Just a short walk of 250 meters and you are already at the beaches and the beautiful archipelago coast, so you will find everything here for a successful holiday. The cottage has lovely areas with a large kitchen open to the living room. The TV is equipped with Chromecast. In the large conservatory which is adjacent to the lush garden, you will want to spend long balmy evenings over a good piece of food and drink. In the large garden there is outdoor furniture and barbecue and there is plenty of space for play and games. You have about 1600 sqm for yourself on the large plot of about 4000 sqm that is shared with the owners. You have two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a family bed (120 cm x 80 cm) and a bathroom with a washing machine. Fires in the fireplaces are not allowed Bergkvara is also perfectly located for various excursion destinations if desired. You are close to the sun and the winds island Öland for sunbathing and swimming and Öland Zoo. Kristianopel, about 20 km away is a lovley place well worth a visit with its small shops, restaurants, popular cafes and nice guest harbor. Café Sött o Salt is a hot tip. Boat trips to Garpen's lighthouse start from Bergkvara. Blomlöf's fish smokehouse is well worth a visit. Kalmar offers attractions such as Kalmar Castle and Kalmar County Museum. Skälby farm with fun playgrounds and close contact with the farm's animals is usually a popular excursion destination for families with children. World Heritage The war city of Karlskrona has a lot to offer. 15 km to Möre golf club for those who are interested in golf. Welcome to a wonderful holiday stay in a nice environment!

With only a few steps down to the water is this charming wooden house located with the forest as a background. Why not take a morning dip in Lake Nerbjärken to wake up and then sit on the jetty and enjoy your morning coffee before the day starts. There is also a boat you can borrow if you want to get further out on the lake. The boat is included in the rent and the lake is relatively large, so bring your picnic basket and go on a voyage of discovery. Remember that fishing must not occur in the lake. But there are very good fishing opportunities in the surrounding lakes in the immediate area. In through the hall to the left you have the living room where you can sit the whole family and cuddle around the warming stove on cold evenings. There is also radio, CD player, TV with Apple TV and Netflix so there is something for the whole family. There is an open floor plan to the kitchen where there is room for six people to sit down and eat together. You can also go out to the glazed conservatory from here if you prefer to sit there and look out over the lake. There is also a dishwasher, coffee maker and microwave in the kitchen. Further into the house there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two have a bunk bed with two beds each. In the bathroom which is located between the bedrooms and the kitchen you have a washing machine to facilitate longer stays. Hultsfred, which most people associate with the Hultsfred Festival, is just over 9km away. Even though the festival can no longer be visited, something called "The Walk" has been created where you can follow the history of music both through physical signs outside and via an app. This is perfect for you who are interested in music and if you want to move around a bit more, there is also a DiscGolf park which is a perfect activity for the whole family or group of friends. If you want to see more of nature, you can cycle the dressage on the Smalspåret. In Hultsfred, there are shops, restaurants and a few shops for the shopping-hungry. Welcome!

Here you can experience real outdoor life, Dackestupet offers lots of activities all year round. Skiing in winter with both downhill skiing, cross-country skiing and tobogganing. And best of all you do not even have to take the car there, you just follow the road up the hill. Also the rest of the year, Dackestupet is a popular destination with its mountain bike tracks and technology areas of varying difficulty. There are also cycle paths where you can pass historical sites and rolling landscapes in the Småland highlands. Along most of the trails there is the opportunity for a coffee break at one of the area's cafes or farm shops. There are trail running tracks on nature trails as well as hiking trails and orienteering tracks At the top of Dackestupet's lookout point, you can really enjoy the beautiful view of the lake and Virserum. You are close to nice bathing spots down by Virserumssjön where you can enjoy a nice dip. In the large house you have a combined living room with a nice dining area where you can light a fire and enjoy in front of the fireplace (own wood is included). The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed for 1 person. There is a small kitchen with most things you need. In the main house there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. The cottage has a fresh toilet with shower and sink. The house has free Wifi, AC and Smart TV. You have two patios with outdoor furniture and barbecue. The guest house has 2 single beds. Behind the cottage there is a football field. There is also much else to experience in the area, "Smålands Grand Canyon" More Kastell is a rock ravine that is amazingly beautiful. The famous Dacke Cave where the wounded Nils Dacke was hidden away from Gustav Wasa's troops is very close by. Some distance away there is the opportunity to cycle the dressage on Smalspåret (booked at smalsparet.com). There is a museum, art gallery and herb garden in Virserum that are well worth a visit. Emån is known for its fine fishing, it is also good fishing in Virserumssjön. If you want to make a day trip, Astrid Lindgren's world and the kingdom of glass are a few miles away.

This charming holiday home is set in beautiful surroundings, near a forest, and was renovated in 2012. Care has been taken to preserve the old charm of the cottage when modernising it. It is located by the beautiful lakes Åsnen and Salen and is a great holiday home for nature lovers. On the bottom floor of the cottage you will find the kitchen, which is equipped with the basic amenities, such as electric hot plates, a fridge-freezer, and a microwave oven. The living room features a large dining table, a sofa suite and a TV. On the bottom floor, there's also a bedroom containing a double bed with a width of 120 centimetres. Please note that there's no door separating the kitchen and the bedroom. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms with two double beds in each room. Please note that you must pass through one of the bedrooms to reach the other one. At the back of the cottage you will find a conservatory which is the perfect place to spend the evening when the air gets cooler. There's a big barbecue area about 50 metres from the cottage. There are lovely walking paths in the forest, where you have good chances of spotting elk and deer, as well as finding berries and mushrooms. There are several interesting places nearby, for instance, Huseby Slott which is 15 kilometres away. This cozy house is located on one of Sweden's most beautiful archipelagos 18th century. The old style is preserved with bright, comfortable furniture. Nice little porch under a roof with benches. From the house and the garden you have a nice lake view. Downstairs there is a large, lovely living room. People like to gather here in the evenings for pleasant moments. Adjacent is the nice one glazed outside porch with dining area and direct exit to the garden. Charming kitchen with good standard appliances, fresh shower with washing machine. Bedrooms are upstairs, one of which is smaller. Please note: Limited ceiling height throughout the house, approx. 1.82 m. The small path leads down to the sea about 300 m and to the municipal the bathing beach with sandy beach, large grassy areas and substantial piers. Perfect for sunny, warm lazy days. For golf enthusiasts is there a 9-hole course close by. Take the family to the picturesque town of Västervik, about 60 km away many summer events and annual music festival. For the little one the summer resort of Loftahammar is only 2 km away. There is a marina, restaurant and a very nice bakery here. A nice day trip can be to visit Astrid Lingren's World in Vimmerby, approx. 80 km. At Tättö camping very close by there are pedal boats, canoes, mini golf, bike rental and boat for rent. This delightful, traditional holiday home is set in scenic surroundings only 200 metres from Ramse bathing spot. It is set in the middle of Småland, just an hour's drive from the coast. The cottage was partly renovated in the 1980's and features a spacious living room with a fireplace and plenty of space for dining. The kitchen has the basic amenities and a kitchen table for four people. There are two bedrooms, the one on the bottom floor has two single beds. The upstairs bedroom has a double bed. There are also two simple extra beds. The bathroom has a WC and a washbasin, the shower is separate. Ramse beach is only 200 metres from the cottage by the lake there's a grazing area for deer,which creates a delightful view. There's a jogging trail that circles the grazing area and leads down to the bathing spot. There are plenty of great places to visit within driving distance of the holiday home. You can try panning for gold in Ädelfors, only 17 kilometres (about a fifteen minute drive) away. The mine Kleva gruva is 20 km away. If you are visiting with children, they will really enjoy Astrid Lindgren's World (40 kilometres). Katthult (30 kilometres) and Bullerbyn, well known from Astrid Lindgren's beloved children's books, are also close. Or why not take a daytrip to Mariannelund and find out how sweets were made in the olden days? The Kingdom of Crystal is another interesting destination. This is where the famous Kosta Boda glass is made. Västervik is also well worth a visit, offering shopping, beaches and many events. Welcome to beautiful Småland!

Welcome to a cozy accommodation with only 50 meters to Lake Örken. This cottage is one of three built in 2002. The cottage is also called "Uttern" and has an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room. The kitchen has most things you could need. A perfect accommodation for the small family who wants to live with the lake next door and close to the forest and the tranquility outside. In the house there is only cold water, fresh and clear from its own well.The plot is audibly lush natural plot with a view of the lake between the trees. One bedroom has a double bed and in the other there is a bunk bed. Adjacent to the living room is a covered terrace. The bathroom with sink and separett-toilet. Access to shower is available in onecommon space about 30 meters from the cottage. Örken is a good fishing lake and a nice swimming lake with several sandy beaches. It glimpses the lake between the trees from the cottage. A rowing boat is available for rent SEK 500 / week. Fishing license required. High chair and babybed are available to book on site. For the adventurous there is the opportunity to go zipline through LittleRock Lake which is a nature center in the area. If you want to make an excursion it is about 1 hour drive to Astrid Lindgren's World and to the Kingdom of Glass in Kosta and Orrefors. Here you'll have lovely fruit trees and a lawn. You may rent a row boat from the owner and you can also buy a weekly fishing permit in the village. Close distances to both Vimmerby and Västervik. In Vimmerby you'll have Astrid Lindgrens theme park which is a wonderful experience for the children. Västervik is a local costal summer town that hosts an annual folk song festival.

Here you will find a country house with 70’s-style interior design. The house is in a peaceful area close to nature where it allows you to enjoy the solitude of the countryside. The surrounding area offers several nice walking trails. In Lake Djupsjön, 1000 m away, you can go for a swim during a hot summer day or relax for a while and go fishing. On a vacation during late summer and autumn you may go hunting, but the host needs to be contacted regarding this in advance. Kindly observe there is no rental to groups of young people!
