You sleep in the house's three bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with two single beds, the other two bedrooms are equipped with two built-in bunk beds each. Please note that these bunk beds are only 190cm long. There is a toilet with a sink and a newly renovated shower room. Not for rent to youth groups or parties. Maximum number of people is 6. It is not allowed to park a camper van, which means that there will be more people staying in the house. Not allowed to charge electric cars. There is a guesthouse in Grankullavik that serves food. At the cottage village there is a playground, rafts, docks and rental of bicycles, rowing boats and a tennis court. Here you will live perfectly for just taking it easy but also for exploring Öland. Here are Öland's finest sand and pebble beaches. Don't miss cozy Byxelkrok where you can stroll around among the small shops in the lake cottages in the harbor. There is a large open living room with a living room and dining area. There is also a slightly smaller living room equipped with a TV. In the nice kitchen with dining area there is most everything you could possibly need. The house has four nice bedrooms. One with a double bed (180cm), the second with a smaller double bed (140cm), the third with a 90cm bed that can be pulled out and made up into a 180cm wide double bed. In the fourth bedroom there is a bunk bed where the lower bunk is 120cm wide. You have two fresh bathrooms with toilet, sink and shower. There is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The house is located in the middle of Byxelkrok but with a secluded and scenic location where you can enjoy the peace and the nice view. In the garden there is a dining area and sun loungers. There is a walkway that leads directly down to the beach. There is also a jetty at the nice shallow beach. In Byxelkrok you can stroll around and enjoy the nice atmosphere down by the lake cottages in the harbor. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and ice cream cafes. There is a beautiful pebble beach where many people enjoy an ice cream or a glass of wine at sunset. You are also not far from Bödabukten where you can enjoy miles of undulating beaches. The entire Bödabukten bay with its rolling white sandy beaches is close by. You have a nice screened paved patio with outdoor furniture and a barbecue where you can enjoy. The house has a modern and well-equipped kitchen with a large dining area. The beautiful living room with sofa and TV is bright and nice with a patio door to the patio. There is a steep staircase up to the open loft with a comfortable double bed and a bedroom with a door where there are two single beds. There is also a simple extra bed that can be folded out if needed. The bathroom with sink, toilet and shower is on the entrance floor.
