Welcome to this summer idyll in beautiful Lyckorna in the summer town of Ljungskile!This lovely annex offers a unique setting with a fantastic location close to the sea, where you are within walking distance of saltwater swimming and cliffs. The area is peaceful and harmonious, and outside there is a beautiful walking path down to the sea. When you step into this annex, you are greeted by an inviting entrance hall. To the right is a lovely kitchen, fully equipped with a coffee maker, induction hob, oven/microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. There is also a charming iron stove. The living room has a grand piece of furniture for watching TV and a dining table with plenty of room for everyone. On the same floor is a charmingly decorated bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, vanity with two sinks, and washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms upstairs. The first bedroom has two single beds (90 cm) and a travel cot for small children.The second bedroom has a double bed (180 cm) with a glimpse of the sea through the window. The upstairs living room has two single beds (90 cm) and a cozy corner with a sofa and table. There is also Wi-Fi for your convenience. You share the yard with the homeowner but have access to the annex's part of the patio and a lovely arbor. Here you can barbecue dinner or enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the morning. It is possible to charge an electric car on site for a fee paid to the owner. See more information in the house. Within walking distance, there are several nice swimming spots, including Kungsparken with a diving tower, sandy beach, and pier. Stroll down to the popular Lyckorna Brygga with its restaurant and marina right by the water's edge. Here you have a beautiful view of the fjord. Don't miss Musselbaren for a taste experience of the west coast's delicacies. You can also take one of the archipelago boats that depart from the harbor or stroll along the beautiful beach promenade. Lyckorna is a gem on the west coast, founded by the Scotsman and landowner Robert MacFie in the late 19th century. Here you will find many beautiful turn-of-the-century villas that give the area its unique character. Close to shopping in Torps Köpcentrum with around 80 stores and good bus connections to the city of Gothenburg, about 60 km away.

In the charming summer town of Ljungskile, not far from the historic area of "Lyckorna", is this nice summer cottage. The house was renovated in 2022 with both a hot tub and sauna on the plot, with a modern layout and a very homely warm interior. The location is close to the sea to several swimming areas in and around Ljungskile, about 1.5 km to salt water swimming, crab fishing and cliffs. The area is rural, quiet and harmonious. Next to the house is a nice forest path for nice walks and beautiful nature. The house has a guest cottage and a lovely sauna for 4 people, built in 2022. You are welcomed into the conservatory with a nice seating area. The hall is oblong with space to hang out. Next to it is the larger bedroom with a 180 cm bed. Straight ahead is the bathroom, which is bright and modern. There is a shower, toilet and also a washing machine and dryer. To the left, the large, lovely living room opens up with beautiful furnishings and is open to the ridge. A massive brick wall invites you into the kitchen area, which is bright. There is also a table with seating for 4-6 people. There is also a small, nice alcove for relaxing/writing/workplace next to the nice kitchen. The loft can be reached by a steep ladder from the living room. Up here is a nice crawl-in with a double bed and a TV with Chromecast that is available. You can connect to your own account via NETFLEX, not the homeowner's. The living room has a sofa, TV and armchair. In the annex/guest house there is also a TV and a perfect place for the older children who want to live a little more secluded. Good to know is that national road 167 runs along the house, which can be a bit noisy. It is within walking distance to several nice swimming spots and about 1.5 km to, among other things, Kungsparken with a diving tower, sandy beach and jetty. Take the opportunity to visit the popular Lyckorna Brygga with restaurant and marina right on the water's edge. Many of Sweden's famous artists play here during the summer and you have a beautiful view of the fjord. The Musselbaren is a must for those who want to experience the west coast's tasting menu. Feel free to join one of the archipelago boats that depart from the harbor or walk on the beautiful promenade. This accommodation is perfect for the larger family of 6 people who want to be close to the beach. For those who want to shop, it is a good idea to go to Torps Shopping Center, next to Uddevalla Center or take a day trip to the big city of Gothenburg with the Liseberg amusement park among much more. In Ljungskile there are both good bus and train connections to both Uddevalla and Gothenburg. At Coop, about 1.7 km from the cottage, there are charging stations for electric cars. Welcome to stay in a charming cottage with stunning sea views. Here you can look over sparkling water and enjoy beautiful sunsets. The cottage is bright with very nice decor and you have walking distance down to the sea. The cottage itself is well planned and has everything you could need. Nice terrace outside with wooden railings and seating outside. You are welcomed into a bright little hall. Directly to the left you will find one bedroom with 2 single beds 80cm wide. Adjacent is the second bedroom with a double bed 160 cm wide. Straight ahead you will find the bathroom which is fully tiled, bright, with shower / toilet and underfloor heating. The kitchen is a small part with induction hob, oven and well equipped. Dining area with seats for 6 people and open floor plan to the living room. Here is a comfortable sofa with armchairs and a lovely stove for chilly evenings. Firewood included. The water is fresh and drinkable directly from the tap - tested and approved. The cottage has a wonderful view from the lovely terrace at the back of the house and on the mountain hill. There is a bench where you sit and have a cup of coffee and enjoy the sunset. The guest house next door has 2 single beds 90cm wide. The garden is lush and secluded and invites a lot of play.
