In the southern parts of Småland, in wonderfully rural surroundings but with Småland's lovely lake landscape in the vicinity, you have the opportunity to experience all the best of the region. Just about 10km away you have Åsnen, which is a unique lake archipelago with more than a thousand islands and is Sweden's newest national park. Here you can experience a lot both on water and on land as there are many hiking trails and inviting barbecue areas. If you want to go on an adventure, all the attractions of the Glasriket is about 1 hour away by car, about 45km away is Växjö with shopping, restaurants and cafes. 50km south you reach Karlshamn and the sea if you are craving a day at the beach.

Right next to the house there is a large outdoor gym, frisbee golf and a football field for the children. The house has a large veranda with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy a beautiful view of a high mountain. You can also climb the mountain for a nice view. There are two swimming areas nearby. At the largest there is also a shared sauna that can be booked for an extra cost. In Adriansnäs there are nice coastal hiking trails and paths in a wonderful seaside environment. If you wish to rent a rowing boat, it is possible to rent one from the house owner for an extra cost. Contact the office to get in touch with the house owner. It is sometimes also possible to book a guided archipelago tour by motorboat by arrangement. A staircase leads up to the house's entrance and terrace. The house has an open living room with a modern kitchen, dining area and living area. There is a beautiful stove here that may not be lit without agreement with the owner of the house. You have two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed. It is close to both Oskarshamn and Västervik for nice day trips. Nice house with lovely glazed conservatory and secluded back side located in Törnbotten's cottage village on Öland. Here you can enjoy the peace and proximity to nature. The house is fresh and nicely renovated. You have a large open-plan living room with a nice kitchen, dining area and living room area. There are two bedrooms. One with a double bed, the other with a family bunk bed where the bottom shelf is 140cm and the top shelf 90cm. Not allowed to charge electric cars. Not for rent to youth groups or for parties. It is close to Färjestadens with its wide range (8km). There are nice swimming beaches, swimming pools, playgrounds, many good restaurants, ice cream cafés, spas, etc. Öland's zoo is usually popular with children with its animals, amusement park and water park. You are also close to Öland's eastern side, where you can enjoy a calmer atmosphere. The ancient castle Gråborg is only 2.5 km away. There are nice hiking trails here for those who want to move around in a nice environment. In Saxnäs there is a nice golf course and a nice swimming area. Seaside house on Oknö where you have a lovely south-facing patio deck with sunbeds, outdoor furniture, infrared sauna and outdoor shower. In the garden there is a nice boules court. For the children, there are swings, a small playhouse and a sandbox. On Oknö there are many bathing spots to enjoy a refreshing dip. Closest to you is the "Old Ferry Camp" with its large newly built jetty, volleyball court, bakery and small restaurant where light food and ice cream are sold. You are also close to a more child-friendly swimming area with a shallower sandy bottom. The house has a nice glazed patio where you can enjoy well into the evening. It has an open floor plan with a kitchen area that transitions into a living room where there is a sitting area with a sofa and a nice dining area. The large house has two bedrooms. One is open to the living room and is a passageway to the second bedroom and the glazed balcony. There are two beds here. The second bedroom can be separated with a curtain. Here there is a 140 cm wide bed. There is also a guest cabin with two bunk beds. You have a large bathroom with wc, sink, shower, washing machine and dryer. Note that the bathroom has a sooty glass door that is not privacy protected. There is a lot to do in Oknö. You can hike the scenic path near the sea around the entire island. At the campsite, there is a swimming area, restaurant, playground, small shop, pool golf and rental of bicycles and pedal cars. Welcome to a cozy cabin located in the beautiful village of Bohult in Småland. Perfect for those who want to live in a small village, close to the forest, farmland and its scenic walking areas. The farm is a family farm and has previously practiced agriculture. Here you can enjoy the silence and peace. The garden with fruit trees and berry bushes is great for playing or you choose to sit under the pear tree on a blanket and just be. It is also possible to grill outdoors. The cabin has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds and another one which is adjacent to the dining room. Note that there is an open space between this bedroom and the dining room. There is a spacious kitchen and in the large dining room you have plenty of space for lovely dinners. The living room is located right by the entrance, however, there is an entrance at the back which is also perfectly usable. The cabin has its own well and it is recommended to use water sparingly when e.g. showering. It is about 8 km to the country store in Lönashult or Häradsbäck. If you want more shopping, Växjö is a 40-minute drive away. Swimming area with jetty and barbecue area is two kilometers away. If you want a more secluded bath, this is also available nearby on Ferö, you reach the bath after a walk of about 600m. It is possible to borrow a boat at Lake Femlingen.

The cottage has a fantastic ceiling height, which gives the entire accommodation a wonderfully airy feeling. There is a sofa bed (150cm wide) in the living room if you would like to be more than four. The cottage is located on the owner's property in the community of Bredaryd. Here you are close to most things, about 20km away you have Värnamo with restaurants, cafes and shopping. 16 km away you will find High Chapparal, 19km away is Stora Mosse National Park, and 36km away is Isaberg Mountain resort. So the perfect starting point for exploring the surrounding area. Not far from the cottage is a slightly larger road so at certain times you can hear the traffic. There is a charger for electric cars, but there is an additional cost if you want to use it.

The house shares the large plot with another house, but you have your own outdoor furniture and can feel free to use the garden as you wish. A walking path across the meadows takes you 450m down to the sea. Even down here by the sea there is outdoor furniture you can use. The area is very popular for bird watching. The sea is only 200m away, but a little more difficult to access here. The house is pleasant with a simpler standard. You have a kitchen with a dining area, benchtop stove with two plates, fridge, freezer, microwave coffee maker, etc. In the living room there is a sofa and TV as well as a lot of brochures to tell you about many of the activities and sights that are on Öland. You sleep in a two-bedroom. The one bedroom with two single beds is on the entrance floor. The second cozy bedroom is upstairs with two fine beds. Then there is another walk-through room where you have a simpler single bed. There are two additional extra beds on the upper floor, which the guests themselves take out and put back after themselves when in use. There are many possibilities for swimming along the coast, but if you want larger bathing areas, there are Sandvik, Sandbybadet, Böda or Köpingsvik. In Södvik, there is Södviks Bakery & Servicehandel, which bakes freshly baked bread and coffee bread. Wood oven-baked pizza and Öland body cakes are also served here. Along Södviken are some of the landscape's most beautiful and valuable seashore meadows created through millennia of grazing. The area is a bird locality of international class.

Here you can explore Öland's quieter eastern side, but are also close to the western side if you wish. The closest swimming pool with a fine sandy beach is at Stenåsabadet. Here is also a popular bird reserve for those interested in bird watching. The area is highly valued for its fine birdlife, flora and fauna. In the spring, there are plenty of orchid species. There is a wealth of farm shops, cafes, galleries, antiquities and culture to explore. Also, don't miss eating "Ölandska kroppkakor" for lunch, which is an local delicacy.

If you continue a little further, you have Böda's extensive white sandy beaches where you can enjoy wonderful summer days on one of Öland's most beautiful beaches.
