Örkelljunga also has one of the country's best mini golf courses. A few kilometres north, at Markaryd, is the moose park, a fantastic excursion destination for the whole family. On the other side of Hallandsåsen is Vallåsen ski resort in winter. Visit the Bjäre and Kulla peninsulas. Here you will find lots of nice excursion destinations and hidden gems. A short drive away is the beautiful town of Ängelholm with small, pleasant shops, the beautiful local park and its long beach.
