A short walk takes you to the sea and a beautiful coastline offering wonderful swimming from beautiful rocks, piers, and even sandy beaches. Here you can find your favorite spot for swimming and picnicking with a view over the sea and skerries, as well as the island where Saltkråkan was filmed. A boat berth is available for you to borrow during your stay if you wish. The house welcomes you with an entrance leading to an inner hall where you reach a large living room with an open floor plan towards a pleasant dining area in the kitchen. The living room has a TV for streaming and a fireplace. The kitchen has what you need, and between the kitchen and the dining area, there is an exit to the patio. On the patio, there are outdoor furniture, a grill, and an umbrella. On the entrance floor, there are also two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a crib, and the other with a bunk bed. In the inner hall, stairs lead up to the upper floor where you have a bedroom with a double bed and a crib. On the upper floor, there is also another double bed and a crib but with an open floor plan towards the stairs and therefore no door to close. You have to pass through here to reach the other bedroom. A high chair is also available up here. Through the entrance, you reach the bathroom with a toilet, shower, washing machine, and lovely sauna! Good to know! Smoking is prohibited; smoking at least 20 meters from the house is okay. The freezer is in the entrance. If you wish to bring pets, book cleaning, or rent bed linen, it is okay to ask beforehand. The cottage is located on Blidö, which you reach via two free car ferries. Blidö is a very popular destination, one of the few places you can easily reach so far out in the archipelago by car, bus, and ferry. On Blidö, there is everything from a grocery store, bakery, church, health center, and farms. There are several different bathing spots in both the sea and lake, as well as nice walking paths; find your favorite spots! Rådmansholmsbadet is perfect for families with children with its shallow beach. A tip is also to take a trip to central Norrtälje to stroll through the alleys along the canal; here you will also find everything you need in terms of services and more. For those who want more city life, take a trip to Stockholm city where you can visit the Royal Palace, Skansen, or why not Gröna Lund! You can easily get to central Stockholm via a 2.5-hour boat ride, which offers a beautiful archipelago tour. If you want to take a longer boat trip, you can go to Grisslehamn to take the Eckerö Line over to Åland. Let the vacation begin!

Very nice and well-planned house just south of Tranås built in 2013 with only 500 m to lake Sommen. If you walk a short distance to about 1.5 km you will find nice bathing cliffs with beautiful views out to the lake with its many islands. Beautiful surroundings, quiet and nice to have a nice holiday. Welcoming covered entrance porch. The lower floor contains a large, lovely kitchen and family room in an open plan. Modern kitchen with kitchen island and substantial dining area, there are all the facilities you need. The family room part with a nice furniture group. The room also has an open roof up to the ridge, which gives a lovely spaciousness. Large windows with two exits to the large balcony which is on two sides of the house. On the lower floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, WC and fully tiled shower area in top class. Large well-planned entrance hall with washing machine. The beautiful curved staircase leads up to another family room on the upper floor and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. The whole house has underfloor heating and is very tastefully built and decorated and has free Wifi, TV screen with Chromecast. On the large balcony that runs on two sides of the house, there is outdoor furniture and a ball grill. Surely the perfect place for sunny and lazy days. Around the house there are large, nice lawns for hanging out and playing. It is about 500 m down to the large lake Sommen, and here only a dip at the natural beach is suitable. About 5 km from the house there is a municipal bathing beach with a sandy beach and jetties that are best suited for the younger ones. If you want to rent a boat, there is an option out at Torpön (approx. 10 km). Try your luck at fishing or just take a relaxing rowing trip in the beautiful lake. Weekly fishing licenses are bought in the resort. Out here on Torpön there is also a summer shop, restaurant, nature reserve and several hiking trails. As a day trip, perhaps a car trip around the lake with many picturesque small villages and many sights is suitable. From Tranås you can book a trip with a real steamboat around the lake. Great experience and a lot of feeling. For shopping, restaurant visits and many attractions, there are several nice towns around, such as Tranås, Gränna (by Lake Vättern), Nässjö and Eksjö. For the younger ones, a day trip to both Kolmården Zoo (approx. 1.5 hours by car) or Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby (approx. 1 hour by car) is suitable. Welcome

Öregrund blooms during the summer with nice shops, restaurants, cafes and nice bathing spots. A beautiful archipelago nature with proximity to Gräsö which you can reach by free ferry. In the popular Tallparken there is something for all interests, fantastic viewpoints, paddle court, tennis courts, playground, nice beach, rock pool and dance floor. A warm welcome to this summer paradise! Here you live in a nice cottage with two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and open social areas between kitchen and living room. Patio on both front and back with wooden deck which is currently under renovation. Large lush plot with nature as a neighbor. Start the day with a good breakfast to the birds' song. On the other side of the road there is an electric light trail for you who want to start the day with a soothing trip in the woods. For those of you who like to hike a little further, you must not miss the famous "nautical mile" at Hummelfjärden where you can walk a nautical mile on land! Washing machine is available at a separate cottage on the plot. Parking available! Nearby you can also swim in the bay at Kavaröbron, a small but nice sandy beach that the owners themselves use a lot. At Öregrundsskolan there is a gym and sauna that you can use for a fee for those who want (limited opening hours). A must is to enjoy the beautiful views of the sea at Tallparken and stroll in the cozy alleys in central Öregrund and see the stately Klockartornet. This tastefully decorated apartment is located in the archipelago town of Åkersberga, outside Stockholm. The apartment is within walking distance of Österåker's nice golf course, where there are also paddle courses outdoors if you like. In the area there are plenty of nice golf courses, Ullna, Waxholm, Arninge, so living here if you are a golfer is perfect. The apartment is located upstairs, and consists of a room where there is a double bed and a sofa bed, a bar table with 4 chairs, a kitchen area with everything you need. The bathroom has a washer and dryer. In Åkersberga it is also close to water, if you want to swim or fish it is only a couple of km away. Buses go into Stockholm all the time, if you take the bus in the other direction you will quickly get further out into the archipelago, where you can experience very nice surroundings, take archipelago boats out into the archipelago or discover the beautiful nature in the archipelago.

In the cottage you will find here a small kitchen with dishwasher and induction stove with convection oven, living room with dining area, cozy fireplace, sofa and TV. Separate bedroom with double bed (180) and a family bunk bed (120 + 80) in the living room but separately located on the right at the entrance. Patio under roof and without roof with perfect sun position day and night and view of the garden. In the separate shed there is a shower, sink and toilet. The plot is accessible from two directions and thus offers several parking spaces. Here there are berry bushes, plenty of space for play and access to toys for the little ones. At the bathing place there is a jetty and a jumping tower. Only 350 meters away there is a nice beach with jetty, jetty and kiosk. Nearby there are also very beautiful walking paths along the water and good fishing opportunities. NOTE fishing license required.
