Bright interior and with two single beds 90 cm. Views of the surroundings and the courtyard. Straight ahead is the large bedroom with extra wide frame. Tranquil decor and a bedroom for harmony. Living room and kitchen are integrated into one. In the living room is a stove that crackles well chilly evenings and in connection you will find the door to the terrace. Here the evening sun shines well. The kitchen is made of oak, solid, fresh and open. There you will find a dining table for 4 people. The area to Sägnernas hus is under construction and several houses are being built. Just outside, two nice hiking trails and fishing licenses can be bought on site. The homeowners live by a house some distance away and run Sägnernas Hus and are happy to help. For those who want to be out in nature, there are plenty of opportunities for both hunting / fishing, hiking trails and canoe rentals. If you come with an electric car, there is a charging post next door. The farm is run and is ecologically sustainable where solar cells are located throughout the facility. If you come in large company, there are also pitches for caravans in connection and clamping tents. In summer you can enjoy good homemade coffee in the café with homemade strawberry cake. In the lovely archipelago on Sweden's east coast you will find this cozy cottage with its fantastic patio with absolutely incredible views of a small bay. Here you enjoy your view while the location offers shelter from the coast. You can easily get to the rest of the archipelago through a passage a few hundred meters away if you want to explore the area with the inflatable boat that is included in the rent. However, this must be inflated before use. The large terrace facing the water has a large dining area, lounge chairs and barbecue as well as a sink you can connect water on directly to have your own small outdoor kitchen. This delightful holiday home is set right next to a forest and a lake, north of Växjö, in beautiful Småland. The cottage features a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. The spacious living room is equipped with a wood-burning stove and a sofa bed for two. The living room opens onto the large balcony/terrace from which you can admire the beautiful surroundings. There are two bedrooms, each room is equipped with a double bed of 140 cm. The bathroom has a WC, a washbasin, and a shower. The wood-fuelled sauna is in a separate building. The cottage is surrounded by a big, beautiful garden and lake Gölen is just 100 metres away. By the lake, you will find the rowing boat that is included. Fishing for pike and bass is free of charge. The small lake lays behind the trees but you can glimpse it during colder months. The area offers plenty to see and do. Visit the elk park, Vrigstad Älgpark, which is 16 kilometres away! Or make a day trip to Boda Borg in Sävsjö, 14 km, fun for people of all ages! IThe charming town of Vimmerby is 110 kilometres away. This area is the setting of many of Astrid Lindgren's beloved children's books such as Emil of Lönneberga. The children will really enjoy Astrid Lindgren's World. For a nice swim in the sea, just follow the path down to the shallow sandy beach with a bathing jetty. There are wonderful walkways along the sea for relaxing walks and beneficial runs. The house has a stylish modern kitchen with dishwasher and most of what you could possibly need. Meals can be enjoyed on the terrace where there is a dining group with position chairs with comfortable cushions. Blankets are available for slightly cooler evenings. There is a lot to explore in Timmernabben which is a small idyll in itself. There is a fantastic fish smokehouse with summer restaurant 1 km from the house, where you can enjoy good food and drink in the genuine archipelago environment. Good pizzas can be found at the pizzeria 1 km away. The campsite with larger bathing area, playground and mini golf is next door. Popular paddle courts are available before the campsite (Stranda TK). Outdoor gyms and exercise trails are 2.5 miles away. Also visit Timmernabben's pride, the small caramel factory "Råsnäs Confectionery" where you can buy fresh freshly made sweets. You have two glazed conservatories equipped with infrared heating where you can enjoy well into the evening. The one with a magical view. In the living room there is a dining area and armchairs to lean back in. Here there is a simpler kitchen part with a kitchenette equipped with a bench stove, two hotplates and a fridge/freezer. There is plenty of equipment for cooking and crockery. Water is not in the kitchen area, but in the house's separate washroom. In the main house there is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. There is also a pull-out bed under the bed if needed. There is a smaller walk-through room with sliding doors where there is a built-in bunk bed with junior beds that are 180 cm long. In this charming cottage you are thrown back in time. Here you can enjoy the simplicity of a croft that breathes history and live life in the country as in the past, but with today's comforts. You go here to get relaxation close to nature. Here are fantastic berry and mushroom forests and wild strawberries along the endless gravel roads. Here you get birds, foxes, deer and even Icelandic horses close by and you live next door to nice birch groves. Around the cottage there are interesting surroundings, including the nature reserve Prästanäset. For those who want more and other activities, it is not far to Växjö which is a city full of activities, restaurants and culture. The owners have preserved the cottage almost as it may once have looked. In the spring of 2021, a completely new bathroom was built. The cottage has a large and cozy living room with a sofa bed and dining table. The sofa bed is best suited for 2 children to sleep in, not 2 adults. In the living room there is no TV or anything else that disturbs, but here there is time for socializing or to curl up on the couch and read a good book in the evening. The bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed for 2 people. The bunk beds are 105 cm each. Next to the bedroom is the kitchen. Good to know is that the owners of the cottage live next door to the cottage, but you still feel with the help of a fence that you have your own plot with little visibility. Here is everything a family with children wants. Large lawn that invites you to play, close to the bathing area and beautiful surroundings. You are welcomed directly into the living room which is bright with nice furnishings. There is a dining table with room for 4 people and comfortable armchairs. On the left you have a bedroom with two single beds. To the right is the small kitchenette where there are two hotplates on one side. On the other there is a bench stove with oven which also has two hotplates. Then you have a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Inside you will find the cottage's second bedroom with a bed of 140cm. Outside there is a barbecue area for pleasant evenings under starry skies. Out here in the countryside it is incredibly nice sunset and very open spaces. The homeowners live in the house next door and are happy to help. Inside the barn called "Sägnernas hus" is a dance band lodge / gathering place and you can also pre-book food / café from the homeowners. In the area there is also a magical little museum about the essence of the former "Folktromuséum". This is something for both children and adults. In the area there are fish-rich rivers, lakes and rivers where fishing licenses are required. If you like to walk and roam in nature, there are nice hiking trails. Take a trip to Ekhagen's ancient village in Åsarp or play golf at one of Sweden's oldest golf courses in a castle environment; Ryfors GK. Here you have a place that must be experienced. Sit on the large covered terrace or sit in the living room and enjoy. With a large garden just a few meters from the sea edge, you can enjoy the Swedish summer to the full from your own garden. The tree terrace offers lovely shade on sunny days. A few meters further down there is a jetty. Embark on the small islands and experience the scenic coastline at sea. The house consists of a living room, with dining area and fireplace. From the sofa you sit on the first floor to watch the darkness settle over the sea, maybe enjoy a fire on a chilly evening. A large kitchen and bathroom, as well as three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with a single bed. They are large airy rooms that have all the amenities you need. The closeness to Kalmar and Öland also makes it an excellent starting point for discovering the region.

Now you have the chance to rent the village's old fashion store. History has been created in this house! People used to go here to buy and sew their clothes. The shop premises with its shop windows are still there, but now function as an extra room if you are many who want to live in the house. This is a house for those of you who are focused on exploring the surroundings and are indulgent with the standard indoors. The house is furnished in an older charming style so it's like moving back in time. Good to know is that the house is located in a village near a road but has a secluded leafy back with outdoor furniture. On the ground floor there are two entrances. If you use it at the back of the house, you will enter the kitchen directly. There is a small kitchen table where you can sit and eat your breakfast and enjoy the morning sun. Adjacent is the living room which has a sofa group and a dining table for four to six people. At the bottom floor there are also two bedrooms. A smaller one with a single bed and a larger one that may be used more if necessary. The room is used a bit as storage, but there is a bed. Upstairs there is the house's bathroom with bath and there is a large bedroom with room for two to sleep. In the hall or passage room up here, a single bed is also located. We may recommend the house for four people, but there are definitely opportunities if there are more! There is access to a washing machine and hanging facilities in the house next door. You rent this house if you want to live with a little house around you and want to be close to a service shop. In the village and the surrounding area there are many attractions. A must is to visit Korrö which has a fine restaurant with locally produced ingredients and fantastic nature. From here you can also rent and paddle a canoe. Just two away is Tingsryd and here are several shops and the famous discount department store Börjes. There is also a good swimming area and an adventure pool / swimming pool. For those of you who like to be in nature, it is close to Åsnen National Park where you can cycle and hike among lots of sights. Less than an hour's drive away you are down by the sea and can visit Karlskrona, Ronneby and Karlshamn which are really nice summer gems! If you want to go to a bigger city, it is only 40 km to Växjö.
