Indoors, you will find a large entrance hall which is adjacent to the spacious, tastefully decorated living room, with a TV, DVD-player and wireless internet. The light and airy kitchen features a nice dining area. There a three bedrooms, one offering a comfortable double bed, the second two single beds, and the third one a double bed 160 cm. In the bathroom you will find a WC, wash basin, shower, and washing machine. The cottage features two delightful outdoor sitting areas, which gives you the option of choosing whether you sit it the sun or in the shade. You will find a lovely bay, with a magnificent view of the islands, only 500 metres from the cottage. This is a lovely place to go swimming or sunbathing. The cottage is set in a scenic area, with pastures for sheep and horses. The waters around Askeröarna are excellent for fishing. There are plenty of charming seaside towns to visit on Tjörn and Orust. The closest town is Varekil, eleven kilometres away. Gothenburg is 65 kilometres away. Welcome to Timmerås, near the sea and salty baths with peace and quiet in the countryside. This accommodation includes a large garden for play and mischief. A good accommodation for a family with children or an elderly couple. The house is renovated in 2021 where everything is bright and homely. There is a spacious glazed conservatory at the entrance and also a terrace where the sun is on. Outside you can hear birdsong and the whistling of the wind. You are welcomed into a hall with the kitchen directly to the right. Here there are tables with room for 4 people. There is also a high chair. The kitchen has an induction hob with 2 plates, a benchtop oven, microwave and coffee maker. Fridge with freezer and everything is new since 2021. Directly from the kitchen is the bathroom with shower cabin, sink, wc and washing machine. Perfect if you want to stay more than a week or if you are traveling with small children. Pay a visit to the Cowboy pizza in the evening and enjoy large tasty pizzas. Lunch perhaps at Laxbutiken in Ljungskile with their large ice cream café next door. The happiness bridge with cold bath house and incredibly beautiful environment is also worth a trip. A must is Gustafsberg with the historic cold bath house and the Snäckan café. Next to this is Lanabadet with a pool area for those who want to exchange the sea for a pool. Welcome to Skärhamn on Tjörn in beautiful Bohuslän with proximity to both salty baths, nature and the harbor that in the summer is buzzing with life and movement. Eat an ice cream, stroll in the summer shops, enjoy the sea's own movie time or rest in the garden for a while. The cottage is bright and nice and has an alcove in the living room with a single bed that is 120cm. There is a divan sofa that for the evening is easily made into a double bed 140cm and an extra bed 80cm to place next to. Spacious dining table with seating for 6 people and a high chair for the youngest traveler. Here everyone can sit and enjoy meals where the door is open and outside be able to take part in the wonderful summer feeling. At the far end of the cottage there is a smaller kitchen with stove with 2 plates, kitchen hood, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Inside is the fully tiled bathroom that has toilet, sink and shower. All new and fresh since 2022. Outside there is a lawn for play as well as outdoor furniture and barbecue. The cottage is located a bit away from the owner's house so you are not disturbed by each other at all. At certain times of the year, the sheep live in the pasture next door otherwise they are out on summer grazing. The cottage is located next to a local carriageway with less traffic. It is walking distance to take a bath in the ocean, just 500 meters from the cottage. If you have a bike it's perfect to bring that on your vacation. The cottage is located only 400 meters from very pleasant hiking trails in the Toftenäs nature reserve. All conceivable services are available in Skärhamn, which also offers a rich entertainment and cultural offer. Take the opportunity to visit the Nordic Watercolour Museum, which is a centre for contemporary art, with a focus on watercolour techniques. Welcome to Klövedal A lovely natural area with the cultural landscape at Pilane on the west side of Tjörn. Eight hectares of natural area with works of art under the open sky. Here the sheep graze freely and keep the landscape open. Both flint stones and about 90 judge's rings, standing stones and stone settings from the Iron Age can be viewed. The house is only a couple of hundred meters from Pilane and from here you can easily hike, cycle and go on adventures, both to Kyrkesund, Härön and surrounding towns such as Rönnäng and Skärhamn. Entrance from the front with spacious hall with lots of storage. Two bedrooms, one with a 140cm bed and the second room with a bunk bed where the lower bunk is 120cm and the upper 80cm. In this room there is a lovely IR sauna for 2 people and a simple home gym for those who want to work out on holiday. There is an open kitchen with dining area and views towards both the short side and the back of the house. Here you live in a well-planned single-storey villa with a large lovely terrace with lounge furniture, large parasol and sun loungers as well as tables and chairs for dinners or coffee breaks.
