It's possible to rent it between May to October, the season depends on the weather. You can visit the knight week in Hova (always week 28) which is always fun and exciting where you can experience the tourney and the medieval market. Feel free to take a trip with one of the passenger boat next to “Göta kanal” which is the biggest canal in Sweden and discover all the locks and sights that the journey offers. This house is part of several cottages that belong to a small cottage village where each cottage is located separately. Your house is directly to the right overlooking the meadow. You are welcomed into a smaller bright hall with plenty of space to hang out. The furniture is bright and homely. Directly to the left you will find a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet. Opposite is a white bedroom with a family bed, 120cm bed lower part and 90cm bed above. Suitable for you with children. In a peaceful summer cottage area located high up is this nice red cottage with white knots. The cottage and the area offer you a magnificent view of Lake Viken all the way to Billingen and Kinnekulle. The cottage is well planned and perfect for the small family with children or for 4 people. You are welcomed into a smaller hall. From Källebacken there are also connecting routes to Västra Vätterleden. If you would like to swim in Lake Viken, it is less than 5 minutes by car. Only 26 km you reach Tiveden National Park. Here is genuine Swedish wilderness in a hilly and wild forest landscape with dramatic fissure valleys, beautiful forest lakes, giant blocks at Stenkälla, views from the Trollkyrkobergen and the beach at Vitsand. The holiday home is only 300 metres from a beautiful sandy beach and there are about 20 different lakes within a distance of 10-15 minutes by car. The open-plan cottage has a combined kitchen and living room, with a TV with satellite channel, a DVD-player, and free wireless internet access. There are two bedrooms with two single beds in each. There's also a cot. In the annex you will find a double bed. In the indoor bathroom you will find a WC, a washbasin, and a shower. There's a second bathroom in the annex. The living room opens onto a lovely furnished terrace, and next to it you will find a comfortable conservatory. The terrace has a beautiful view of the nearby lake. The nearest beach is only 300 metres away. If you wish, you can rent a canoe (220 SEK/day or 700 SEK/week). The many lakes in the area are excellent for fishing. A boat is included in the rent and there's also the possibility to rent an extra boat and a motor. If you visit in the wintertime you can go skiing in Isaberg (30-45 minutes away by car). There are many interesting towns within driving distance, for instance Halmstad and Varberg, both lovely coastal towns which are very popular amongst tourists in the summertime. There are many nice excursion destinations in the beautiful Sjuhäradsbygden. Feel free to take a walk along the nature trail on Näset. There is a barbecue hut, benches and barbecue areas. Another popular attraction is the Gräne mine, where feldspar was mined for, among other things, the porcelain industry from the end of the 19th century. Feel free to bring your picnic basket and have coffee at one of the landscaped picnic areas. The nearest town is Överlida 5 km. Restaurant and shop are in Mjöbäck 12 km. 3.5 km to the shopping paradise GeKås in Ullared, where you can shop everything between heaven and earth to a really good prices. 660 km to salt baths in Varberg or Falkenberg, and 90 km to the city of Gothenburg with the amusement park Liseberg.
