Here you live in the heart of Södermanland in a converted barn with lots of charm preserved, surrounded by beautiful nature and horse paddocks. The house consists of a large living room with several seating areas in different corners and a large kitchen in the middle of the room. There are two terraces, one on each side of the house. The house is perfect for two families or maybe for some special celebration. The house has 3 bedrooms with a total of 9 beds, divided into both single beds and bunk beds. The house also has a number of extra beds available if needed. Rent the wood-fired hot tub on site, which is filled by the host family, for wonderful evenings with a wonderfully soothing view of the forest and grazing horses. There is plenty of forest for lovely walks, berries and mushrooms are available to pick during the season. Bicycles are available for rent. On the farm to which the house belongs, there is the opportunity to ride, try clay pigeon shooting etc. Depending on agreement with the owner. In the immediate area there are good swimming opportunities in Lake Likstammen, but it is not far to the Baltic Sea if you prefer to swim in the sea. On 55 sqm you will find three small bedrooms, a living room with dining area for 6 people and a small sofa corner as well as an open-plan kitchen, toilet and a separate shower room and a corner for washing machine / tumble dryer. The house is located on a hilly natural plot with neighbors on the sides and forest at the back. At the back of the house you can enjoy your breakfast on the terrace in the morning sun and at the front of the house there is a porch with a roof. Skärlinge leisure village is located on Lisö in Stockholm's southwestern archipelago. Despite its name, Lisön is now only a peninsula with a road all the way out. It is located about 15 km south of Sorunda in Nynäshamn municipality. There are plenty of islands around. Here is a popular bathing spot with bathing jetties, diving towers and sandy beach. On the beach there is also a nice barbecue and a place with campfires and perches. As popular on New Year's Eve as any summer evening. Here in the community, popular midsummer celebrations and pub nights are arranged with singing. The nearest town is Sorunda and here you will find e.g. a. a grocery store and restaurant. During the summer, there is a water shortage in the area. Because of this, the water is turned off between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Feel free to collect the water in a can, bucket if necessary during this time. Nynäshamn is the nearest largest town. Körunda Golf and Conference is just over 20 km away. The nature and proximity to the sea invites to beautiful walks and salty baths. Should you get tired of it, Stockholm is less than an hour's drive away. Good to know: During the summer months, the water is turned off every night from 22:00/10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. This applies to the entire area due to water shortages. Make sure to tap up water in water bottles if you need water during the night. Please note that the toliet can not be flushed during these hours.

This spacious holiday home, located outside of Eskilstuna, is ideal for two families or a large group of friends. It is set in a quiet area about 20 kilometres from the charming old town of Eskilstuna. The house was built in 1860 and completely renovated in 1973. It has always been owned by musicians, which you can tell from the interior. It is tastefully decorated and furnished, with furniture from different periods in history. There are all of three living rooms, one of which features an open fireplace and a grand piano. You will also find a TV and a DVD-player in one of the living rooms. Free wireless internet access is included. The kitchen is equipped with all of the amenities you need for a comfortable holiday, including a dishwasher. There's also a separate dining room. The house has five bedrooms and sleeps a total of eleven people in two double beds, one bunk bed, and five single beds. There's also a cot should you need one. Welcome to cozy Årsta havsbad, an idyll in southern Stockholm, located right by the sea. The house is close to swimming and the boat jetty to Utö, here you have a sea view from the leafy balcony. The owner loves flowers and has built a fantastic oasis of roses and other fragrant and beautiful plants in the garden. There are also apple trees, pear trees, plum trees and cherry trees here, just to pick and eat. There are plenty of tomatoes growing on the large balcony, which you can also enjoy eating. The house is a 2.5-storey souterrain house. The entrance goes via a conservatory into the kitchen (note low ceiling height), from here you also get out into the garden. Half a flight of stairs up you find the two bedrooms, one with a 140cm wide bed and the other with a double bed. On this level there is also a walk in closet and a bathroom with a washing machine. Another half-stair up from here is a living room with access to the balcony. In the living room there is a Smart TV with a sound bar and selection of chanells from Allente. The house has air conditioning. There are several balconies at different levels and in all directions, around the house, totaling over 70 square meters. One is under cover and has lounge furniture and a fridge. On another spacious terrace of 30 square meters there is both a charcoal and a gas grill. In the area there are several nice baths and hiking trails and within walking distance there is a nice restaurant and kiosk. Just below the house is the bus stop. Indoors, the walls and ceilings are clad in wood, giving a very solid impression, and the cottage is tastefully decorated with high ceilings. You have an open plan layout with a living room and kitchen with a nice dining area indoors. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. In the loft, there are two additional good sleeping spaces. The bathroom is completely renovated and has a shower, toilet, and sink. On the terrace, there is both a glazed section with a cozy seating area and a dining table. If you want to enhance the outdoor feeling, you can open the doors that enclose the terrace with glass. If you want to sunbathe by the cottage, it is also excellent on the terrace as it is spacious with plenty of room even without a roof. Welcome to a cozy house on a nice natural plot with a location close to the sea on Svärdsö in Nynäshamn municipality. Here you come far out into the sea belt, with only 200 m to the sea no matter which direction you go, here the water is clear and beautiful. In one direction you will find a lovely beach and rocks, in the other direction tables and chairs down by the water. There you can take a basket of food with you and enjoy the fantastic sunset and take a dip in the sea. The house has one bedroom with a family bunk bed, separated by curtains. Sofa bed for two is in the living room. In the living room there is also the dining table and a smart TV. A fresh bathroom with electric toilet, sink and shower. The small kitchen has access to the balcony, where you will find a gas grill and outdoor furniture. Parking for cars is available below the house. There is a gate down by the road that you get a key to drive the car up to the house. You share a plot with the nice owners, but have plenty of your own plot space and no visibility. Nynäshamn is a cozy summer town, the bus there goes just below the house. On Torö, which Svärdsö is close to, there are cozy summer cafes and restaurants if you don't want to cook yourself.
