The house consists of a kitchen and dining area that is open to the living room. In the living room there is a bed that can be used as an 80 bed or 160, as well as a sofa bed. The sofa bed has a tempur mattress and is according to the owner the best bed in the house. In addition to the double bed in the sofa bed, it is possible to have a small 70cm mattress on the sofa for eg a small child. There is a bedroom with a single bed that you walk through to reach the large newly renovated bathroom. In the cottage there is the possibility for guests to bring your boxer card from home and connect to the TV The patio is perhaps the best with this nice cottage, on the large terrace with glass railing you have a fantastic view of the area as the house is located on a hill away from the other houses. There are horses in the area and there is the possibility of riding by arrangement and at an additional cost. From the cottage you are close to the A6 shopping center, A6 golf course, excursion destinations such as Visings Ö and Gränna. Rosenlund's adventure pool is also located in Jönköping. Welcome to a fresh cottage built in 2019 in the nice, coastal cottage area of Adriansnäs in the middle between the towns of Västervik and Oskarshamn. Welcoming hall, open plan with family room and kitchen. State-of-the-art kitchen with all equipment such as dishwasher and kitchen island with bar stools for e.g. an early cup of coffee, large substantial dining table with plenty of space. The common room part has a cozy seating area and flat-screen TV. There is also a large glass area with access to the large balcony (approx. 30 sqm). Perfect place with outdoor furniture and barbecue for both sunny, lazy days and warm pleasant evenings with dinner. The house has three bedrooms, one slightly larger with a double bed and two slightly smaller with a bunk bed in each. WC/shower room with plenty of space, underfloor heating, washing machine and very tastefully decorated. At the front of the house there is a garden and on the other sides of the house smaller grass areas for play and games. About 400 m from the house there is a public playground with associated soccer field. The well-arranged sandy beach with sauna is about 1 km on small village roads. The beach is very child-friendly with a long shallow sandy beach, jetties, jumping tower, playground equipment, seating, outdoor gym and nice grassy areas. Here at the swimming area there is also a sauna that can be booked for the cottage area. It also includes a simple rowing boat which is about 1 km from the cottage. Bring your own life jackets. There are also 2 bicycles (for adults) belonging to the cottage. Please bring bicycles for the children. Please note that the cabin is not rented for more than 6 people and not for hunting or fishing. It is also important that guests bring their own sheets and duvet covers. Not allowed to charge electric cars. In the area there are many pleasant hiking trails and paths in wonderful nature close to the sea. Along the coast there are several small charming communities and villages. The cities of Oskarshamn and Västervik, both about 35-45 km away, are well worth a visit with both shopping and picturesque city centers. Notice, that there are no grocery stores near the cottage, so (if possible) shop in advance at least for supper and for breakfast the next day. Not too far to the "Glasriket" with several classic glassworks. It is about 80 km to Astrid Lindgren's World. Perhaps a must for the slightly younger ones. About 2 km away is a fantastically beautiful lake and a very well-arranged small swimming area with both a sandy beach and jetty. In the forests around your house, there are plenty of mushrooms and berries. In addition, you have a very good chance of encountering the forest's king, the moose. Short excursions can, for example, take you to the alpine hill Isaberg (40 km), which is also worth visiting in summer. Longer day trips can take you to the big cities of Gothenburg, Borås and Jönköping as well as to Astrid Lindgren's World on the east coast. When you enter the house you are met by a spacious hall and from there you have a bedroom on the left with a double sofa bed and an extra bed. The living room has TV, comfortable furniture and a beautiful wood burning stove from 19th century that gives a cozy atmosphere if any evening would feel a little bleak. Here you can sit down with a good book and really relax. Please note that there is no wifi in this cottage. From the living room you move on to the kitchen which has both induction hob, dishwasher and even a wood stove. and bedrooms. This delightful holiday home is set outside of the village of Odensvi on the coast of Småland. Idyllic and traditional, yet offering modern comforts, this is a great place for a family. The area offers a lot of fun and entertainment for families with small children. The house features a spacious entrance hall and two family rooms, both located on the bottom floor. One of the family rooms features a large, comfortable dining area, the other features a sofa and opens into the lovely conservatory. This is a wonderful place to dine or to just relax with a cup of tea. The well-equipped kitchen is modern and features a little kitchen table and a dish washer. The bathroom features a WC and a shower. Washing machine included. A winding staircase will take you up to the second floor with it's three large bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed. The second bedroom contains a single bed and leads through to the third bedroom with it's two single beds. The house features a fireplace and two wood burning stoves, wood is included in the rent. There is also a carport. Fruit trees and a large, beautiful lawn surround the house. It is set rather high and offers a lovely view of the open landscape. The nearest neighbour lives a kilometre away. The forest is right next to you, offering berry picking, mushrooming and animal sightings (elk, deer, fox etc). It's a quick three-kilometre drive to the public beach with it's shallow water, sandy beach, bathing dock and bathing ladder. The coast is about 22 kilometres away, should you feel like swimming in the sea. Småland is known for it's scenic nature with big forests and many lakes. Don't forget to visit the lovely town Västervik which is only 35 kilometres away. The children will really enjoy Astrid Lindgren's World, also circa 35 kilometres away. Katthult and Bullerbyn, well known from Astrid Lindgren's beloved children's books, are also close. Or why not take a daytrip to Mariannelund and find out how sweets were made in the olden days?
