In the middle of Sweden in Hälsingland, Kårböle is only a few miles northwest of Ljusdal. The house is located at the bottom of the road in a quiet and pleasant area. Lovely lawn with trampoline for the kids or crocket and log to hang out together around. Outdoor furniture and barbecue. On the entrance level there is a complete kitchen, living room with TV, sofa and piano. Here are two of the house's bedrooms. One of the rooms has a double bed -180cm and the other bedroom a bunk bed -80 / 120cm. Bathroom with underfloor heating, toilet, sink and shower. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms. One of the rooms has a double bed - 180cm. The second bedroom has a sofa bed -160cm and a single bed -105cm. There are a total of 9 beds. If you are 10 people, the bunk bed's underslap is 120cm and can accommodate 2 if desired. This house is beautifully located with proximity to both fishing, nature and swimming. There are many activities here both summer and winter. Discover Pilgrimage along Helgonleden or a short trip through the village -Byrundan. Pike fishing in winter and in spring, summer and autumn there are great opportunities for fishing with both fly and cast rod. Feel free to bring your own canoe / kayak or rent nearby. Nice white cottage right next to Istesjön. There is a bathing jetty, a large terrace and lovely surroundings. Perfect for the family who wants peace but still close to most things. The accommodation is suitable for those who want to experience swimming, nature and fishing. The house is nicely decorated in light and modern style. Everything is cleverly planned and is on one level and you enter directly into a small hall. Directly to the left is the bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, washing machine and dryer. Next door you have the small kitchen that has everything you could need. The living room is large and open with a dining table with seating for 6 people. Between the living room there is an arch out to the TV room with a stove and a fireplace for cold evenings. There is no channels on the TV, but a Chromecast. From the dining area you have a beautiful view of the lake. From the living room you can go out on the lovely terrace and enjoy the sun's rays. The house has three bedrooms with 140 cm wide beds. The house has a lovely terrace with cozy lawn with both trees and shrubs and only 100 m down to the bath. Järvsö is located about 2.5 km from the cottage, where there is Järvsöbacken for alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, Järvsö bike park and Järvzoo which is well worth a visit. In Orbaden, which is 10 km from the cottage, there is Orbaden zip & climb with zipline and high-altitude track and "Hälsinglands riviera", Orbaden. In Nordsjö, 20 km from the cottage is Camp Järvsö, an activity facility with exercise, health and experiences in focus, run by Carolia Klüft. When you live here, you should take the opportunity to experience the Hälsinge farms, each farm has its own history. The seven Hälsingland farms that were inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List represent around 1000 farms with cultural-historical values. For those who want to experience nature should go to Tjuvberget. Magnificent views and varied forest.
