At the back there is a hilly garden with both mountains and lawn. Inside the entrance, a living room with two single beds awaits, which can be furnished according to what suits the group best. The two sofas are sofa beds if you need additional sleeping places. Further into the house there are armchairs by the cozy stove, a dining table and a bunk bed that can be folded up against the wall when not in use. A staircase leads up to the loft, which has two solid mattresses. The kitchen has an oven, stove, microwave and refrigerator. There is an exit to the balcony from the kitchen and next to it is a small annex with a small freezer and a washing machine with dryer function. Spacious bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. The generous ceiling height gives the house a charming and airy feel. The area at Öresjö attracts all year round. In the summer, the lake offers several swimming bays and one of the large ones closest to the house is the popular Munkeboviken which suits most people. A municipal swimming area with lawn, beach, jetty and toilet. Walk the nice boardwalk through the forest along the water and you will come to the next large swimming area with a playground, large slide and kiosk and dog swimming area. In spring and autumn, the outdoor recreation area at Öresjö is a popular area for hiking and exercise. There are several marked trails and paths for both walking and running. Winter by the lake is magical and when the weather permits, both ice skating and skiing are possible out on the ice. Trollhättan's artificial snow track is located at the ski lodge in Strömslund (8km) and offers a floodlit cross-country skiing loop on cold winter days. Trollhättan has a lot to offer! See the mighty locks in Trollhättan's lock area or play and experiment at the Innovatum Science Center. Visit Trollhättan's unique themed playgrounds that are located around the city. The villa has an open plan with lots of light and space. It is carefully maintained and tastefully decorated, with a sunny and partially protected location on the southern side of Brännö. There is a large, lovely garden with a lawn for playing and games, a trampoline for the children, wonderful terraces with sun all day and plenty of social areas. Brännö is a lively archipelago island in the southern part of the Gothenburg archipelago with around 900 permanent residents. The island differs from the other islands in the archipelago with its history of agriculture, pilots and customs officers and shipping, which has been the main source of livelihood. Song composer Lasse Dahlqvist has made the island famous through his songs. The classic dance on Brännö pier is a summer tradition on Brännö, usually arranged on Thursdays from midsummer to mid-August with a dance band and old-fashioned dance. You can walk there in about 15 minutes. From the mountain by the old pilot lookout, at the highest point of the island, you have a view from Vinga to the entrance to Gothenburg. The island is car-free, but there are taxis that you can order to transport you and your luggage smoothly to your cottage. There are also bicycles for rent near the house. A couple of bicycles are also available to borrow. The island has everything you need! Shop with post office, restaurant, café and church. There are also plenty of places to swim. About 300m from the house you can take a morning dip (Sandvik). There is a child-friendly swimming area in Ramsdal with both sandy beach, cliffs and a pier about 500 m from the house. At Brännö Värdshus you can eat and drink well. The Värdshuset also arranges musical performances at various times during the summer. From Brännö via an old stone bridge you can hike over to the fantastic Galterö. nature reserve since 2015. Here there is a rich birdlife and a lovely nature with freely roaming sheep which are part of the sheep farming and the local cultural heritage on Brännö. There is a popular marked loop of about 2.5 km that takes you through pastures, cliffs and past sandy beaches in the nature reserve. Barbecue areas are also available for use by visitors. A small red-painted cottage in all its simplicity is located in a scenic environment about 30 meters from Lake Vänern in Kristinehamn. This accommodation is ideal for those who appreciate the tranquility and proximity to the lake and a simpler standard. The garden is large and spacious, there is plenty of space for outdoor activities. At the bathing area there is a common barbecue area that invites to fantastic barbecue evenings with the sunset as a view. The homeowners have a boat with oars for rent, you may want to fish or just find your very own beach. The boat is anchored in the marina near the cottage. You are welcomed into a small veranda with a roof, through the entrance you enter directly into the living room where there is a kitchen table with four chairs, a large lovely sofa bed for two people, TV, a small kitchen where most things you need for cooking are here there is a steamer to heat water, a fireplace where you are currently able to light candles for the cosiness factor, a bedroom with a bunk bed. The cottage itself is very simple, sea water is withdrawn so there is no municipal water or own well, the homeowners set up a water bottle with drinking water which you later fill in at the specified place. The toilet located in a separate building is a separett, to the cottage there is an outdoor shower with hot water heated by the sun. Here you will find nice bicycles and walking paths, in the forest and on the ground there are plenty of berries and mushrooms. Nearby attractions are Otterbäcken with the beautiful marina and various restaurants. Particularly famous is the pizzeria, which has the famous pizza with a cheese edge. To Sjötorp with the locks it is about 50 km, where there are craftsmen, mini golf course and a nice guest harbor in close proximity to the restaurant. A day trip to Läcköslott is also worth mentioning. At Norrqvarn you can see when the boats are locked at Göta Kanal, here there is also Göta Kanal built in miniature, the children can rent a boat to play with and splash in the water.
