This small cozy cottage is located in Grödinge in a leisure village, close to nature and swimming. After a short walk in rural surroundings, you will find the bus stop that takes you to shops and the commuter train into Stockholm in less than an hour. The house has a nice garden with patios, trees, lawn and a cozy outdoor sink. Standing outside in the sun and washing the dishes while listening to the chirping of birds is lovely. Of course there is a sink inside as well. The kitchen is open to the living room, has a round table with room for four people. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two and TV and a wood burning stove. A separate bedroom with a single bed is available. The house does not have a bathroom, but a service building is close by, where there are both showers and several toilets. The house has a camping toilet that can be used at night. A guest cottage with a sofa bed is on the property. The area consists of roughly 30 houses that are surrounded by fields and forest and have a pleasant feel. A lake for quick dips is within walking distance, if you want a more child-friendly beach, there is one 2 km from the house. The area has a lot of culture to discover, farms, restaurants and cafes.
