secluded garden of 100 square metres, as well as a spacious wooden terrace. On the bottom floor of the house, there's an open-plan kitchen and living room with a dining table, a TV and a sofa. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. The fully tiled bathroom is equipped with a WC, a washbasin, a shower, and a washing machine. You have access to a parking spot in Rönnäng, which is on the nearby island of Tjörn. Please note that the owner of the house sometimes lives on the second floor. More than 5 persons are not allowed in the house or in the garden at the same time. Dyrön is an idyllic holiday destination, a small island of 1.5 square metres. There's a grocery store, a restaurant, an art gallery, and a café on the island. There are plenty of activities, the island has a football field, a tennis court, mini golf, a beach volley court, a boule court, a public sauna, and a lovely hiking trail. Bohuslän has been populated since the stone ages and there are many interesting ancient remains here, stone carvings, ancient grave fields and a stone circle.
