Through the entrance you enter a welcoming hall and further into an open plan with an open kitchen stove, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher and high chair, further into a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, armchairs and TV, chromecast and Big Jam box. The cottage also has two bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed and one with bunk beds and a single bed and a bathroom with shower. Through the living room you reach the cottage's balcony areas with balconies both under cover and in the open air, here there is summer furniture and a grill, all in all this is a wonderfully nice oasis for relaxation, swimming, good meals and pleasant conversations. The cottage has fiber connection. In Strömstad there is a large selection of activities, rich restaurant life, pleasant shopping in small shops that are located close to each other or why not just sit and enjoy all the boats in the harbor area. If you want to experience more islands and archipelago environments, there are several boat charters and boat trips from the harbor in the center out to several archipelago islands such as Furholmen or the Koster Islands but also to neighboring Norway. The generously sized patio area that covers three sides of the cottage includes the pool as well as some under cover. Öddö is an island where there are plenty of nice walking trails in lovely environments. Here you can enjoy everything from straight pine forests, sandy beaches to weathered rock outcrops and shingle fields. The cottage with both a seaside location and close to the city is a perfect starting point for exploring Strömstad and the surrounding area. For those of you who want to explore the sea and islands with your own boat, there is also the possibility of borrowing a mooring (size, 2.88 x 6.00 m) by contacting the owner. The cottage is on one level with an open kitchen equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. The living room with dining area, sofa group and wood-burning stove has a large window overlooking nature. There are three bedrooms. One has a double bed, the other a 120 cm single bed and the third with a sofa bed for one person. In the guest cottage on the plot there is a bunk bed for two. Please note that burning in the wood-burning stove in the guest cottage is not allowed. If you want, there is also a sofa bed in the living room if you prefer to sleep here. Bathroom with underfloor heating and shower. Washing machine is in the adjacent garage building.
