You have an open living room with a sofa, a fold-out dining table and the nice kitchen area with hotplates, microwave and fridge and freezer. A staircase leads you up to the open cozy sleeping loft where you sleep in a comfortable double bed. The sofa downstairs is a sofa bed for two people. You have a fresh bathroom with toilet, sink and shower cabin. When using the sleeping loft, the accommodation is not suitable for small children or the disabled. Charging station for electric cars is available for an additional fee. There is also a charging station on the other side of the road at Rälla Sport & Fritid. The house is located in a nice, leafy courtyard with its own part of the garden. There is also a nice pergola with outdoor furniture that you are welcome to use. The long sandy beaches in Köpingsvik are 15 minutes away by car. It is 15 km to Borgholm where you can stroll around the shops and enjoy a variety of fine restaurants and ice cream parlors. Don't miss Borgholm Castle Ruins where you can really feel the wings of history. There are also plenty of good restaurants in Färjestaden. There is also Skansen Spa here if you want to enjoy a day at the spa. At Ekerums Golf Club (3.5 km) you will get both a nice golf and dining experience.

There are plenty of hiking trails that many travel from far away to experience. You have access to a rowing boat in two different lakes that are within walking distance. There is good fishing in these lakes for those interested in fishing. It's not far to the coast if you want to enjoy a swim in the sea. A trip to Astrid Lindgren's World is also usually appreciated by families with children. You have a nice terrace with outdoor furniture and sun loungers in the nice garden. The house is very fresh and nicely decorated. In the large living room with sofa there is also a tiled stove and TV. In the nice kitchen there is a dining area and most of what you may need. You sleep in three bedrooms. One bedroom with two single beds is on the entrance floor. The other two bedrooms are upstairs. One with a double bed, the other with two single beds. The bathroom with shower is upstairs. Here you can really enjoy the peace and the fantastic environment. There are two lakes within walking distance of the house. At one there is a jetty with a swimming ladder. If you want a larger swimming area, there is a larger swimming area inside Bråbo.

The bathroom is fresh and equipped with both a washing machine and a dryer. There is a lot to explore here. Halltorp has a very beautiful medieval church. Stufvenäs Gästgifveri offers fantastic food and a fine spa. There are plenty of nice swimming spots here such as Vita Sand, Ekenäs, Dalskär and Fulvik. If you like golf, Möre Golf is nearby. There is also good food here. The popular Villa Familglia offers taste experiences in a Mediterranean environment. Värnanäs is a manor house with extensive park facilities. Here you will find the English Park with lush greenery, nice walking paths, ponds and bridges. The Värnanäs Archipelago Nature Reserve is a sea area east of Halltorp that is considered one of the most important places in Sweden for harbor seals. In Germundslycke there is a well-visited farm shop. For those interested in nature, there is also Stufvenäseken, which is Småland's second largest disturbed oak with a circumference of 9.7m. It is close to Kalmar with its large cultural, shopping and restaurant offering. Here you have the astonishing Kalmar Castle which is well worth a visit. In the summer, fun events are arranged for children at the castle. Children also like Skälby Gård where you can meet the farm animals and play in the fun playgrounds. Don't miss going over the bridge to "The Island of the Sun and the Winds" Öland.

One is a stylish dining room, the other a nice living room with a sofa group in front of the TV screen equipped with Chromecast. Upstairs is the kitchen where you have a dining area and most of what you may need. There is a large bedroom with a double bed and a 120cm wide bed (both with box spring mattresses). There is a smaller living room with a sofa and TV screen with Chromecast. There is also a daybed that can be made out into a comfortable double bed. Note that this room can only be closed in one direction and that it is therefore open to the kitchen and that the bed blocks The bathroom with a slightly lower ceiling height is equipped with a toilet, sink, shower and a combined washing machine and dryer. Not allowed to charge electric cars There is a shop and a street food in Fårbo. If you want a larger selection of shopping and restaurants, Oskarshamn is nearby. There is also a popular restaurant there. Oskarshamn has a number of nice swimming spots. The largest are Havslätt and Gunnarsö. The moose park in Wirum is well worth a visit. A cute little bat that the owner of the house is very worried about lives under the guest cottage's roof. Please note that no charging of electric cars is allowed.
