This lovely holiday home is situated in the small village of Lur in Skåne. It is set in scenic surroundings, has a private sauna, and a beautiful view of the surrounding fields. The cottage has a small kitchen with all of the basic amenities, and if you need a larger freezer, there's one in the annex. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, a TV, and a VCR-player. There's also a sofa bed in the bedroom and another one in the annex. In the bathroom, there's a WC, a washbasin, a shower, and a sauna. The house also features a delightful furnished conservatory, perfect for dining or having a cup of coffee whilst admiring the beautiful surroundings. The cottage is set on a large, natural garden plot with trees. There is also a small annex with a smaller freezer. There are two ways to get to the nearby beach. You can take the small walking path (500 metres) or you can drive (800 m). By the beach you will find a dock and the boat that is included in your rent. There are four life jackets in the house. There's a public beach in Hästveda, about 7 kilometres from your cottage. The nearest grocery store is also in Hästveda, and it has a god assortment of exotic meat. Another nearby town is Osby, where you will find the Brio Toy Museum, with a model railway, a Barbie collection, and Santa's workshop. If you would like to make a day trip, there are several nice towns within driving distance. One example is Kristianstad, where there are shops, restaurants, music events in the park, and a railway museum. Please note that you don't have a view of the lake from the cottage. If you want peace and quiet in nature, you have found the right place. Here the forest meets where the lawn ends and only 100 meters away you have a beach with a jetty. Do you instead want to go further out on the beautiful lake Lursjön, there is also a boat to rent for relaxation and fishing. Through the entrance you are welcomed directly into the living room with a sofa group and a TV for cozy evenings. From the living room it is open to the kitchen area where there is room for six people around the dining table. Further into the house there are three bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed, one with two single beds and the last has a bunk bed with two beds. The bathroom is in the middle of the house and here you have a washing machine to make your stay easier, especially if you stay for a long time. Bring your morning coffee out on the terrace which you can easily get to from the kitchen or why not use the outdoor grill for a BBQ with the family. Lursjön is one of Sweden's cleanest bathing lakes and rich in fish, mainly pike and perch, but also other species. Fishing license required. In the area there are also several nice hiking trails and bike paths. If you want to go to the municipal bathing place, this is on the other side of the lake, closer to Hästveda community. The ICA store in Hästveda has i.a. specializes in venison and has several exotic varieties. The nearest major town is Osby. Here is Brio Lekoseum. In addition to Brio's toys, there is also a model railway (Märklin), a large collection of Barbie dolls and Santa's workshop. Warm welcome!
