Cozy cottage with fabulous views! When you turn off road 240 and drive through the cozy cottage area, you quickly notice how the view becomes more and more beautiful. Once at the cottage, the meadows and the lake pour out and you get a wow feeling about its location. The plot is large and can barefoot go down to the lake for the morning swim. Both the front and back of the house offer abundant sun. At the back you can enjoy late summer evenings on the terrace and look out over the lake in one of the nice lounge furniture. When you enter the cottage you are greeted by an open floor plan, the house's bathroom on your left, the kitchen on your right side and the large living room straight ahead. Also from here you have a mighty view of both meadows and the lake, perfect for late evenings or rainy days. The kitchen has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bedrooms are located through the corridor. The first bedroom has a double bed and TV, the second bedroom has 2 adult beds + 1 baby cot. The third room is today a children's room. From here it is close to Sunnemo where there is a shop and if you want a larger selection, both Hagfors and Munkfors are within close driving distance. Värmland has a rich cultural life and the list goes on of everything there is to do around here.

Lovely house with a roofed patio, and wood stove perfect for chilly evenings (firewood included). Located on a nature lawn about 500 meters from Lake Grässjön, where you may fish or go for a swim. The beach has a kept lawn, so you can sunbathe, barbecue and play beach volleyball at the volleyball field. To the north you’ll find forests and wilderness, and to the south towards the lake you’ll have pastures. During winter you may go skiing about 45 km away from the house. Kindly observe that only four people may stay in the vacation home during winter time, due to the annex not being winterized.
