The house is spacious and well-planned, with a very large natural plot shared with the other cottage if it is also booked. Inside, there is a large and inviting living room with plenty of seating and direct access to a generous covered terrace with a cozy outdoor fireplace – perfect for long summer evenings with friends and family. On the ground floor, you’ll find two bedrooms with single beds, a separate shower, and a toilet. The kitchen is centrally located and connects the different parts of the house in a homely way – fully equipped so you can easily prepare meals together. A somewhat steeper staircase leads up to the upper floor where five beds await: a single bed in a bright lounge area with fantastic views, two single beds in a cozy alcove, and another room with a double bed – perfect for a good night’s sleep. Outdoors, you’ll find generous lawns, several seating areas in both sun and shade, a playhouse, and plenty of space for children to run and play – all surrounded by beautiful nature inviting relaxation and exploration. Whether you want an active holiday filled with beach days, bike rides, and excursions – or calmer days with good food and togetherness – this is a wonderful accommodation for an unforgettable stay in Österlen. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. At the entrance there is a conservatory with large windows facing the patio and the forest. The balcony at the back is under cover with outdoor furniture and a grill. There is free wifi. Below the cottage there is a lovely patio framed by flowering shrubs. Here you can enjoy both shade and sun for your morning coffee and warm summer evenings. The area is rural with both forest and open pastures. A short drive away is Örkelljunga, which has everything you need for your holiday. Nearby are both Sjöaltesjön and Vemmentorpasjön, both of which have swimming areas and good fishing. Nearby is also Kungsbygget's adventure park with activities for the whole family. Also visit café Kvarnen in Kornhult. Here you can enjoy good and well-cooked food, good coffee, live music and activities for children and adults all summer. Just outside Örkelljunga at the Woodland country club golf resort is Ingeborrarp's farm. There is a museum, farm shop and inn. Those interested in art must visit the art gallery in Hishult. Only a short drive by car you can reach both Mellbystrand's fine beaches and the summer town of Laholm. Here the Lagan winds its way, offering fine salmon fishing. You also have the fine summer towns of Halmstad and Båstad within easy reach. In winter, there is the Vallåsen ski resort on Hallandsåsen. For those interested in golf, Laholms Gk is the closest.

A lovely holiday home in the heart of Bjärebygden. A spacious house with high quality in both equipment and materials right on the edge of the Förslöv community. You can easily reach the peninsula's small coastal towns, picturesque little harbors and the many beautiful beaches along the coast. An excellent starting point for all destinations. Suitable for several families or couples who want to vacation together. On the ground floor of the house there are two bright, large living rooms with comfortable sofa groups, TV and wood-burning stove. Adjacent to the well-equipped kitchen is the dining room. The bathroom is fully tiled with a shower. Upstairs there are four beautiful bedrooms with two single beds each. From one bedroom there is access to a small balcony. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. All rooms have lovely light and a fantastic view of the open landscape. In the distance you can see the southern coast of the peninsula. In the basement of the house there is a well-equipped laundry room. On one short side of the house there is a large wooden deck and at the entrance a patio with garden furniture and a barbecue. The plot is spacious and beautifully embedded in lush bushes and trees. There is plenty of space here for both activities and quiet moments under a lilac bush. The owner has his business on the farm and the outbuildings are separated from the house. Discover the Bjäre peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the lovely tennis metropolis. Discover Båstad's lovely harbour area and visit the cold bathhouse. There are nice cycle paths. The Bjäre peninsula has become famous for its potato fields. Vegetables, meat and potato vodka are locally produced on a small scale in the many farm shops. Torekov's picturesque harbour is lined with many small restaurants. Ferries run from the harbour to Halland's Väderö. Here you will find a magically beautiful nature reserve. Ängelholm offers an exciting mix of small specialty shops, exclusive boutiques and several large chains. Ängelholms Hembygdspark is an oasis for the whole family. The park houses a zoo, museum buildings and a playground for the younger ones. There are walking paths, rest areas and eating areas. For those interested in fishing, there is a varied sport fishing in Rönne å and Västersjön. A fishing license is required. There are several golf courses in the area, the closest being Åkaregårdens golf club. Good to know: Company bookings are not accepted! Cleaning is included in the rental price, but the guest is responsible for washing dishes, waste disposal, and, if applicable, returning furniture to its original position before departure.

In the heart of the charming old cottage and villa area of Sandskogen, between Löddeköpinge and Barsebäckshamn, lies this fresh and modernly renovated cottage. Even though it’s only been a few minutes since leaving the E6 highway between Lund and Landskrona, you’ll immediately notice the calm and the sound of birds chirping from the surrounding pine forest. The cottage is located on a plot next to another cottage we also rent out (9774). This cottage, with the character of a mini-villa, features a large wooden deck perfect for barbecue dinners and enjoying sunsets. Beautiful bushes and plants decorate the exterior. Youth groups are not permitted! The cottage has been continuously renovated to a high modern standard (completed in 2025) and is furnished with a high-comfort double bed, a spacious dining area in the winter-insulated conservatory, and a living room with a small wood-burning stove. The kitchen is situated between the living room and the conservatory and is both tasteful and practical. The bathroom is of high quality and also spacious! From the cottage, it only takes a few minutes by bike or foot to reach the illuminated trail in Sandskogen’s recreational area, or to the nearby Lödde River for fishing or canoeing. You can cycle the 5 kilometers down to Barsebäckshamn by the sea for a swim or a fish lunch at the local harbor restaurant. Here you’ll also find a lovely shallow sandy beach, grassy areas, and a swimming pier next to Barsebäck's camping area. Just a stone’s throw away is one of southern Sweden’s finest golf courses, Barsebäck Golf & Country Club, with its 36 holes. If you want to explore the surroundings in western Skåne, you can visit the long sand dunes of Bjärred and Lomma, perfect for beach days, or the cultural city of Lund and Malmö a few miles further south. To the north lies the Järavallen nature reserve with beautiful beech forests, sheep pastures, and excellent barbecue areas by the Saxtorp lakes. The shopping center "Centrum Syd," with a wide selection of shops, grocery stores, and restaurants, is conveniently located just a few minutes from the cottage. GOOD TO KNOW: Electricity is included up to SEK 500. If the cost exceeds this amount, the owner will charge extra. Currently, there are still renovation materials on the back lawn; entering this area is at your own risk. The basement is private and must not be accessed.
