The house has been a restaurant but was renovated in 2019 into the fine residence it is today. The house shares land with the owners who live in the house in front, but you have a separate entrance and your own balcony with a view of the fence and fields. There are two entrances to the house, the small kitchen entrance or the large one located inside the nice green gates. You are welcomed into a small hall which then opens up into a large welcoming family room with kitchen integrated into one. The kitchen is magnificent where you can see that it used to be a restaurant with a substantial pizza oven, stove and dishwasher. The glasses hang pleasantly from the ceiling above the bar table/kitchen table where people like to gather during dinner for conversation. To the left is a small alcove with a day bed. The house has a total of 8 beds and two bathrooms. To the right are two smaller bedrooms. One with a bunk bed 80 cm wide and the other with a day bed that is 2x80 in size laid out. Inside the kitchen area there is a bathroom with bath/shower and washing machine. Next to a cleaning scrubber with a toilet inside. Behind the kitchen at the kitchen entrance is another nice bedroom with a single bed 80 cm. Straight ahead in the hall, a large room opens up on the side with fine wooden doors with glass and armchairs to sit in. Here there is a larger bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. All white and fully tiled. You are then welcomed into a homely living room with a small dining table and comfortable sofa. Personal and warm interior design that makes it almost feel like home. Next to this is the house's fourth bedroom with a double bed 180 cm wide and with a patio door to the beautiful nature. The owner is an artist and has a workshop next door and sometimes shows if you're lucky. The garden outside invites you to play with a trampoline and lawn. Have a cup at the front and enjoy the calm and look out. A day trip to Läcköslott, which may be Sweden's most beautiful castle with a unique garden, and a trip to Hinden's Reef is a must. Bathing places in Lake Vänern in Framnäsbadet or Svalnäsbadet, which is also called Vänern's Riviera. A visit to Rörstrand, where people hand-painted and created porcelain known around the world. The house is located at the bottom of the small road next to Mullsjön with a large lawn with fruit trees and the lake just below. Enjoy beautiful sunsets, warm days in a quiet child-friendly family area with some summer cottages and houses around. The accommodation is suitable for those who want to live in a quiet environment, enjoy swimming and wonderful excursions. Perfect for families with children, an elderly couple or you in company who want to experience nice environments, bathing places, lake Vättern and Mullsjön as well as the summer town of Hjo. The terrace goes around the whole house where you can sit and sunbathe or barbecue in the evening. You are welcomed into a bright hall with two smaller bedrooms to the left. Both bedrooms each have a bunk bed. The house is brightly furnished with homely décor and style. The kitchen and living room have an open floor plan with magnificent views towards the lake. In the kitchen there is a dining area with space for 4-6 people, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, stove with oven. In the large living room stands a large sofa with a table. Adjacent to this room is a small smaller room with TV corner. The sofa is a sofa bed of 140cm wide. Next door is a nice extension that was built in 2017 with great light, spotlight on the ceiling and with comfortable armchairs. In the garden there are apple trees and plums you are welcome to pick and eat. Below the house is a public place where people roam to go to the bathing area. You can swim here but the bottom can be a bit dingy. The larger bathing area is just under 1km from the house. There are bathing jetties, a sandy beach and it is shallow. There are also swings for the children. In the area there are fish-rich streams and lakes where a fishing license is required. The accommodation is not for youth groups under 25 or for companies. Hjo is called the wooden town by Lake Vättern. Here you can walk on nice cobbled streets, eat ice cream and check out handicrafts. The nature reserve Hjoåns Dalgång is beautiful with its nature, lush and green path. For those who like to fish, you should go to Hökensås and plenty of berries in the forests. This apartment is located on the ground floor of a charming house from the mid-1800s with a large cozy plot shared with the owner. It is located in a quiet area in the nice summer town of Ronneby. The garden is communal, but you have your own patio at the side of the house. The apartment is renovated in 2022. The first thing you meet is a glass veranda where you can sit and drink your morning coffee. Furthermore, you enter the dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is fresh and has everything you need as well as a view of the lush back when washing dishes and cooking. There is also a living room combined with bedrooms. Ronneby is a city in the heart of blekinge province and is located between the cities of Karlshamn and Karlskrona. Let the roads take you around among craft stalls, cultural monuments, fabulous castle environments and cozy lakes. Visit art exhibitions, read on Björketorpsstenen or visit Västra Vång where gold men and bronze masks were dug up in 2013. In Ronneby Brunnspark and on Karön, the old wooden villas testify to a bygone era. In the city center, the Cultural Quarter Bergslagen offers fantastic sights in a cultural environment with the Church of the Holy Cross in the middle. From both the kitchen and the dining area you have a nice view of the lake and if you are a bit frozen, you can light a fire in the fireplace. The bathroom is newly renovated and has a washing machine. In one bedroom there is a double bed with an exit to the back and in the other there are two single beds. On the covered terrace you can sit and relax with a cup of coffee looking out over the calm lake. Next to the house you will find the guest cabin which has 2 single beds. The guest cabin has no key, it is always open. Just below the house you will find the lake (small gravel road lies between) where you can swim or take a trip with the rowing boat for free fishing in the lake (no nets or boat motors may be used). If you feel like grilling in the evening, there is access to a grill with an outdoor group. In the surroundings there are several nice lakes. There is something to do for everyone when you plan your excursion destinations both in the nearby area or if you go into the city of Linköping 55 km away. There you can visit the air force museum, Old Linköping in the city quarter Valla, good shopping in the city and good food. For the cultural, one likes to visit the cathedral and the castle at Borggården. 10 kilometers northwest of Linköping is the lock area known as Bergs slussar Göta Kanal's largest lock staircase. You come here to see boats closing the locks, eat good ice cream, rent a bike or take a cooling bath. 18 kilometers away is the Trollegater Nature Reserve, a well-visited place suitable for everyone in the family. Here the big ships glide towards Stockholm, a pleasant sight when you sit on the terrace and relax. If you want to take a morning dip or sunbathe on the rocks, just follow the path a few minutes down. The rocks have evening sun, pack a picnic basket and take dinner down to the water and enjoy. The house is modernly furnished, it was built in 2013, has a separate bedroom with two beds that can be put together into a double, the living room has a double bed and a sofa bed. The living room has a door to the nice terrace which is built in terraces so you can sit on the steps with your coffee cup in the morning, or at the table if you prefer. A modern bathroom complements the house. A lawn is available at the entrance to the house for some play and games. You share land with the owner, but have your own area. If you want to go into Stockholm and experience the city, there is a bus that goes into Slussen, there is also a car ferry to Vaxholm via Rindö, that ferry goes only a few km from the house. Vaxholm is a lovely summer town, with plenty of restaurants and shops. A cozy quay runs along the city, stroll there or take the ferry over to Vaxholm's castle, an old defense castle from the middle of the 19th century with period furnishings about military remains.

The plot is well hilly and you get there with a staircase up to the top where the accommodation is located. There is an incredible view with its own vantage point over the sea with a bench. The house is combined with simpler style and with more modern elements. You enter the back by the comfortable terrace. There is a dining table for dinners in the shade when the sun is on. The kitchen is integrated with the living room and the kitchen area is since 2021 with induction stove. The house has summer water with hot and cold water. The living room is brightly furnished with pleasant style. Here is a cozy stove that makes the season longer and that crackles well if you want to come here in spring or autumn. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa, armchairs and a seating pouf. Next door is a bedroom with a bed of 140 cm. You can glimpse the sea from the window. Straight out there are large windows with sliding doors where you can open up and go straight out into the garden and to the comfortable seating area. The shower is an outdoor shower with a garden hose that is plugged in and there is both hot and cold water. Nice relaxation with nature next door. The toilet is an honest water toilet located in the small red house next door. It looks like an outing but is a regular toilet. In the space next door are all cleaning items such as vacuum cleaners and more. The garden is lush green and the accommodation suits those who want the simple and charming with proximity to swimming, sea and everything that the west coast has to offer. Perfect for the small party with about 3-4 people, this is a very cozy accommodation. The accommodation is not suitable for the elderly, not for those with difficulty walking or for those with really young children as it is close to mountains.
