Park easily on the left just after the cabin. At this nice cottage you have all the amenities you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. From the large terrace you enter the cabin and can immediately leave your luggage and shoes in the inviting hall. Straight ahead you will find the cabin's bathroom with both WC, wash basin and shower. When you enter the combined living room and kitchen, you are greeted by a large space with a panoramic window towards the balcony and the lake. The kitchen is in a modern style and has all the equipment you could possibly need, such as a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, tea maker and much more. Next to the kitchen you will find the two bedrooms. The bedroom on the right has a wide (120cm) single bed and the bedroom on the left a double bed (140cm). Up the stairs from the living room you will find the sleeping loft with a wide (120cm) single bed and a sofa bed for two people. From here in the sleeping loft you have a nice view over the cabin but also out over the greenery. The large balcony that frames the cabin provides plenty of sun during the day. Here you can sit on a beautiful summer evening and look out over the water and enjoy the silence and tranquility that the area offers. 300 meters away there is both a jetty and a boat that is included to borrow (talk to the owners). By sea you can take yourself to various cozy islands, or why not go into Karlstad and enjoy the restaurant and entertainment options there. Around the cottage there are also good hiking trails to discover Hammarö's beautiful nature and rich wildlife. The cottage owners who live on the same plot are very nice and are happy to help if there is anything during your stay. Hammarö offers everything from cozy cafes, a recognized mini golf course to fishing, beautiful swimming, an appreciated golf course and much more. Barely a mile away you can enjoy fish/seafood at Lillängshamnen's Fish Smokehouse. Welcome to a cozy little cottage up in the fantastic Småland highlands. Lots of visitors are attracted here annually by the beautiful nature of the highlands, beautiful lakes and the area's small-town charm. The cottage is a perfect starting point for discovering most of Småland, e.g. Astrid Lindgren's World and Glasbruken. It is also not far from the cities of Jönköping, Nässjö and Vetlanda. Up to five people can live here. On the upper floor there is a bedroom, note steep stairs/ladder, with a double bed and a single bed. Outside the bedroom there is a family room which has a single bed, then there is also a sofa bed in the living room on the first floor. Downstairs you have a kitchen connected to the living room, and here you have plenty of space to hang out. There are a number of small, cozy lakes nearby, but for those who like to swim, the owners recommend Sandsjöbadet, which is about 6.8 km away. Regardless of whether you want to enjoy the holiday from your own lovely garden or go on an adventure, this cozy accommodation is perfect.

Here you are met by nice generous spaces both indoors and on the villa's terrace and glazed outdoor areas. The villa is within perfect walking distance to the city's range of restaurants, market stalls, shopping, boating, music and much more. You are just as close to Pinneviken's fine bathing area and Stångehuvud's nature reserve, known for its special light, which has made the area well-visited by photographers, among others. It is also just as close to the Norra hamn area's popular beach promenade with restaurants and nice vantage points over the sea and sunset. Via a staircase you reach the entrance floor of the villa. On the inside, you are greeted by a welcoming hall that transitions into a kitchen with a dining area as well as a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and dishwasher. From the kitchen area you come out to the "heart of the villa", a large nice and cozy glazed conservatory with a lounge group, dining group and a grill, via the conservatory's sliding doors you come out on to a patio area with summer furniture. Generous surfaces perfect for pleasant moments in the company of good friends with barbecues, good meals and something good to drink or a moment of summer rest in the sun or shade together with a good book. Lysekil, which is popularly known as "The City by the Sea", is located at the far end of the sea belt. During the summer season, many concerts with famous artists, sing-alongs in the park, etc. are offered. Several nice shops with a selection for different tastes. It is also a pleasure to ride the small train around Lysekil, during the trip you also get a bit of history about Lysekil or why not walk through the older part of Lysekil from the 17th - 19th century. Cozy buildings along the narrow street towards Norra Hamnen, which in recent years has become a beach promenade. Here you can take a dip in the salty sea from the jetty and on a fine summer evening you can experience a fantastic sunset reflected in the sea. Feel free to rent a canoe and experience the beautiful archipelago along the smooth granite cliffs. Take a boat trip across to the other side of the Gullmarsfjord and wander the winding streets among Fiskebäckskil's sea shacks and captain's villas. The house is located in a pleasant and peaceful residential area with the sun baking and the sea roaring and sparkling. Öckerö is one of many beautiful islands in Gothenburg's famous archipelago. The accommodation is a perfect starting point for visiting Hönö, Fotö, Vinga lighthouse and several other incredible places. You will have a wonderful stay among shops, restaurants and fishing boats. The cabin is bright, smartly planned and perfect for those of you who travel as a couple and want to be close to sun, swimming and wonderful excursions. The cottage is a stone's throw from the harbor with kiosk, restaurant and rocky baths. Not far from the house is the center of Öckerö, Hjälvik's bathing area and Hummerviken's bathing area, both well-visited and popular bathing areas. There is also a nice gravel walking path here. Inside the cabin you are met by a smaller hall and where the whole room opens up. Everything is bright and fresh. It is open plan with a kitchen that is integrated with a dining area for 2 people. It is high up to the ceiling with a spotlight. You will find a small alcove for a TV corner and sofa under the stairs. The bathroom is tiled in white and has a wc/sink/shower and washing machine. The loft is a sleeping loft with low ceiling height with a double bed for 2 people. Everything is simple and stylish and tasteful. There is a small terrace for the first cup of the morning overlooking the sea. Welcome to a smaller accommodation with the sea right outside the door!

Cottage next to the canal and close to swimming. Right next to the outdoor area Lunnedet and Knappforsen's sluice with a view of the canal you will find this gem. The cabin is renovated and cozy with everything you could possibly need for a pleasant stay here. The bathroom has a WC, washing machine and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything from microwave, coffee maker and kettle to dishwasher and waffle iron and toaster. In the spacious living room you can spend rainy days in front of the fireplace. The sofa can be made into a bed and has room for two people. The sleeping loft that you find from the living room has a double bed. Large terrace with sun from morning to evening. The electric awning (remote control) helps keep the cabin at the right temperature even in the height of summer. Boat and raft can be rented on site. On the raft there is a large table with four chairs and a smaller table. The raft is powered by an electric motor and the owner makes sure the battery is charged. The boat is also powered by an electric motor. The grill that is in the cabin can be taken with you if you want to grill on the raft, flame protection is available so that you don't burn ugly marks on the raft. There are also plates, cutlery etc. in the raft. There are also two ladders and anchors so you can stop and take a dip. Finesse life jacket for a man and a woman and also 2 pcs. life jackets for smaller children. Good fishing water! A fishing license (a fishing rod) is included in the rent for Lake Lonnen. The jetty, which you have access to next to the cabin, has a ladder. Here there is also a ramp for loading boats/jet skis etc. The cottage is located by Knappforsälven between lake Lonnen and the luice at Lunnedet. After sluicing, you come out into the lake system "Bergslagskanalen" which takes you all the way up to Filipstad. The luice is located approx. 700 meters from the cottage. Alternatively, if you have your own boat, there is a loading ramp above the luice. During the summer months, there is a lot of activity at Knappforsen/Lunnedet in the form of music performances, camping, car meets and much else exciting. You can get here by a short 10-minute walk or 5 minutes by car. Plenty of hiking trails in the area. At close driving distance there are 4 different golf courses, as well as a golf simulator, padel and sport shooting (Storfors). Inside Karlskoga you will find everything from shops to entertainment, such as the very popular Boda Borg.

Welcome to a small but cozy newly built house. The house has all the comforts on a small surface, for the small family or one or two adults. There is two beds in the loft that have sitting height but not standing height. Downstairs there is a sofa bed for two. The fully tiled bathroom has underfloor heating, shower and WC. A large private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue for cozy summer evenings. The house is located with the back towards the owners' house and the front and the balcony are towards the forest, wonderfully restful. Just 300 meters from the house is a swimming lake that is popular, there are many natural areas with nice hiking trails nearby, but also close to Stockholm's inner city with its culture, restaurants and theaters. Here you can experience everything from the ABBA Museum, the Vasa Museum, the Royal Palace, and much more. If you want to swim, Farsta Strandbad is conveniently located with lake swimming from either the beach or the pier. For those who prefer swimming in the sea, Ã…rsta Havsbad is a great option, offering a beautiful beach. When bed linen is added, towels are also included. It is not allowed to charge electric cars at the cottage.

Here you live in a house located on land where the Vikings lived and there are many ancient remains to visit within cycling distance. If you are familiar with Viking history, it may be interesting to know that the famous Ardre stone was found in the exact place where this house is located. The house has two patios so you can watch the sunset until the last ray of sunlight fades or enjoy breakfast in the morning sun. The house is built in traditional Gotland style, with stone, plastered walls and an indoor floor made of Gotland marble with underfloor heating. Preparing tonight's dinner outside on the charcoal grill when the sun turns the sky red and enjoying the tranquility is relaxing. The house has an open floor plan between the living room, dining area and kitchen, which creates a very homely and familiar feeling. There are two bedrooms, one of which has a very comfortable double bed and the other room is equipped with two comfortable single beds. The house's bathroom is fresh and functional and equipped with a washing machine. In the sleeping loft, which you reach via a rather steep staircase, there are two sleeping places; a bed and a comfortable sofa bed. Vitvärsfishing location is worth a visit, you can get here easily by bicycle, perhaps when you are on your way down to a day at the beach down in Ljugarn. Down in Ljugarn there is everything from lovely swimming beaches to restaurants and cafes.

The island has been inhabited since the Stone Age, but today mostly summer residents live here. Here are chieftains' graves and burial mounds from the Bronze Age for those interested in history. The island does not have a shop, but there is, however, a very good fish shop & restaurant Bryggvingen, approx. 2.5 km away. Don't miss a visit here! They have their own fishing boat that lands their catch below the restaurant, so it couldn't be fresher. The island is to some extent a nature reserve and a lovely island to walk or cycle on. If you get tired of your own jetty, there are good bathing opportunities in several places, both beach bathing and cliff bathing. On the island you can also play mini golf, the course is only 400 m from your house. Around Lyrön there are also fantastic waters for kayaking. A few kilometers away are the three charming archipelago communities Hälleviksstrand, Mollösund and Nösund. In Hälleviksstrand, you should not miss a visit to Sjöbodscafét, which serves delicious sandwiches and pastries in a fantastic environment, in the middle of piers and boats. In Mollösund there are several good restaurants, cobbled streets with beautiful old houses and also a grocery store. Nösund has two fine bathing areas and the historic Nösund Inn with a good restaurant and entertainment by famous artists. Also, don't miss taking the ferry to the beautiful islands of Käringön and Gullholmen. To service and grocery store in Varekil or Ellös approx. 15-17km. If you are interested in shopping, you should not miss a visit to Göksäter in the middle of Orust with the bargain store Arvid Eriksson, which is popularly known as "Lilla Ullared". The cottage is located in a quiet summer house area on a large flat plot where the main house and guest house are connected by a terrace. In the guest house there are four beds, a bunk bed and a sofa bed. In the main house you have two more bedrooms where one of the rooms has a double bed and the other room a bunk bed.
