Here you have three balconies in different climates where you can enjoy. Fire up the grill on a warm summer evening to enjoy a delicious dinner with something good in the glass. The house has an open floor plan, with a large living room where you have a kitchen, dining area and living room in front of the TV. There is a pellet stove here that can be fired with your own pellets (not firewood). There is both Playstation and table football which can be fun for the whole family. You have three bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed, the other two with two single beds each. Out in the small annex at the back of the house are two more single beds (there is no heating here). The house has a large and delicious bathroom with shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a guest toilet with WC and sink. You have only 200m to the sea and a fine sandy beach. As Oknö is an island, there are also several good swimming beaches in different directions from the house. Oknö is a holiday idyll and here there is a lot to do and mini golf, tennis courts. At the campsite, there is a restaurant, playground, bike/scooter rental, sauna, gym and a small kiosk/shop. You also have a jumping tower and a restaurant at the Vass Oknö pub. In Mönsterås there is a slightly larger selection of restaurants, shops, a golf course and a popular water palace. Lovely holiday home with a wonderful location close to the sea in the beautiful holiday idyll of Oknö. Here you live in two different houses, which is perfect if you are two families who want to celebrate holidays together. You only have 170m down to a cooling dip from the jetty and the nice swimming beach is located right next door. You have a nice glazed terrace and a large garden with a terrace where you can hang out and enjoy lovely summer days. The large house has a large open living room where you have a sitting area where you can enjoy watching the sea glisten between the trees, as well as a nice dining area in front of the wood stove and a fresh kitchen. Smart TV and Wifi are available. In the main house there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. In the living room there is a day bed that can be made into a double bed. You can easily reach the smaller cabin via the balcony deck. Here you sleep soundly in two nice separate bedrooms with double beds. In both houses there are fresh bathrooms with wc, sink and shower. There is a nice sauna in the smaller cabin. Maintain electricity and turn it off when not in use. There is also a washing machine and dryer. A cute little playhouse is available for playful children. Not allowed to charge electric cars. The house is being painted for the summer of 2025. It will then be white. On Oknö there are many beaches and lovely walking paths. You are close to the campsite's swimming pool and playground, where in the summer there is a restaurant, ice cream café, events, boat-bike and pedal car rental as well as a small grocery store where you can buy freshly baked bread. At Kaffetorpet you can enjoy a good coffee, various events and traditional Midsummer celebrations.

This lovely little holiday home is situated on Oknö, between Kalmar and Västervik. The cottage is open-plan and features a small kitchen area with the basic amenities, and a living room with an open fireplace and a TV with parabole channels. The bedroom is equipped with two bunk beds and sleeps a total of four people. You enter the bathroom from the outside of the house, it is equipped with a WC and a washbasin. The shower is in the annex. The living room opens onto a terrace with outdoor furniture and a garden grill. The cottage is set on a natural garden plot and the owners live in the house next door. There's also a SPA 200 metres from the house. The cottage is within driving distance of a number of charming towns and tourist attractions, such as the island of Öland and the town of Kalmar. The children will really enjoy Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby. Katthult and Bullerbyn, well known from Astrid Lindgren's beloved children's books, are also close. Or why not take a daytrip to Mariannelund and find out how sweets were made in the olden days? The Kingdom of Crystal, Glasriket, is another interesting destination. This is where the famous Kosta Boda glass is made. Västervik is also well worth a visit, offering shopping, beaches, folk music, and many events. You can rent bedlinen for 150 SEK/ person. A final cleaning service is included in the rent, so that you don't have to worry about cleaning after your relaxing holiday.
