The area is peaceful and harmonious, and outside there is a beautiful walking path down to the sea. When you step into this annex, you are greeted by an inviting entrance hall. To the right is a lovely kitchen, fully equipped with a coffee maker, induction hob, oven/microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. There is also a charming iron stove. The living room has a grand piece of furniture for watching TV and a dining table with plenty of room for everyone. On the same floor is a charmingly decorated bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, vanity with two sinks, and washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms upstairs. The first bedroom has two single beds (90 cm) and a travel cot for small children.The second bedroom has a double bed (180 cm) with a glimpse of the sea through the window. The upstairs living room has two single beds (90 cm) and a cozy corner with a sofa and table. There is also Wi-Fi for your convenience. You share the yard with the homeowner but have access to the annex's part of the patio and a lovely arbor. Here you can barbecue dinner or enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the morning. Stroll down to the popular Lyckorna Brygga with its restaurant and marina right by the water's edge. Here you have a beautiful view of the fjord. Don't miss Musselbaren for a taste experience of the west coast's delicacies. You can also take one of the archipelago boats that depart from the harbor or stroll along the beautiful beach promenade. Lyckorna is a gem on the west coast, founded by the Scotsman and landowner Robert MacFie in the late 19th century. Troll boat trips with swimming are offered in Lake Bunn with magical nature from John Bauer's fairy tales and much more. Just over 5 km away is BattleCamp, which has a lot of different activities and a restaurant where you can conveniently pick up takeaway and enjoy on your patio, for example. In the scenic Gladö kvarn you will find this nice house with an absolutely fantastic verdant garden, with flowers, bushes and fruit trees. The property consists of three houses, a larger one with living room, kitchen, glazed conservatory, balcony and two bedrooms. One with a double bed and one with a 140 cm bed. In the living room there is also a sofa bed for two. In the house that is connected to the big one, there are three beds, but no water or toilet. At the back of it there is a fresh dry toilet in addition to the wc that is in the main house. Further down the plot is a newly built house with two beds, a separate one and a small kitchenette. In this property many people can live, but still get some privacy. Between the two upper houses on the terrace is a lovely hot tub. If you want to swim in the lake, it is a short walk down to the bathing rocks. There is a nice beach with a playground and soccer field a little further along the lake. There are also padel courts and a tennis court. There is a bus just a few hundred meters from the house, which takes you to the center of Huddinge with shops and commuter trains into Stockholm. If you like hiking, there are plenty of nice hiking trails nearby.

Inside the house, there is a spacious living room with a dining area and a cozy sofa corner, as well as a kitchen area. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a smaller room with a child's bed for children up to 50 kg. The bathroom has a shower and toilet and is also equipped with a washing machine. From the living room, there is a loft ladder leading up to a sleeping loft with two beds. This is not suitable for small children as the ladder is very steep. Right below the house, you have a private dock where you can swim, sunbathe, or simply sit and enjoy the view of the lake. Around Lake Båven, there are several hiking trails and nature reserves. Put on your hiking boots and go for a hike or rent a canoe in Skebokvarn and explore the lake. If you are a golfer, the beautiful Stjärnhov Golf Club is about a 20-minute drive from the cottage. Pets are welcome in this house, but please keep your dog on a leash as there are other dogs in the neighboring house.
