Nice house near the sea with an associated newly built guest cottage in scenic Fågelsudd where you follow the path directly from the house down to the sea to enjoy a refreshing dip or a walk. You live in a nice cottage area where there are two swimming beaches with jetty and swimming raft as well as an outdoor gym, 3 km exercise track, tennis court and boules court. In the garden there is a terrace with a dining area and sun loungers where you can see the sea glistening between the trees. The large house has an open living room with kitchen and partially new fresh kitchen equipment, dining area and living area. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed. In the newly built beautiful guest house there are two rooms. An open with a pull-out day bed that can be made into a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a 120 cm bed. Enjoy the evening sun and sunset over lake Norresjö. When the evening approaches, you can enjoy the wood-fired hot tub. You take water from the lake to fill the hot tub because the cottage has a dug well that does not have the capacity to supply the hot tub. The cabin is in good condition with an inviting kitchen with a kitchen island that invites you to cook and socialize. Dinner can either be enjoyed in the dining room or in the glazed conservatory. Airy living room with large glass section that smoothly slides to the side to really enjoy the fantastic view. On the entrance floor you will also find a hall with underfloor heating, a fresh bathroom with shower, WC, wash basin and underfloor heating. Enjoy the peaceful walk along the forest path that leads here, directly from the back of the house. Here at the cottage, you can really gather energy and just enjoy the forest, the sea and the peace that prevails. The cottage has a large garden of over 5,000 square meters that faces the forest. The kitchen is beautiful and nicely furnished with a dining area. The stove and dishwasher are of a smaller model. You have a large living room with a dining area and sofa furniture by the wood stove. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with four single beds. Here is also the bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Fires are only allowed in the stove in the living room. Own firewood included. Water comes from our own well and can therefore have an aftertaste. Municipal water can be collected at the fire station. Water cans are available in the house. The accommodation is in a semi-detached house, so the carport and parking lot are adjacent to the neighbour's. However, you get to live privately as the plots are well demarcated and you have minimal visibility!
