The cottage has an open plan that creates a bright and spacious atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and socializing with family and friends. You are welcomed into the living room. The sofa bed is on the right with a dining area straight ahead on the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped but is more of a kitchenette. There is a refrigerator with freezer compartment. There are two bedrooms in the cottage. One has a double bed 180 cm wide with spacious wardrobes. The other has a bunk bed with 2 90 cm wide beds. The bathroom is fully tiled and bright with a toilet and shower cabin. At the back of the terrace, wall to wall with the accommodation, there is a fresh sauna with space for 4 people including a shower. The cozy interior provides a fantastic view of the surrounding nature, where you can see the birds flying and hear the wind rustling through the trees. You can see the sea just above the treetops. There are plenty of nice swimming coves near this accommodation. When you choose to explore the surroundings, the beach is just a stone's throw away, where you can dive into the clear water or take long walks along the coast. Whether you are looking for an active adventure or quiet moments on the balcony with a book and a cup of coffee, you will feel at home here. There is a small path down to the forest where you can pick berries and mushrooms. No bookings from companies, only from private individuals. The cottage shares the plot with the homeowner who is happy to help. There are both dogs and cats on the plot. If you have a dog of your own, it is of course very welcome. Welcome to a gem in Stenungsund with a view of the Hakefjord! This charming cottage invites you to a wonderful holiday with a magical view. Large lawn for jumping and playing for both children and four-legged friends. If you are traveling with a dog, there is a fence by the balcony so it can run freely. Between the house and the sea there are train tracks and a busy road so children are kept under supervision. Via a road tunnel it is a short walk (approx. 800m) to the swimming area. The whole family lives here comfortably on a small area. The ground floor with bathroom, kitchen and living room is 47 m², and the loft has approx. 30 m² of floor space. In the living room there is a sofa bed (160 cm), TV with Apple TV, desk and two comfortable armchairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee maker. There is also a kitchen table with chairs. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin, shower and washing machine. Underfloor heating is available in both the hall, kitchen and bathroom. A slightly steep staircase leads up to the loft where there are two single beds (90cm). The loft also has a bedroom with a double bed (90cm+90cm). A folding bed is available if you need additional sleeping space. The loft has a slightly lower ceiling height, which contributes to the cozy cottage feel. From the living room you reach the glazed outdoor room with a lovely rattan corner sofa and a fantastic view of the fjord. On the terrace there is outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill for long summer evenings. During the summer the area is bustling with life, especially at Surfviken. There is a restaurant at Tollenäs Camping, and in Stora Höga you can rent a bike to explore the scenic surroundings. Explore more swimming spots such as Hawaii (4.5km) or take a day trip to nearby Tjörn and Orust. Stenungstorg (4km) has everything you need when it comes to shopping and dining. For a city pulse, you can easily take the train and arrive in Gothenburg in just over 40 minutes.

Drinking your morning coffee with nature as your closest neighbor and listening to the beautiful song of the birds, what could be more relaxing? A built-up farm surrounded by beautiful, untouched nature. Nearby is the beautiful and fish-rich Lake Svarten. A short drive away is GekÅ's large shopping center. From the inner courtyard is the entrance to the main house and the small glass veranda. To the left is a spacious open kitchen with dining area. The kitchen has all the equipment and the old cast iron stove and oven have been preserved. Next to the entrance hall is the laundry room with washing machine, and a bathroom with shower. In the middle of the house is the living room with a large dining table under a beautiful crystal chandelier. Here is a sofa bed for two people and a preserved tiled stove that can be heated during the winter months. In the far part of the house there is a living room with comfortable sofas and a modern Apple TV. The house has broadband and free wifi. On the ground floor there is a larger bedroom with a double bed and a toilet next to it. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a smaller living room. One bedroom has a double bed and one has a wider single bed (120cm). In one of the side buildings there is a newly built sauna with a lovely view of the woodlands. There is also an outdoor shower here. At the sauna house you can enjoy the morning sun and on the spacious courtyard's outdoor furniture you will find peace and quiet. There is room for all the family's activities here. Other outbuildings are not included in the rental. The surrounding nature here is both forest and pastures. A small stream gurgles next to the house. The forest has a rich wildlife and don't be surprised if the occasional moose appears near your cottage. Quite close is the beautiful and fish-rich Lake Svarten. Boats and fishing licenses are available for rent nearby. The nearest swimming spot is at Hjärtaredssjön. A bit further away is Åkulla beech forests, a very attractive area. There are many nice places to visit and many hiking trails. Visit the Bockstensmannen grave and Bexel's talking stones. At Yasjön there is a restaurant and swimming spot and the possibility of renting a boat and canoe. In winter there are beautiful ski trails etc. The area also has Ästads winery and Öströös sheep farm, which offer a variety of activities. Next to Ullared's gigantic shopping center there is also a popular swimming lake with a jetty and diving tower. For those interested in golf, Hofgårds golf club is the closest.

This house offers space for up to eight people, making it ideal for both larger families and groups of friends. The entrance is on the first floor of the house (basement). Here there is a sofa bed (140cm) and TV, perfect for guests who want some privacy. Further inside you will find several practical spaces and as a guest you have access to the laundry room with both a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Upstairs is the living area itself with three bedrooms. The largest bedroom has a double bed (160cm), and the other two rooms are furnished with two single beds (80cm+90cm) each, perfect for children or friends sharing a room. In the living room there is a TV with Chromecast. The wood-burning stove next to the sofa makes movie night extra cosy. The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare dinners. Weather permitting, it's lovely to eat outside on the balcony, where a large table awaits. The house has two toilets – one smaller and one with a shower. Pets are very welcome in the house, but we kindly ask you to keep them away from the furniture to preserve the comfort of all guests. Parking is available at the house. It is just over 5 km to cozy Nösund and the small community has two nice bathing spots, one of Bohuslän's finest tennis courts and excellent hiking trails into the knots. Here is also the well-known Nösunds Inn with a good restaurant and entertainment by famous artists. You also have a nice swimming area in Gårvik with both rocks, a trampoline, a swimming ladder and a small beach. Feel free to make an excursion to the nearby picturesque island of Lyr which is reached by free car ferry with crossing in just 3 minutes. The summer in Orust offers many treats in the form of festivals and events. The big city Gothenburg with the well-known amusement park Liseberg 80 km. A lovely country house on the edge of the cottage area at Ölmanäs. The house is very cosy and well-planned, with its charm intact. The plot is generous, with large lawns and flowering apple trees. The courtyard patio provides a sheltered and delightful atmosphere. A short distance away is Gårda brygga. A little gem with a bathing beach, marina, ice cream café, etc. The ground floor of the house has two living rooms with comfortable seating and a TV with Chromecast. With free WiFi, you can cast the programmes you want. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped and has a large dining area. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. A steep staircase leads up to a bedroom that also has two single beds. The bathroom is fully tiled with a shower. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. In the courtyard there is a lovely enclosed patio and off the kitchen there is a large terrace with outdoor furniture, parasol and charcoal grill. The lovely green plot is filled with flowering apple trees and there is plenty of space for all the family's activities. Åsa town centre is within easy reach. Here you will find nice shops selling everything from gift items to ice cream cafés and home bakeries, and last but not least, Hvita Sand, a popular restaurant right by the sea. Here you can enjoy good food or go to Afterbeach in the summer. At the tip of the Ölmanäs peninsula lies the Näsbokrok nature reserve. The sea and wind have shaped a barren but beautiful landscape with shingle fields, cliffs and vast heathland. From Gottskär, you can watch the fishing boats or book a boat trip out to Nidingen.
