It is hard to find a better location or a better view! It is just 700 metres to Kåreviks wonderful beach with it's bathing dock and diving tower! The high standard cottage is tastefully decorated. It features a comfortable family room with a sofa bed (160cm) and a TV (with 30-40 Swedish and English-speaking channels). There is a small kitchenette with two cooking hobs and a microwave oven. There is also a small dining area from which you can admire the view. Fully tiled bathroom with a WC, washbasin and shower cubicle. Free wireless WiFi. The hosue is winterised and has an underfloor water heating system. The landlord lives 10-15 metres away and you get your own part of the garden and the large wooden terrace. From here a path leads down to the town. The surroundings here are beautiful! Why not take a walk to Rönnäng wharf and have a bite to eat and watch the boats pass by. From here you can catch a ferry to the car-free islands of Åstol, Tjörnekalv, and Dyrön. Skärhamn, nine kilometres away, offers plenty of restaurants, shops, entertainment and culture. There is, for instance, a lovely art museum specialising in contemporary art, especially aquarelles. The picturesque town of Klädesholmen is only 4,5 kilometres from the house. It is also only a few minutes' walk from Gullmarsborgs Ice Skating Hall. You live in a pleasant villa in an apartment on the ground floor. Next to the entrance you have your own patio on the shared plot. Own parking space is available on the plot. The holiday home is an apartment in a beautiful house with a garden plot that you share with the owner. The apartment consists of a nice bedroom with a comfortable double bed and an extra room without a door with one bed. There is a kitchenette with hotplates for simple cooking and a fresh lavatory with a WC and a washbasin and a bathroom with a WC, a washbasin, and a shower. The kitchen has the most basic amenities, such as electic hotplates, a microwave oven, and a fridge. Please note that there's no freezer. The apartment has free wireless internet access. Outside you'll have a terrace and a large lawn, and there's no noisy traffic in the area. There's a roomy kitchen with a classic wood stove, a living room with two sofa-beds, one for two and one for one person. There's two more single beds in the bedroom. This lovely holiday home is situated in the archipelago of the west coast, in Ellös, on the beautiful island of Orust. The two-storey house is well-equipped and has a delightful view of the sea. It's just a couple of minutes' walk to the child-friendly beach. The entrance floor features a modern kitchen with all of the amenities you could need, including a dishwasher. The living room is light and airy, and features a sofa suite and a cosy wood-burning stove where you can light candles (no fire allowed). It opens onto the lovely conservatory with it's beautiful view of the sea. Next to the conservatory, you will find a furnished terrace. ATTENTION!! It is not allowed to grill on this balcony, if you want to grill, do this on the front of the house. The house has two bathrooms, both located on the bottom floor. Both of the bathrooms have a WC, a washbasin, and a shower. One of them is also equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. You will find the sauna in the annex. On the second floor, you will find two cosy bedrooms and a family room with a sofa bed and a beautiful view of the sea. Each bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and the family room opens onto a terrace with a wood-fuelled bath barrel. The holiday home has a guest house with a bunk bed (the upper bunk is 80 cm wide and the lower bunk is 120 cm wide). Next to the guest house, you will find the sauna, with room for 5-6 people at a time. The lovely public beach is only 400 metres from the house, featuring a sandy beach, a bathing dock, a trampoline, cliffs, a play ground, and beach volley possibilities. Ellös offers all sorts of services, shops, restaurants and entertainment. Orust offers a variety of activities, such as kayak paddling, diving, fishing, crab fishing and golfing. There are many charming little seaside towns within driving distance, and you mustn't miss visiting the beautiful islands Gullholmen and Käringön. In the middle of Orust you will find the shopper's paradise, Göksäter, well worth a visit! The city of Göteborg is only 75 kilometres away. Due to the steep location, the house is not suitable for small children. The house is not rented out to youth groups according to § 3.3 of the Rental Terms. You have your own entrance to the flat so you will have privacy even though the owners live on the second floor. The flat features a living room with a comfortable sofa suite , adjacent to a smaller kitchen with a cooker, microwave oven and dishwasher (please note: there is no oven). The bedroom is spacious and features two single beds and a new extra bed suitable for a child. There is also a small children's mattress you can use if you have two children. The bathroom is tiled and features a wc, wash basin, and a shower. At the front of the house there is a charming little outdoor sitting area, nicely surrounded by bushes, giving it a cosy feeling. It is set in a quiet, secluded area and surrounded by woodlands. In the main cottage, you will find a kitchen with the basic amenities, and a small kitchen table that seats five. The bedroom features a double bed. Please note that there's no door between the bedroom and the living room, but there's a curtain you can draw if you want privacy. The living room has a cosy wood-burning stove, a sofa bed for two, and a TV with 41 channels. If you want to, you can borrow a DVD-player and films from the landlord. The annex features a single bed and a bathroom (entrance from the outside), with an electric incinerating toilet, a washbasin, and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The wellwater is trinkable and has beeen tested. In the lovely garden, you will find herbal beds with herbs that you are welcome to use. There are also blueberries in the garden. Welcome to the island of Öckerö in Gothenburgs northern archipelago. Here you'll have the ocean as your neighbor. The cozy house sits on the owners land. There is a nice terrace with a grill. washing machine in separate building. From here you have easy access to downtown Gothenburg with a direct bus taking you all the way to Liseberg. At the same time there is a lovely beach a few hundred meters away, and the beautiful harbor is also close by. Truly a perfect location!
