Welcome to this spacious holiday home, set in scenic surroundings, in Nordmaling. The house is set on a seaside plot, on a cape, just 15 metres from the dock where you will find the boat that is included in the rent. The bottom floor features an open-plan kitchen and living room. The kitchen features the necessary equippment and in the living room there's a pellet stove, a TV, and free wireless internet access. The bottom floor bedroom features two single beds. In the bathroom there's a WC, a washbasin, a shower, and a sauna. On the upper floor, you'll find a family room and a bedroom with three single beds. The terrace and the living room windows afford a beautiful view of the sea. The house is surrounded by woodlands which makes it private and secluded. Nordmaling offers plenty of recreation for nature lovers. Höga Kusten is nearby, with it's stunning nature. There are canoes for rent and the streams Öreälven and Lögdeälven are excellent for canoeing. They are also great for fishing. Don't forget to buy a fishing permit! The small town of Nordmaling has all of the necessary services, such as grocery stores, a chemists, a hardware store, a fishing shop, and Systembolaget, where you can buy wine and spirits. It's possible to bathe by the dock but please be aware that the water quicly becomes deep so it's not suitable for children. Please note: You have to turn on the water heater. There's a plug for it above the electric cooker, in the kitchen. Welcome to Nordmaling!

In the northern forests in Västerbotten, you have the chance to live in a house from the early 20th century located in Kattisavan, a bit outside Lycksele. Here you can enjoy an outdoor life you will soon forget with the forest as a neighbor and only 80 meters down to the lake, which borders the Ume River, with access to its own rowing boat and jetty. Due to its age, the house bears traces of this, which can be seen in the ceiling and wallpaper. Here you live comfortably in a large house with large social areas inside and out on a large plot. This is the perfect accommodation for you who want to enjoy nature, hiking, fishing, swimming, kayaking, picking mushrooms and berries or why not visit Sweden's Northernmost Zoo, Lycksele Zoo! The house is divided on two levels, on the entrance level there is a large hall, bathroom with shower, nice kitchen, dining room and living room. In the dining room there is the possibility of three beds in a single bed and sofa bed, in the living room there is a single bed. Upstairs are two large bedrooms each with a double bed and a living room with a single bed. In addition, there is also a cot and travel cot to dispose of if desired. There is a lot to explore around here and activities for all interests. Take a fishing trip with the rowing boat, there are throwing rods and some life jackets to dispose of (even for children). In addition, you can also borrow the 2-man kayak for a trip on the lake or why not in the Ume River. The fishing is very attractive in the Ume River and the lakes around here, in the Vindelälven it is good fishing according to the owner! Check fishing license. Then also take the opportunity to see Vormforsen, which is a popular destination. If you want to swim, there is a nice sandy beach on the other side of Lake Kattisvan by the house, where there is also a shop with the most necessary things and a restaurant that serves locally produced food. For those of you who otherwise want to golf, Lycksele has its own 18-hole course and for those of you who like to admire nature on foot or by bike, there are many paths to explore here, but a tip is Blåviksberget.
