This is a very practical year-round accommodation with five bedrooms and many beds, close to both culture, shopping and outdoor activities. By bus you can get to Uppsala in about 20 minutes. Here you are also within walking distance to a lovely bath. The house is on two levels and the lower floor contains the living room, open kitchen, master bedroom and another bedroom and bathroom. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, a generous hall and a bathroom with spa bath. Outside the kitchen, you just take a step out onto the glassed-in balcony where you sit and enjoy your morning coffee or eat your dinner by the grill. Feel free to take a morning dip during the summer months in the lovely pool or why not take a swim at the swimming area in Långsjön, which is a spring water lake a few minutes' walk away, here there is also an electric light/exercise track. At the same lake, a few kilometers away, there is also the Sandviksbadet with a sandy beach, barbecue area, kiosk and jumping tower. When the weather permits, an ice rink of about 5 km is built on the lake in winter, and there is usually also an ice rink for those who enjoy winter swimming. Feel free to try playing disco golf on the course that is right next door. Instead of a golf club, you use a disc. There are also exercise tracks, a mountain bike trail, and a ski slope with a lift. At the Björkvallen sports facility there is also an ice hockey rink, bandy and football field. In Björklinge itself, there is a grocery store and a couple of restaurants, and you can quickly get by bus or car into the university city of Uppsala, where the offer is large with many attractions so close that you can stroll between them. Feel free to visit Uppsala Castle, the cathedral and everything the city has to offer in terms of culture, shopping and food experiences. Welcome to this little house on idyllic "Björkö". The cottage is delightfully charming on two floors and the sea is right below with both a jetty and a sandy beach. The view and the environment are wonderful and just right for those who want to live in a real archipelago environment. The road here takes you through a lovely winding archipelago settlement and there is a lot to look at during your trip here. The large house with a wonderful view has been successively renovated and has a wood stove in the living room and a wood stove in the kitchen. The house is fully equipped with a modern kitchen and beautiful living room on the entrance floor, where the bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine is also located. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bed 120 cm. Up here there is also a cozy little sofa where you can watch TV. The guest house which is right next door is also very fresh and contains a double bed, toilet and kitchenette. You share the adjoining plot with the owners (who will partly be in another location), but you have plenty of private space around the house and can feel completely undisturbed. Enjoy the sea view on the nice balcony, where you like to eat both breakfast and dinner. If you want to relax, there is the wood-burning sauna and outdoor hot tub, which is paid for on site after agreement with the home owner. However, a fire ban must be season is followed. There is also a rowing boat and canoe/canadian to borrow. Please note that life jackets must be brought, they are not provided. You may not launch your own boats on the property as it is not built for that. Next to the site there is a nature reserve and Marumsbadet "Smultronställe" with long shallow sandy beach, jetties, swimming school and playground. Feel free to take a walk in the surroundings and enjoy the beautiful landscape, go to flea markets or visit the popular Edblad in Gåsvik (restaurant and jewelry/furniture store). Waxholmsbolaget operates two piers on Björkö, so the possibility of going out into the archipelago or into Stockholm is great. Welcome to a wonderful place on Ingarö in the Stockholm archipelago. The house is small but beautiful and lavishly decorated with the amenities you need for a wonderful holiday. The ground floor has a comfortable double bedroom, fully tiled bathroom and a combined kitchen/living room, with double doors opening onto a cosy patio. Upstairs there is a sleeping loft with two comfortable beds. There is not standing height, the stairs are steep, so it is not suitable for smaller children. At the property's jetty you can take a morning or evening dip, but only 200 meters from the house there is a beach for the area with jetty and sandy beach. There are nice walking paths in the area and just a couple of kilometers from the house there is Björkvik's sea bath; long nice beaches and shallow baths. There is a kiosk and restaurant, so you can spend the whole day there in nice weather. There is a bus a few hundred meters from the house, take the bus to Brunn and shop in the grocery store, or to Gustavsberg, where there is a large shopping center and Gustavsberg's porcelain factory where you can find porcelain and glassware.

The spacious cabin is located on a large plot of land that is fenced in at the back, which makes it easier if you have smaller children with you on the trip. A sofa that can accommodate many people where you can curl up in the evening is in the living room. In about 20 minutes you can reach beautiful places out by the Åland Sea that offer both swimming and many attractions. Hallstavik with its intact mill environment offers a lot to see, there is also an outdoor bath which is popular and open during the summer season. Out by Häverö Prästängar, which is a nature reserve, there is one of the country's best-preserved leafy meadows and is very beautiful.

Welcome to a cozy house on beautiful Värmdö in the Stockholm archipelago. The house is beautifully nestled in greenery overlooking the Baltic Sea. Here the big ships glide towards Stockholm, a pleasant sight when you sit on the terrace and relax. If you want to take a morning dip or sunbathe on the rocks, just follow the path a few minutes down. The rocks have evening sun, pack a picnic basket and take dinner down to the water and enjoy. The house is modernly furnished, it was built in 2013, has a separate bedroom with two beds that can be put together into a double, the living room has a double bed and a sofa bed. The living room has a door to the nice terrace which is built in terraces so you can sit on the steps with your coffee cup in the morning, or at the table if you prefer. A modern bathroom complements the house. A lawn is available at the entrance to the house for some play and games. You share land with the owner, but have your own area. If you want to go into Stockholm and experience the city, there is a bus that goes into Slussen, there is also a car ferry to Vaxholm via Rindö, that ferry goes only a few km from the house. Vaxholm is a lovely summer town, with plenty of restaurants and shops. A cozy quay runs along the city, stroll there or take the ferry over to Vaxholm's castle, an old defense castle from the middle of the 19th century with period furnishings about military remains.

Just inside the entrance door is a WC and wash basin. From the kitchen you reach the shower room, equipped with curtains for privacy. The homeowner lives in a separate part of the house. The green plot has an additional patio and a pond for extra enjoyment. The house is located in Hemmesta, where it is close to golf courses and sea bathing with both beaches and cliffs. If you want to take a day trip with an archipelago boat, you can easily get further out to the archipelago's many islands. There is a bus into Stockholm if you want to go sightseeing there. The buses basically run around the clock. New in the area are water buffaloes at Hemmesta Sjöäng, which you can go and see. The house includes cleaning which gives you the opportunity to enjoy the holiday a little extra. Bed linen and towels can be pre-ordered.

Welcome to a cozy house in Stavsnäs on Värmdö, the house is located high on a natural plot, with the water below the mountain, just a couple of minutes walk from the house. At the beach there is a bathing islet with beach, jetties and a football field with a boules court. The house has three bedrooms, one double and two single rooms. An open new kitchen with living room and dining area, with access to the terrace with several seats and sun lounger. The terrace runs between front and back, at the front there is a grill, which you can easily move to the back if you want. A fresh bathroom with electric toilet is in the house. The water in the house is used for dishes and showers, but should not be drunk, there is delicious drinking water to be fetched in a pump in the area. In Stavsnäs and the surrounding area there is a lot to do, Stavsnäs village is cozy, with café, restaurant and shop, there is only a short walk. Many boats out to the islands in the archipelago leave from Stavsnäs, take a day trip to Sandhamn or to another of the lovely nearby islands.

On the beautiful Rådmansö in Norrtälje you live comfortably in this newly built modern house, with all amenities, close to swimming and nature. The house was built in 2021, so everything is new and fresh. One double bed is upstairs and one on the ground floor. Upstairs there are exercise equipment for those who want to stay in shape. The kitchen has an open floor plan to the living room and doors to the large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, for pleasant evenings out. The bathroom is fully tiled with shower, WC and washing machine. The plot is nice and level for games and play. Just a few hundred meters from the house is Åkeröbadet, a shallow sandy beach with jetty, flat lawn and benches. If you want to take a trip to Norrtälje, the bus goes about 100 meters from the house. The summer town of Norrtälje is beautifully situated by the water, where there are plenty of nice restaurants and bars, there are also a lot of activities in the summer. If you want to take a day trip to Åland, the Åland boat leaves from Kapellskär, which is close by. In the immediate area there is a cozy café that also serves simple food.
