In the middle of Höllviken's lovely cottage area, this charming cottage is located on a quiet forest plot surrounded by pines and birches. Here you have only a few minutes down to the elongated sandy beach at Kämpinge and Ljungen for a nice morning bath from the pier. Here you have one of Sweden's holiday paradises within easy reach and only 10 minutes by car down to Falsterbo-Skanör! This cozy cottage Strandwi, built in 1925, has room for an entire family with many nice common areas. In the open living room there is a sofa group, TV and a dining area adjacent to the well-equipped kitchen. From here you also go to the large lovely glazed conservatory which has both a sitting area and dining area. On the large wooden terrace there are more seating areas for sun and shade and a barbecue area with a view of the small forest plot's trees and shrubs. There are also some toys and spaces for children to play on. On the lower floor there is also a smaller bedroom with two single beds as well as the bathroom with WC, shower cubicle and washing machine. The stairs / steps up to the upper floor / sleeping loft are very narrow and steep, so small children and people with movement / balance problems must be careful. Up there are two sleeping areas with a double bed against one end of the house and two single beds against the other. The sleeping loft is open to the ridge and without partitions. From the cottage you can reach the lovely dunes at Kämpingestranden in just a few minutes by bike or a walk of ten minutes. The center of Höllviken is a few kilometers away with several grocery stores, cafes and restaurants. In Falsterbo and Skanör there are many popular restaurants, cozy inns and stalls selling fresh fish in the summer. There are also nice walking areas in Ljunghusen, nice golf courses and bike paths. Malmö's large selection of shopping, entertainment and shops is also just a couple of miles north, as well as the entire Skåne south coast with all the fishing villages to Ystad for a wonderful holiday stay. Good to know There is a small hole in the conservatory roof that can leak in when it rains. Bed linen and towels are to be brought by the guest themselves. The cottage must be cleaned before departure.

On one side the Baltic Sea with a half mile long white sandy beach with sand dunes, on the other a shallow beach towards the Sound, which has become popular with surfers. The 1600 meter long Falsterbokanalen separates Höllviken from Ljunghusen with the nature reserve which is very popular with bird watchers. Here are nice bike and walking paths. A short distance away is Foteviken's Viking city, the ultimate place to visit for those who are interested in the Vikings and their lives.
