Welcome to this fantastic accommodation in southern Gotland between Fröjel and Djupvik, only a short kilometer to the sea and nice beach! An accommodation for those of you who value seclusion, proximity to beautiful nature and all the gems southern Gotland has to offer. A warm welcome to this paradise! You live here in two very nice cottages, each with a balcony on a large natural plot. In the larger cabin, there is a kitchen that will be renovated in 2023, a bathroom with a shower, and a living room with a comfortable sofa bed for two (140 cm) and a TV with Apple TV. In the second cabin there is a comfortable double bed and TV with MiBox. Washing machine is available for use and in addition to the shower inside, there is the possibility to enjoy a shower in the outdoor shower - a wonderful sense of freedom to be able to shower in the open air to the song of the birds. The accommodation is on a quiet road surrounded by trees and greenery, the larger road you come from is a country road which can be somewhat busy at times. In a short walk you reach Brime, a beautiful and calming sandy beach where you can take a lovely swim. Pack the picnic basket and enjoy a magical sunset on the beach you won't soon forget. If you follow the coast a little further south, you will find the Eksta coast, where you can see the famous Karlsöarna on the horizon, which you can also take an excursion to see its birdlife and rugged nature. If you want to enjoy a good piece of food inspired by Gotland produce with a beautiful view of the sea, Djupvik restaurant is a tip. Don't forget to explore the rest of the island, in southern Gotland Ljugarn and Hoburgen are nice places to visit. In central Gotland, you can't miss Visby with its stately Ringmur and the rose-strewn alleys in Visby Innerstad, which come alive during the summer with restaurants, book shops and cafes on every corner. Wonderful cottage in Tveta with a lake and forest as the nearest neighbour, where you only have 80m to peaceful swimming from the rocks or the floating jetty. Here is the right place for rest and recovery. Enjoy the calm, the chirping of the birds and beneficial forest walks around the lake. Tveta is fabulously beautiful. You have a completely newly built wood-burning sauna where you can enjoy the heat after a cooling dip in the lake. The cottage is in good condition with a large terrace both with and without a roof where there is outdoor furniture and a grill. Here you can see the lake sparkling beautifully in the distance. You have a beautiful country kitchen with dining area, dishwasher and most everything you could need. The dining room is beautiful and stylishly furnished. In the large living room there is a spacious sofa and TV. The sofa can be converted with a mattress for an extra bed if needed. A staircase takes you up to the second floor where there are three bedrooms, one open with a double bed and two each with a single bed. In the garden there is a trampoline and a football goal. No burning in the wood-burning stove/ wood-burning stove. Charging of electric cars not permitted. Do not rent out to youth groups. You are close to Dackestupet, where there are hiking trails, trail running, barbecue hut, viewpoint, swimming area and mountain bike tracks. Also, don't miss More Kastell, the eight-km mighty, long gorge. You can pick strawberries and raspberries at Axelssons in Aby. In MÃ¥lilla there is a popular moose park. You have 40 km to Oskarshamn, which offers bathing spots by the sea, restaurants and shopping. Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby is usually popular with the younger ones.

This charming holiday home is set in the heart of Småland, a beautiful county on the east coast of Sweden. The delightful house is an old school house that was renovated in 2013. It features a lovely, roofed terrace that welcomes you into the house. The interior of the house is as lovely as the exterior. Beyond the spacious hall, you will find a large living room with a sofa suite, a TV, and a great dining area. There's a lovely wood-burning stove, excellent should there be a chilly evening or two during your stay. The wood is free of charge. The modern kitchen features a wood cooker as well as an electric cooker. The bathroom features a WC, a washbasin, and a shower. There are two beautiful bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds and an extra bed. The entire house has high ceilings and old wood floors. The kitchen opens onto the big, furnished terrace which is surrounded by a lovely lawn with a swing. The house is set by a little country road and surrounded by scenic nature. Lake Tvingen is 1,7 kilometres away and offers a lovely bathing spot. Kristdala is the nearest town, five kilometres away, and offers a shop and a restaurant. The beautiful town of Oskarshamn is 30 kilometres away. Oskarshamn is set right by the sea and is well worth a visit. Please note that it is NOT permitted to charge your electric car on the lot. Småland is rife with lovely lakes and picturesque, interesting towns. The area around the house has plenty of lovely walking paths. Visit the part of Småland that is called “The Kingdom of Crystal” because of it's many glassworks. It's only a 1 hour and 20-minutes drive to Orrefors, known for it's glassware, and another ten minutes to Kosta where you can visit “The Kingdom of Crystal” glassware is made. When you visit Kosta, don't miss the elk park there! The charming town of Vimmerby is also well woth a visit.This area is the setting of many of Astrid Lindgren's beloved children's books such as Emil of Lönneberga. The children will really enjoy Astrid Lindgren's World. Katthult and Bullerbyn are also close. Or why not take a day trip to Mariannelund and find out how sweets were made in the olden days? The town of Kalmar is another great destination for an excursion. It is set by Kalmarsund and you can drive right over the bridge to the charming island of Öland.
