Set on a mountain, the cottage has a beautiful view of the sea. It features two small terraces , one of which is roofed. The rent includes a rowing boat and a boat motor. The cottage is small but cosy, featuring a sofa bed for two in the living room and a bunk bed in the alcove. The size of the bunk bed is 195x80 cm, perfekt for kids! The small kitchen features the necessities and there's a freezer outdoors. The bathroom is accessed from the outside of the cottage, it has a WC, a washbasin, and a shower. Below the house you will find a bathing spot with a bathing dock. You will be living in the beautiful nature reserve of Valön where you can admire nature, go for long walks, and spot wild animals. Hamburgsund is the closest town, 9 kilometres away. Bovallstrand is 10 kilometres away. Both towns offer shops and restaurants. If you want to visit Norway, it's just a one hour-drive to Halden, and another hour from there to Oslo. A rowing boat is included in the rent. A boat engine can be pre-ordered and costs SEK 1,200. Down by the coast in Fiskebäckskil you will find small boathouses whose openings face the water and further up the mountain tower stately houses with glass verandas and balconies that show true carpentry joy. Among Fiskebäckskil's captain's villas and fishermen's cottages, many cozy walking paths meander. There are several bathing spots in the area for cooling baths, sand between your toes and relaxation on the sun-warmed cliffs. The accommodation's location by Skaftö's main road also makes it easy to explore the surrounding area, fishing villages, archipelago, nature reserves and other interesting excursion destinations on Skaftö by car. From the car park at the entrance you walk past the owner's home and up a few stairs to the entrance to the guest house. Once inside, you are met by a vestibule from which you enter further into the cottage's kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment and coffee maker. Here you also get the cozy feeling which is also enhanced by the slightly lower ceiling height of 2.05 meters. After the kitchen comes the cottage's living room with sofa bed and TV. Next door to the kitchen is the cottage's bedroom with bunk bed 120/90. In the cottage there is also a WC with toilet and washbasin, shower is in the adjacent building at the entrance. Washing machine can be borrowed via contact with the cottage owner. On the two balconies of the cottage, some of which are under a roof, there is outdoor furniture and barbecue where you can enjoy wonderful meals, read a good book or maybe just rest after a wonderful day at the beach or golf course. The cottage is equipped with WiFi. The cottage also includes a mooring of 3 x 9 m that can be borrowed via contact with the cottage owner, the mooring is well protected in Getevikssund at the entrance to the well-known Malö streams. From the cottage you also make easy day trips to Havets Hus in Lysekil, Nordens Ark, Smögen, Kungshamn or other fishing and boating communities in northern Bohuslän. The beachfront is on 11 hectares and is on the outskirts of the charming fishing community Hälleviksstrand. Enjoy the untouched setting with the lovely panoramic view and overlook the shifting ocean. The holiday home consists of a main building on 55 m² and two annex (10 m² and 12m2). There is very easy to relax here during all of the seasons. Enjoy the great atmosphere and the untouched nature on the large patio or around the warm wood burning stove during the cold evenings. This holiday home has a bright and modern decoration. The main building is made of a sunken dining area, a modern kitchen, a large living room equipped with a TV and around 30 different Swedish and English channels, two bedrooms (one of the bedrooms has access to the nice shower cabin) and a separate WC with washbasin. There are two extra beds which consist of a sofa bed in the living room. The two annexes have two beds each, and offer an amazing ocean view. You can take a swim in the private bay from the bridge which is part of the property and is approximately 300m away. There is also here where the boat is docked which is at your disposal. The boat is available during the weeks 20-40. The local beach offers both sand and rock beach, bridge and are about 750m away. There is approximately 7km to Ellös. It has been renovated to a high standard. There is a large veranda with a gorgeous view. The two-storey boathouse includes a kitchenette with a fridge, a microwave oven, two cooking hubs and a coffee maker. The two-storey house is tastefully decorated, light and airy. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped, open kitchen and a dining area. The living room has a wood stove and a TV with thirty channels, both Swedish and English. The ground floor also contains a tiled bathroom, and a bedroom with one single bed. On the second floor there are two additional bedrooms with three beds in one of them. The upper floor rooms have sloping ceilings. Washer and drier in the cellar/basement. There are several dining places by Hamnplan: Kiosken is situated by the jetties and famous for it’s hamburgers. It is set close to the sea on the island Stora Askerön, in the fjord between Tjörn, Orust, and Stenungsund. The holiday home is open plan and has skylights that let in a lot of daylight. There's a TV and free internet access. The sofa bed in the living room is 140 cm wide. The kitchenette has a fridge with a small freezer compartment. There's also a large freezer downstairs. Tjörn and Orust offer many charming seaside towns you can visit, such as Klädesholmen, Kyreksund, Hälleviksstrand, and Mollösund, all lovely places to visit. Sundsby Säteri offers beautiful walking paths and caves to explore. It also offers a bakery and a coffee shop. Stenungssund offers a large shopping centre and Gothenburg is only 55 kilometres away. The town of Skärhamn offers plenty of restaurants, shops, entertainment and culture. There is, for instance, a lovely art museum specialising in contemporary art, especially aquarelles. With a wonderful view of the North Sea and its horizon is this nice holiday home, which consists of two houses, where you have a total of six bedrooms. One of Norra Bohuslän's few sandy beaches is located just under 100 meters from the house, where both small and large swimming enthusiasts thrive. A short walk over the cliffs for those who like it or you take the road down to the beach. Crab fishing from the pier or rod fishing from the pier, all within walking distance. In high season there is a restaurant down by the guest harbor which is about 15 minutes walk from the house, where there is also a mini golf course and in high season there are many evenings with live music. The two houses are connected by a large terrace and there is plenty of space to enjoy sunny days and barbecue dinners. For slightly windy days, there is a glazed part on the terrace with dining table and chairs. Outdoors there is plenty of space for play and games on the lawn below the terrace. There are many places to visit in the immediate area. Inside Lysekil, Havets Hus is well worth a visit, both entertaining and learning about life in the North Sea. Welcome to this cozy cottage, situated high on a largely private, hilly plot with a location close to the sea in Sundsandvik, north of Orust. Fantastic view from the balcony over the strait to Wind Island. The plot is hilly and the cabin is reached via about 15 stairs. The cottage has been renovated in recent years with a new kitchen in 2021, and a new bathroom in 2023. Internet is available and television can be accessed via chromecast. The nearest bathing area is only a few minutes' walk away. Well-organized swimming area at Haftsen SweCamp Resort (2 km) with large sandy beach, water slides, restaurants, mini golf and a variety of other activities. Good location for excursions in the immediate area with a number of charming archipelago communities on both Orust and the mainland. Close to Henån with all conceivable services and entertainment. The comfortable living room contains a TV with satellite channels and free, wireless internet. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two bunk beds.
