A very pleasant holiday home in a small holiday home area. The plot is nestled in beautiful forest, protected from view and peaceful. A short drive away you have the nice bathing place in Åsljungasjön. There are also scenic walking paths around the lake. A perfect accommodation for nature lovers and families with children. A small, cozy and well-kept cottage with two smaller annexes. The main cottage has an open kitchen with dining area and living room. The living room has comfortable seating, a modern TV with chromecast and a wood burning stove to use on slightly cooler evenings. The bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower. Outside you have a lovely terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Here you really enjoy the surrounding forest and the tranquility. The plot is hilly, beautifully framed with forest and flowering shrubs. There is room for all the family's activities. In the area there are nice walking paths and bike paths. The cottage is not rented to youth groups. From the cottage you have only a short car or bike ride to Åsljungasjön. Here is a lovely swimming area with both jetty, diving tower and toilets as well as barbecue area. In the area there are several fine fishing lakes including pike, pikeperch, perch, tench, bream and eel. Fishing license required. Örkelljunga's community is quite close. Here you will find everything you need for your holiday. Restaurants, cozy places to visit and several hiking trails. Just across Hallandsåsen is Vallåsen's ski resort in winter. Visit the Bjäre and Kulla peninsulas. Here you will find lots of nice excursion destinations and strawberry places. A short drive away you have Ängelholm's beautiful city with nice shops, the beautiful local park and its long beach.

This spacious holiday home is located in Ubbeboda, in Skåne. The cottage is set amongst woodlands, in a peaceful area, with the nearest neighbour 200 metres away. The lake is only one kilometre away and offers a lovely, child-friendly beach. Indoors, you will find a spacious kitchen equipped with all the necessary amenities, as well as a washing machine. The living room features a lovely, open fireplace, a wood-burning stove, and a TV. Since the cottage is situated in the woods, you might at times have difficulties with the TV-reception.. There is a VCR if you want to bring your own films. There's a laundry room with a washing machine and a bathroom with a biological toilet, a washbasin, and a bath tub. The house has four bedrooms, one with a double bed, two with two single beds in each, and one with a bunk bed. There's also a cot if you need one. The lovely towns of Kristianstad and Åhus are near and well worth a visit. The coast of Blekinge is another great destination. On the coast, you will find delightful towns such as Bromölla, Sölvesborg, and Karlshamn. Or why not drive north and visit Växjö? Vimmerby is about 2 hours and 45 minutes by car. It's an excellent destination for a daytrip. This area is the setting of many of Astrid Lindgren's beloved children's books such as Emil of Lönneberga. The children will really enjoy Astrid Lindgren's World. Katthult and Bullerbyn are also close. Or why not take a daytrip to Mariannelund and find out how sweets were made in the olden days? When you are in Vimmerby, you might also want t visit an area that is called “The Kingdom of Crystal”, because of it's many glassworks. This is where the world famous Kosta Boda glassware is made. A lovely holiday home with a secluded location from the nearest neighbors, surrounded only by the beach forest with tall pines. Just 700 meters further down is Sandhammaren's wonderful beach. The large natural plot provides generous space for both adults and children with several patios, a decorated greenhouse and a play corner with sandpit. On sunny days, you enjoy the sun from morning to sunset over the plot and without transparency. The interior offers a modern interior with old-fashioned charm preserved. A spacious modern kitchen with dining area, an inviting large living room with cozy fireplace, the bathroom and a bedroom are on the ground floor. Upstairs leads to a TV room with storage space and where 4 beds are distributed in the two bedrooms at each end. The house is a converted croft that was last renovated in 2019 with a new bathroom and tiled patio. High-speed connection with fiber is connected, lawn laid as well as municipal water in the past year. The location of the cottage is excellent for discovering all the sights of the south coast. A couple of kilometers from here is Kåseberga with Ale Stenar, Dag Hammarskölds Backåkra, and Karl Fredriks at Österlen's garden and interior design store. The whole of Österlen offers lots of cozy cafes, art shops, fishing villages like Skillinge and coastal towns like Simrishamn and Ystad to explore!

Here a slightly larger family fits, 5-7 people divided into 3 bedrooms. A nice living room with comfortable fireplace, sofas and TV welcomes guests on the ground floor. There is also the bathroom, a large kitchen and dining area that can house the whole family around the kitchen table and sofa, where another wood stove is located. The stairs up lead to two bedrooms, one of which is furnished with 1 single bed, 1 cot and 1 crib and in the master bedroom with a double bed. Outdoors, guests can enjoy the morning coffee by one patio or on the front terrace for afternoon and evening sun with views of the magical forest. On this spacious natural plot you will also find swings for the children, space to play boules or badminton. Accompanying pets are also happy here, which is welcome as the plot is surrounded by fences. 10 minutes away you will find nice swimming and fishing opportunities at Lake Bosarp. Other facilities include a mini golf course and boat rental. Trout fishing is available in ponds a 5-minute drive from the house. In the surroundings you can make lovely day trips such as to Ringsjön, Kristianstad and Åhus.

Beautiful shrubs and plants adorn the outside of the cottage. Youth groups are not allowed to rent this house! If you want to explore the local area in western Skåne, there are Bjärred's and Lomma's long dunes that invite you to wonderful bathing days, the cultural city of Lund and Malmö a few more miles south. To the north is Järavallens Strövområde with beautiful beech forests, sheep pastures and nice barbecue areas by the Saxtorp lakes. The shopping center Centrum Syd with a large selection of shops, grocery stores and restaurants is at a convenient distance only a few minutes from the cottage. The cottage is located on a quiet street with little traffic between the second summer - and year-round house and 10 m from the owner's home, which is not always in place. However, as a tenant you can not use the owner's pavilion, outdoor kitchen and spa pool. GOOD TO KNOW: Power is only included up to SEK 500, if it exceeds SEK 500 the owner will charge extra. The Ubbalt nature reserve is located on Verumsåsen east of Vittsjön. A short drive away you will find Luhrsjön at the town Hästveda, with nice bathing spots. Vieåleden with its surroundings is one of northern Skåne's finest areas and is well worth a visit! Pack your coffee basket and prepare for a wonderful nature experience at one of the starting points or take your backpack on a full day hike! There is good fishing in Skeingesjön, Vittsjön and Vieån. Fishing license valid. In the surroundings around the city of Hässleholm there are beautiful Hovdala castle and Tykarpsgrottan. In Osby, Brio play museum is a nice place to visit. During weeks 26-32, the owner offers the electricity cost.

Enjoy the peace and quiet in this small cottage close to nature, located by a forest area in the middle of beautiful Österlen. At dusk, it is possible to catch a glimpse of some deer or other game at the edge of the forest. On the terrace you can sit in peace and quiet with a cup of freshly brewed coffee for breakfast or a good meal on the plate until the evening. The cottage consists of two smaller bedrooms with bunk beds in each room (of which the only bed is 70 cm wide) and a living room with sofa bed and kitchen area. From the dining area you come out on the terrace and can enjoy life, maybe plan the next excursion. For the active, there are nice bike paths and hiking trails nearby and the opportunity to try your luck fishing in Gyllebosjön (fishing license required). Or why not pack a coffee basket and cycle the dressage on the old railway tracks between S: t Olof and Gyllebo. Simrishamn with its cozy little streets, shops and marine harbor area can be reached after 20 minutes drive and the small fishing villages Skillinge, Brantevik, Kivik and Vitemölla are like a string of pearls along the coast and are well worth a visit. In Tomelilla there is Tosselilla summer land for the playful. Also take the opportunity to visit the medieval castle Glimmingehus, Ale's stones in Kåseberga and the national park Stenshuvud. And what could be more wonderful after a day filled with activities and sights than to relax on the cottage's wooden deck facing south and enjoy good food and drink that may have been purchased at some of all the farm shops in the area.
