Welcome to beautiful Sunnanå in Mellerud to this charming boathouse! Here you live right by the water with a fantastic view of the marina and the historic stone warehouse. The boathouse is on two levels and tastefully decorated. Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, stove, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and a dining area for four, perfect for long, cozy dinners. There is also a comfortable sofa that can easily be converted into a spacious 140 cm sofa bed. From the living room you reach a larger terrace with outdoor furniture, where you can enjoy magical sunsets over the harbor. At the front there is a smaller veranda with a café table and two chairs - the perfect place for your morning coffee. Upstairs there are two comfortable beds, both 120 cm wide. Please note that the stairs up to the upper floor are steep. The boathouse does not have its own toilet or shower, but the service building with fresh toilets and showers is not far away. The boathouse only has cold water. Free parking is available right in front of the boathouse. Nearby there is a playground and several barbecue areas to use, as grilling at the boathouse is not allowed due to fire risk. For a taste experience by the water, Skeppskrogen Sunnanå is located in the harbor and serves delicious food every day during the high season. If you want to explore the area, there is much to discover. Vita Sannars Camping, only two kilometers away, offers a shallow sandy beach, heated pools, water slide, restaurant, mini golf, tennis, volleyball and playground. Three kilometers away is Mellerud with a wide range of shops and restaurants. For a unique experience, Håveruds Akvedukt, one of Dalsland's most famous attractions, is well worth a visit.
