NOTE: Information about garbage disposal is available in the house. This holiday home is light and airy, with a beautifully decorated conservatory by the kitchen. The spacious dining area offers you to gather and have a good meal together and socialize regardless of the weather. There is a TV that is used as a screen if you for example wish to plug in your computer, but there are no channels. In the living room you have a cozy wood burning stove which gives a pleasant atmosphere during the more chilly and rainy days. The bedrooms are three in a row in a stair with duplex. In total there are four bedrooms, the first one is slightly larger and located on the lower level with own entrance. The kitchen has its own exit to a smaller patio, perfect for a nice summer breakfast. Please note that this is an older house and therefore the floor may be drafty. The elements are not to be used, but there is an air heat pump. The house is mainly suitable for stays during the warmer months, i.e. around April-October, since it is not heated when not in use and it can take around 2 hours to heat up with the air heat pump and the stove. Therefore, you have to think about arriving in good time so that you have time to warm it up before the night. The holiday home is located at the end of a street, so here is no transit traffic, it is a calm and quiet area. Welcome to a lovely holiday home in gorgeous settings on the west coast! There are three large patios with garden furniture and parasols, one of which is under cover and here there is a large gas grill. The nice beach is only 30m away. Put on the bathrobe and take both morning and evening dips. The beach is shallow and child-friendly. Mellby shopping center is within easy reach. To the north is Mellbystrand with its beach hotel, small shops and restaurants. There is also a popular leisure and exercise area here. To the south you have the Skummeslövstrand summer center. There are also nice cycle paths both to Laholm and Båstad. Discover the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. Discover Båstad's lovely harbor area and pay a visit to the cold bath house. Just north of Båstad are Norrviken's gardens, a popular destination. You only have a short drive to Laholm. Laholm has a cozy center with small shops, cafes and restaurants. Here Lagan winds around the town and there is fine salmon fishing and a smokehouse with a restaurant. There are also several lovely hiking trails on Hallandsåsen. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad smed with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its large range of entertainment and all the golf courses. Laholm's golf club is closest to you. Please note: Youth groups under 25-years old are not allowed to book this cottage. Not allowed to charge electric cars on the plot. Electric car charging is available at Maxi, a couple of kilometers from the house.

Welcome to a newly built (2016) holiday home with a fantastic location right by the dunes at Östra stranden in Halmstad. Here the beach is only one dune away. A cottage built as a compact accommodation. High quality and very tastefully decorated. Here you can find everything on a small living area. Enjoy the view of the roaring waves from the balcony. The ground floor of the cottage has an open kitchen with all equipment and a living room with a sofa bed for two. A smart TV with chromecast and Netflix and of course free wifi. The wide-built glazed conservatory has a large beautiful dining area. The bathroom is fully tiled with shower and washing machine with dryer. Upstairs there are two sleeping wards separated by the stairwell. There are two double beds. It is quite low ceiling height, but very comfortable. From here there is an exit to the lovely balcony. A pleasure beyond the ordinary. Sit down in the comfortable lounge furniture with a cup of coffee or other enjoyable things and enjoy a wonderful view of the Kattegat. Halmstad really has something for everyone. The children absolutely must not miss the adventure land or the bus factory. Those who love nature and walks can walk on Prins Bertil's path that stretches from Halmstad Castle, along the sea, all the way to Möllegård Nature Reserve, where you can enjoy Italian ice cream. The path passes right at the cottage's plot boundary. If the sea is not heated, there are outdoor pools for both large and small at the "Brottet". For those interested in fishing, both the sea and the Nissan, which flows through the city, offer fine fishing. In Nissan, a fishing license is required. The golf town of Halmstad has a large number of golf courses in the surroundings.

The massive Varberg Fortress guards the entrance to the harbor and is visible from afar. Go on a walking tour down into the bastions and kasematts, follow along from the 1200s to our own time. If you go south, you will soon reach the nice summer town of Falkenberg with its fine selection of cafes, shops and restaurants. There is also the fantastic long sandy beach at Skrea. Another nice excursion destination is Åkulla beech forests and for those who are technically interested, it is not far to the World Heritage Grimeton. Another nice excursion destination is the Åkulla beech forests and for those of you who are technically interested, it is not far to the world heritage site Grimeton. Also visit the large shopping area GEKÅS in Ullared. For those interested in golf, there are several fine golf courses nearby, the closest is Klosterfjordens Gk. From the cottage you have several lovely walking paths in the area and a number of small bathing areas. A very good starting point for excursions to all the area's destinations. The cottage has a well-preserved, charming interior of "retro style". From the entrance hall in the small hall there is a bathroom with shower and washing machine. A smaller bedroom has a single bed. Storstugan has large windows overlooking the roaring waters of the river. It includes comfortable seating areas and a modern TV. There are two more bedrooms. I'm sure you'll see both elk and deer. In the forest there is also rich supply of mushrooms. The area has a unique nature consisting of both forests, mountains and lakes. Here you live close to the sea, nature and attractions such as Tjolöholm Castle, A short drive from the cottage is Äskhults village, a living cultural heritage. There is also a lovely café. Fjärås Bräcka is a powerful ice strip formation that rises 60 meters above sea level. Here attracts a fantastic view, walks, swimming and fishing. Visit Li's burial ground, Halland's largest, with over 100 bautastenar from the Iron Age. At naturum, which is open all year round, you can see an exhibition about Fjärås Bräcka's education and the popular café serves homemade, organic and locally grown. Also visit Kungsbacka and Hede Fashion Outlet. Gottskär has a picturesque harbour with several cozy restaurants. Insjöbad can be found both in the large Navsjön at Björketorp and in lake Lyngern. Havsbad is only a short drive away, at Tjolöholm Castle or in Gottskär. For those who are interested in fishing, there are several lakes in the area that offer good fishing. You have your own jetty and terrace right by the water as well as a sauna and barbecue hut on the plot. A spacious house for several families or larger groups. Both rowing boats and canoes are available for fishing trips and experiences on the lake. Enjoy the lake's sparkling water, feel calm and hear the birds singing from the jetty and terrace. The entrance to the house is through a beautiful glass porch. The ground floor has two bedrooms with four and three beds respectively. Here you can have thing out on the lawn. But for everyone's comfort, let the robotic lawnmower take care of the rest of the large lawn. Lake Unnen has a nice fishing. There is plenty of time for large pike, pikeperch and perch. Fishing license required. In the community there is everything you need for your stay. The public bathing area has both a jetty and toilets. Across the road is the historic Alebo guest house, with restaurant. Make a visit to the nearby Bäckahästen's stone oven bakery. A short drive away is Lake Bolmen. Here is everything for those interested in fishing. Bolmen is rich in different fish species, it is possible to rent a boat and book trolling. There is also a very nice fish restaurant and farm shop. Do you like peace and quiet, the company of the whistling of the wind and the rays of the sun through the greenery of the forest? Grass underfoot and a path to walk on? There are several nature reserves in the area, including Årshultsmyren, a nature reserve near Lidhult.
