On a sloping plot you will find this cottage leafily nestled among the trees next to the shore with a lovely wooden deck and a calming view of the sea. The cottage has an open and social layout where the living room and a small kitchen meet in a bright and pleasant environment with a view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed and sofa bed in the living room. Small bathroom with Cinderella incineration toilet. An additional bed is available in a separate small guest cottage, ideal for those who want a little privacy, located a little further away by the jetty. Wooden deck right next to the lapping of the water, a perfect place for morning coffee or long summer evenings. As a guest you also have access to a shared beach and jetty that is shared with the owner - perfect for swimming and relaxing by the sea. If you want to take a trip with the Canadian, you are more than welcome to do so, life jackets are available to rent from the owner on site. The owner has his summer house a little higher up on the property. Pets may be okay to bring on request. Here you live in the middle of Roslagen's magical nature, while services, restaurants and shops in central Åkersberga are only a short drive away. This tastefully decorated apartment is located in the archipelago town of Åkersberga, outside Stockholm. The apartment is within walking distance of Österåker's nice golf course, where there are also paddle courses outdoors if you like. In the area there are plenty of nice golf courses, Ullna, Waxholm, Arninge, so living here if you are a golfer is perfect. The apartment is located upstairs, and consists of a room where there is a double bed and a sofa bed, a bar table with 4 chairs, a kitchen area with everything you need. The bathroom has a washer and dryer. In Åkersberga it is also close to water, if you want to swim or fish it is only a couple of km away. Buses go into Stockholm all the time, if you take the bus in the other direction you will quickly get further out into the archipelago, where you can experience very nice surroundings, take archipelago boats out into the archipelago or discover the beautiful nature in the archipelago.
