Nice house with a heated pool in Skammelstorp where you can really enjoy the peace and nature. It is close to Kalmar (20km) where you can enjoy the wide range of restaurants, shopping and culture. The house has a wonderfully secluded location and a large, lovely garden surrounded by a stream. There are two nice terraces where you can enjoy. One terrace deck with the pool is located by the house with a view of the garden and the forest. Then there is another large terrace deck with outdoor furniture and a barbecue down in the garden. In the nice garden there are plenty of goodies that you are welcome to taste. There are grapes, strawberries, wild strawberries, gooseberries, currants, raspberries, herbs, etc. In the forest there are plenty of mushrooms and berries when the season allows. You have nice walking trails and ponds nearby. The nearest one is about 300m from the house. The house has a fresh kitchen with a dining area and most of what you may need. In the nice living room there is a nice sofa in front of the TV and the stove. There is a patio door out onto the wonderful patio deck with pool. In the main house there are three bedrooms. One with a comfortable double bed. The second bedroom is a beautiful glassed-in room with curtains where you sleep in a 120cm wide bed. In the third room there is a single bed that is 80cm wide. In the living room there is a large sofa that can be made up with a latex mattress into a 140cm wide bed. Then there is a guest cabin without electricity with a 140cm wide sofa bed. In the bathroom there is also a washing machine and dryer. There are a variety of excursion destinations to choose from. It is close to sea bathing, the Kingdom of Crystal, moose safari in Nybro and Kalmar Castle to give a few examples. A day trip to the sun and windy island of Öland is also popular. Children usually like Skälby farm in Kalmar where they can play and meet the animals. Öland Zoo is also popular with its animals, its funfair and water park. Welcome
