In the early 1900s, this fantastic little house was built and the whole estate is a cozy and genuine dala environment. Tällberg is a given goal for those who want a really cozy dala experience. The lower floor of the cottage has a living room with wood burning stove, sofa bed 160 cm and an equipped kitchen, at the entrance is the bathroom with shower and WC. Upstairs to the sleeping loft there are 2 beds 120 cm wide. There are patios and barbecue next to the house. In Tällberg there are all opportunities for inspiration, experiences and relaxation. There are several swimming opportunities around Siljan and Opplimen has a bathing area that is shallow with a sandy beach and jetty. Hiking trails, cycling, kayaking or canoeing are popular and in Dalarna there are many available fishing places for those who want to fish on their own. There are plenty of handicrafts and other cultural offerings, Dalhalla da spectacular outdoor arenan for theater and concerts in the middle of Rättviksskogen fascinates both audiences and artists during the summer months. In Rättvik is the frontdoor tower Vidablick, which is 28 meters high. This is a small simple apartment built in an old stable building from the 20th century on a farm. You have your own parking and at the entrance a small terrace to have the morning coffee with a view of Lake Siljan. The apartment has a shower, toilet and a washing machine. A kitchen with dining area for 4 people and a small room used as a reading corner. A living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed for 2 people. One bedroom with a double bed. The apartment is located right on Siljan's beach with a street between the property and a lawn down to the beach with its own jetty and bathing area. Laknäs is a small typical Dala village with red cottages located close together around Siljan's beach. Here it says "gattu" instead of "gata" on the street signs, which means street on Leksandsmål, a local dialect language. It is 2 km to Tällberg which is located on a slope down to Lake Siljan with a wonderful view of the lake. You have 12 km to Leksand, where there is a Summerland with activities. Rättvik is located 10 km from Laknäs with the famous stage Dalhalla which is located in a limestone quarry. You have 43 km to Nusnäs where the World-famous wooden horse is made.
