But also a perfect starting point to the rest of the island with good communications to Fårö in the north and to Burgsvik in the south! In southeast Visby you will find this ground floor apartment. Bright apartment with nice kitchen, living room and bathroom. Here you all sleep in the living room in the form of a double bed and two extra beds. Lovely patio where breakfast can be enjoyed before a fantastic day of vacation! Good to know: Base sheet included, but not duvet cover & pillowcase. (Just the sheet on the mattress.) Barbecue facilities are available at designated areas near the accommodation. Visby and Gotland are bustling with life and activity during the summer season. In addition to offering a unique natural landscape that is an experience in itself, Visby and Gotland also boast a wide range of restaurants, cafés, stunning beaches, cultural attractions, and charming little shops that pop up during the summer months. A residence that has that little extra something to add a touch of luxury to your stay! It boasts a beautiful lush garden with a heated pool, a pool house with a lounge area, billiards/air hockey, a separate barn for delightful dinner parties, multiple outdoor seating areas, a playhouse, and much more. You don't want to miss this accommodation! Only a 15-minute drive from Visby, you will find this paradise. It includes a main house, a guest house, a pool house, a playhouse, a barn with dining areas and a simple kitchen for large meals, as well as several outdoor seating areas where you can choose to sit adjacent to the kitchen under the apple tree, by the pool, or in the pergola under the grapevines. In the main house, built in the early 1900s, there is a charming kitchen with a quaint pantry and everything you might need, a beautiful dining room next to it that leads you out to the glassed-in veranda. From the kitchen, you can access a cozy living room with a TV and fireplace. Next to it is a comfortable bedroom with a 140 cm bed. The upstairs is reached via a staircase in the dining room. On the upper floor, there is a large family room mainly used as a playroom, featuring an extendable bed and a bunk bed. Adjacent are two additional bedrooms, each with a double bed. The renovated bathroom is located in the hallway by the entrance and includes a washing machine, toilet, sink, and a shower with foldable glass walls. On the property, there is a very nice guest cottage with its own little covered veranda. Inside, there is a comfortable sofa bed and a 120 cm bed. There is also a toilet with a sink, so you don't have to go into the main house. Perfect for those who want to stay a bit secluded from the rest of the group. By the lovely pool, there are sun loungers, perfect for relaxation! Here you can alternate between sunbathing and swimming in the pool with games and other fun activities inside the pool house. There is something for everyone! Enjoy the lounge area, or why not challenge each other in a triathlon with billiards, air hockey, and darts! The billiard table is a combined billiards and air hockey table. There is also a refrigerator. In another building reminiscent of a very charming barn, there is a long dining table for large gatherings that connects to a practical, simple kitchen with a sink and running water. Here you can grill outside and then pass the food over the counter through the hatch. So practical and so nice! A perfect alternative so you don't have to run back and forth to the kitchen in the main house. Note – youth groups are not allowed! A travel cot is available upon request. The ceiling is slightly lower in the kitchen area. The photos show that there is a bamboo sunbed, but unfortunately, it will not be available. Although this accommodation has everything needed for a successful vacation, there is so much to explore on Gotland. From Fårö in the north to Burgsvik in the south. The coastal stretches around the island are magical, where fishing villages, rock formations, and sandy beaches with powdery soft sand alternate. There are various shops with local crafts, cafes, and restaurants popping up here and there. There is something for every interest, but a must is a visit to Visby Inner City to wander through the rose-blooming alleys and gaze at the Visby City Wall.
