On one of the best settings on the coast of Halland you will find this newly produced, beautiful and modern holiday home, with only a short walk away from the beach. This holiday home can accommodate both the large family and even two. The plot is in a residential area next to a green area. Here are several seating areas which you can choose from, and where you can enjoy the sun in every direction or enjoy some outdoor activities. On the large beautiful ground floor there is a bright and spacey kitchen well equipped with dining area with floor-to- ceiling windows that provides a lovely view, a fully tiled bathroom with shower walls made of glass and a laundry room. Inside the large living room there are several seating areas, an angle area with glass walls that creates closeness to the garden and green area outside. The windows have slatted blinds in case the sun proves too strong. There is also a beautiful stone wall, and next to the staircase which leads to the upper floor there is a cozy fireplace where you can warm yourselves when the weather is a little too cold. On the second floor there is an additional living room with a cozy sitting area, sofa bed and an exit to a balcony which faces the green area. There are three bedrooms on this floor, with six beds combined. Two of the bedrooms have access to a lovely balcony where you can enjoy the sunset. There is a lovely additional bathroom on this floor with a bathtub and shower. The "bubble-funktion" does not work but you can use it as a regular bathtub. The whole holiday home have tiled floor with under floor heating and a central vacuum cleaner. This house is equally comfortable summer or winter, with plenty of parking space nearby. Glommen has a picturesque fishing/ boat harbor. If you want to travel to some nice sandy beaches there are several of them north of the community. You are also close to the lovely summer towns of Falkenberg and Varberg. The surrounding area is perfect for small lovely walks and bike rides along the Kattegatt bicycle trail.

A spacious, bright and fresh annex next to the main house which is also rented out. This newly built and modern annex is located in one of the best locations on the coast of Halland, within walking distance to the fine beach. Perfect for a couple or as a complement to the big house. On the ground floor you have a living room with an open kitchen, dining area and a sofa bed for two people. The bathroom is fully tiled with a shower. Up a nice flight of stairs on the spacious sleeping loft there is a double bed and a single bed. The annex has comfortable underfloor heating. There are two patios to choose from depending on sun and shade. A patio overlooks a green area. The nice beach is just a bathrobe away. For the larger party, cabin 56791 can be rented to which is on the same plot. Glommen has a picturesque fishing and boat harbour. There is both a shop and a summer restaurant here. North of the community, fine sandy beaches spread out. South of the community, Morup's seaweed is the place for you. The reserve is one of Sweden's finest birding areas. During late summer and autumn, it is possible to see most of the country's waders, often in large numbers. The reserve also has one of the few grazed dune moors in Halland. From the cottage you are close to the lovely summer towns of Falkenberg and Varberg. The area also invites you to nice walks or bike rides.

This lovely summer house is located on the incredible costal area of Halland. From here the beach and fishing harbor is close by. The house is pleasant and well planned. The roofed terrace is perfect for all weathers. A hilly nature plot surrounds the house, and you can walk to the beach in your swimsuit since it's only 175 m away. Glommen is a picturesque community with fishing and boat harbor, here you'll find both grocery store and a restaurant. The lovely summer towns Falkenberg and Varberg is close by, and the area surrounding the house is rich in scenic nature.

Welcome to this light and airy cottage set in a calm, quiet area about twelve kilometres north of Falkenberg. The cottage is within walking distance of a small beach. There's also a harbour nearby, in the little fishing village of Glommen, only two kilometres away. The cottage features a little kitchen and a cosy living room with an open fireplace. There are two bedrooms, one contains two single beds, the other contains three single beds. In the bathroom you will find a WC, a washbasin, a shower, and a washing machine. The big beautiful garden offers a lovely lawn and if it gets cold in the evening you can retire to the cosy, furnished conservatory. Glommen is two kilometres away, why not visit and buy fresh fish directly from the fishing boats? If you visit in July, you might be there for the Crayfish Festival, a five day festival that usually takes place in July. The lovely summer town of Falkenberg is a twenty minute drive away. Falkenberg offers plenty of beautiful walking paths and excellent fishing opportunities. There are also tennis- and riding possibilities. The popular beach Skrea strand is not far from the town centre, you can get there by bus or walk there. There are plenty of other lovely bathing spots within a few kilometres distance. Stroll through the Old Town and admire the picturesque view, stop for a coffee in one of Falkenberg's excellent cafés, such as Ståhlbom's and Borgmästargården. Take a walk along the river Ätran and admire the stunning view. Falkenberg offers shops, restaurants, bars, night clubs, music events and many other activities.
