The path down to the lake leads you to the boat launch. The nearest swimming area is about 2.5 km away. The beautiful Fegensjön with its large, beautiful swimming area is about 7 km away. The area is rich in lakes and wonderful natural and cultural experiences. At the southern shore of Fegen you can rent a boat and canoe. Fishing permits can be purchased from the house owner on site. Paddling in Fegen or perhaps all the way through Fegen, Svansjön, Kalvsjön and Lillån down to the community of Ätran is a unique nature experience. The beautiful summer town of Halmstad is only about 40 km away and Falkenberg about 45 km away. If you feel like shopping, Sweden's largest tourist destination GeKås in Ullared is about 50 minutes' drive away.
